It's a beautiful restaurant, very lovely food and desserts. Service was fabulous. Would definitely be back to dine again!

We ordered mutton biryani, and guntur chicken for our family of 4. All 4 of us are facing symptoms of food poisoning, upset stomach, diarrhea, and vomiting. The establishment had a strong bleach smell as I was picking up the order, and it lingered. I understand having to clean and make sure everything is up to standards, but people cannot dine in, or be inside a closed room with toxic fumes being inhaled and around food. I hope they take not just this review, but all the other reviews into consideration as it seems like there’s a pattern, and an issue that didn’t really seem to have been resolved. The manager of this location was hard to communicate with as our review and concerns of the food safety were met with a lack of accountability and understanding. Just because you’ve served customers in the past, and rarely ever faced any issues as they claimed, shouldn’t negate the possibilities of issues coming up. Efforts to maintain a clean and safe environment where you’re serving other people food that you’re preparing should never become complacent and should be something you always pay attention to.

Week ago I ordered 4 trays veg biryani for 50 people for Diwali party, it was okay but paneer was missing, last year they we ordered veg biryani and they delivered chicken biryani to us. Had enough mistakes from this restaurant strongly not recommend this restaurant for any specific occasion

Wow! Food was just amazing. Service was excellent. Just an absolutely fantastic experience. Great for a date or business meeting.

Wonderful Experience. The tasting menu we tried was one of a kind. Very unique and well-thought when it comes to the presentation of the food. The waiters are also very professional. A few of the courses I felt could have been better.

Service was good and had a good quality of food with an ambiant atmosphere and servises were also amazing and quick

I want to give rating below one star, we ordered two times from there for workplace party. First time they gave us non vegetarian biryaani instead of vegetarian. Then recently we ordered 400$+ biryaani and they gave us without paneer.they told us to not to order extra paneer biryaani as they were gonna add paneer in our veg biryaani. They just lost 50 customers.

Went there on a Friday nite for a sit down dinner. Took soo long to get the guy at the counter to come to my table to order food. Then took sooo long for the food to come. I asked for ice and it looked like it came from the bottom of a dirty freezer. The water on the table was there for how many days. We
We’re a party of 2 and the table was for 4. Everything was left on the table. The food came and it was not good. I got tandoori wings and as soon as I bite in, I could tell the meat wasn’t cleaned. It tasted so gross. The rest of my dinner was 3/4 Heavy curry sauce and 3 pc if meat and 3 veggies. Not to mention the place was dark for a bright sunny day. I ordered 3 dishes and a drink. It came to $80! Never again, worst food, price and service!

What a shame! I really enjoy charminar food but this is a ripoff place. The one in Scarborough and Mississauga are completely different. This franchise is not authentic. They had a more Sri Lankan influence to the food. Don’t take a franchise and make your own food.

I bought Chicken Dum and Temper biryani. The taste was really really worst. It was like white rice. I asked for more spicy but there was none. Don’t waste money on this restaurant. Other Charminar branches are really good.

This is Methi and Spinach Curry with grated panner according to this restaurant. Worst service with no intention of helping a customer. Avoid this Charminar location.

Told you guy 2 times while ordering please don't put fresh onions garnishing.never will I show up In your reaturent again. I will make sure none of my circle ever comes there

We usually get paneer veg biryani but this time we went for their hakka chinese and north indian dishes. Soups and appetizers were good but we liked the malai kofta and onion kulcha the most. It was on a Friday night and the staff was extremely busy with takeout orders resulting in bit of waiting as it took a lot of back and forth to get everything we asked for. Overall it was fine

I am not suggesting anyone this restaurant to anyone. Because we are pure vegetarian and they served us mutton curry which is very bad. And all curries are test less. They are not washing water glasses because all glasses smell like milky.

Extremely poor food taste and nothing close to authentic Hyderabadi biryani.
