Chartwell Heritage Glen Retirement Residence

Had an excellent tour with Usman. Showed me all spaces in detail, at my pace. Very welcoming and socialable to me and very polite. I am glad I came.

I met with Usman at Heritage Glen retirement home and I was extremely pleased and impressed with him and the residence. Maybe I will retire there.

I recently visited Heritage Glen, as I was looking for a Retirement Complex that offered independent living for myself. I am a 77 year old active senior, who still drives and doesn't require a meal plan.
But, looking to my future, which might require more support, I wanted to make this decision "sooner than later".
I found what I was looking for at Heritage Glen!
From the moment I entered to when I left, I was greeted warmly by any staff I met. My name was event posted as a visitor that day!
Usman Sajid's, one of the Retirement Consultants, first word was WELCOME! He took the time to understand what I was looking for and that this "was a life changing" decision for me. Throughout the tour of the facility, his "no rush" manner, made me feel at ease. I knew I could take my time and ask all of my questions.
I was impressed by the multitude of activities that I could participate in, flexibility of the dining room for having a meal, when I want and the overall feeling that I was making the right decision. My family and friends, unanimously agreed with my decison and my choice of new home!
I look forward to becoming a resident of Chartwell Heritage Glen.

I visited Chartwell Heritage Glen today and toured the residence with Usman Sajid, Retirement Living Consultant. I was interested in the services that are available in their Assisted Living Option, Personal Care Assist and Amenity Service Option. Usman was very patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed and was made to feel that my satisfaction was his. I was able to tour model suites, the dining room and all the other amenities that are offered. I wouldn't hesitate to choose this residence for my loved one or myself. Thank you Usman.

This has been a great facility for my mother.
They have many daily planned activities and check on the residents every day, even more so if they are ill.
Great location next to walking trails, and not too far off the highway.

My brother lived at Heritage Glen for a year. Throughout his time there, he received extremely kind and compassionate treatment from all staff members. Our family also greatly appreciated the understanding and generosity of the management team. I would highly recommend Heritage Glen.

I worked at Chartwell as a student placement role during 2021 and I loved every second of it! Chartwell and Emily provided many opportunities to get the most out of my placement and develop my skills further for my future. The staff and residents are always a treat to talk to and I find that I visit Chartwell even after my placement. Chartwell is a wonderful community that I hold dear, professionally and community-wise.

Our father spent several years at Heritage Glen before transitioning to LTC. The staff and residents are absolutely amazing. Currently, I volunteer at Heritage Glen doing personal shopping for residents who are unable to get around. All throughout Covid, the process and delivery of groceries was sanitized and and safe for residents. The residents are wonderful and the staff and co op students are dedicated, skilled, kind and caring. You know this place is amazing, the minute you walk in the door. Visiting HG is the best part of my day!
