I want to thank all the staff at Chartwell Lansing. My Father was living in this location. The staff were extremely caring and passionate. I visited my dad 3 times a week, and every time I had a very good experience. The manager was kind and caring. Especially, the Wellness manager was very patience and thoughtful, whom we had a lot of interaction in regards to my dad's health. The receptionists and PSWs, and the food service staff were warmhearted and considerate to my dad. Easter, was my dad's PSW at night and so caring that my dad was always looking forward to seeing her.
I only had once problem with one of the nurses who took temperature at the dinning table, when my dad was eating his soup.so I addressed that to the wellness manager, and she softly took care of that and made sure it did not happen again.

Chartwell Lansing Retirement Residence is amazing! From management, staff, and location, this place does not disappoint. The sales consultant Donna is very approachable, knowledgeable and it shows she genuinely cares about the residence. The facility is very clean and gives a "home feeling". I will tell anyone about Chartwell Lansing! Keep up the great work!

This Chartwell home excels in several areas, one stand out being, its programming and activation opportunities - all well run and advertised by Michelle, Lifestyle and Programs Manager. Michelle brings alot of creativity and passion for seniors to the table. For example, the Community Garden has sprouted all the "green thumbs" in the residence and piqued an on-going interest in its evolving beauty and yield for all in the community. Over the past few years, my Mom has looked forward to the weekly challenge of the "Fit Minds" group, and the frequent special entertainment often featuring her favourite old familiar tunes, and much more.

We are so glad that we found Chartwell Lansing as a home for our mom. Family, management and staff are able to be true partners in our mom's care and she really enjoys the activities, special events, food, camaraderie among the residents and special relationships she has with people there. Everyone seems to really enjoy working there and we can't say enough about the extra mile people go to there for our mom's safety, enjoyment and care.

I couldn’t thank Luke Papadopoulos more, for the help and support that he offered our family during a difficult and challenging time. Nothing went as planned on our end, but he never stopped staying in contact with us and offering his help in anyway he could. He and the team at Chartwell Lansing Retirement Residences were so amazing and we know that if things change on our end, that our family member would be well cared for without a doubt. We never expected so much support and follow up. It’s hard to come by such great and supportive people. Thank you for all your help.

We move several seniors into Retirement Residences across the GTA. The staff at Chartwell Lansing have always gone above and beyond for our clients. They are compassionate and thoughtful through and through. It's always a pleasure working with their staff.

We work with many retirement homes when moving our senior clients from their home into a senior community. We have always found the team at Chartwell Lansing to be a group of really nice people who seem to genuinely care about the residents and their families. Moving clients into Chartwell Lansing is always a joy, seeing smiling faces and re-connecting with their team of professionals. A smiling face says it all!

I was in the process of finding a residence that provides assisted living with a high level of care for my grandmother and Chartwell Lansing was recommended by a contact. After speaking to many retirement residences, this was the one place that stood out to me. I immediately felt that the staff here were genuine and cared about the well-being of their residents. This was an important factor for me since the staff members will be the ones interacting with your loved one on a day-to-day basis. From the first phone call, Luke was very professional and warm. He took his time to truly understand the situation, as well as went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide insight. I also briefly met Lucas who was very friendly and approachable. The property itself was clean and had a cozy, boutique-style feel to it. It's tucked away in a residential neighbourhood and in a convenient location. If anyone is looking for a truly care-oriented residence for themselves or a loved one, I would recommend Chartwell Lansing.

At NYSC we feel proud to be able to connect with our neighbours and collaborate into serving seniors with the attention they need. Chartwell Lansing has collaborated with us through virtual programs and constant communication that have opened our programming to bigger audiences. Went for my first tour June 4. I was greeted by the Boss Lucus and went with another gentleman with the same name. I know in a short period of time I will be happy to move. I might have a friend join. Myself I highly recommend your place to anyone who needs their Golden Years.

After the sudden and tragic death of my father-in-law, we had to make timely arrangements for my 83 year old mother-in-law Johanna to move into a well-respected, excellent retirement home, not only for her daily care but for our peace of mind. We found this at Chartwell Lansing. From our first consultations with Luke, the sales rep, and progressing through their incredible team including: Dina their office manager, Jennifer the food service manager, in-take coordinating Nurse Yuliya, and all the wonderful and cheerful PSW's, and on-duty nursing staff, it was a remarkable experience. The cohesion of this team is held together by General Manager Lucas Di Giovanni, who always made time to advise, inform, and coordinate our incredibly difficult transition with empathy and understanding. It was imperative for us to find a safe and warm place for Johanna to land and we found it at Chartwell Lansing.

My mother Turina Aranka was lucky to spend 15 months At the Chartwell Lansing retirement home, she received Excellent care in a loving environment with professional Staff supporting her daily needs. I’m grateful for all the care And help, it is a great place to retire.

My father was a resident at Chartwell Lansing for 3 years, until he passed away due to a stroke. Our experience with his care was excellent - we were able to add services as they became necessary. The staff was like an extra family. The location is a nice size - not too big so it feels more personal and it's tucked into a nice residential community. There were some really good activities and we liked the opportunity to share a meal with our dad from time to time, or enjoy Tuesday or Friday evening "Happy Hour".
When it came time for another senior relative to move into assisted living recently, we chose Chartwell Lansing again. Our experience with Luke and Lucas has been excellent - they were able to help us choose the best fit in a room for our relative and the move went smoothly (even in a covid world!).
The great thing for me is still seeing familiar, friendly staff faces and even some residents, still working and/or living there so it has felt like a home away from home.

My father is not a resident yet but my experience with Luke is very positive. He goes above and beyond making sure I have all the information I may need and he is always there to answer questions should I have. Thank you very much for all the effort that you've put in and especially now with these hard times upon us.

Great care. The staff are hard working, empathetic. This has been a challenging time for the Residents, but the staff have come through with flying colours.

My mom-in-law has been a resident for a year. The Covid crisis really brought out the best of the staff and this residence. There has been zero cases of Covid at this residence and the protocols in place has been excellent. The managers and staff has been open to a dialog through the lockdown process to work with families in order to provide the best care and are flexible to work with us to facilitate different ways (safely) for us connect with Mom even during lockdown. Managers even responded to calls and emails during weekends and evenings. Thanks to the staff at Chartwell Lansing for keeping Mom and all the residents safe!

Just want to say that the staff and management are the best, very friendly and attentive to the needs of the residents. My mother has resided at Chartwell Lansing since April 2019, first as respite, then as a permanent resident on June 2019. The staff go above and beyond the needs of their residents, especially during these difficult CoVid times, and because of their protocols in place there has been NO COVID OUTBREAKS in this Retirement home, a testament to due diligence of staff and management! This Retirement Residence is kept very clean, beautiful and quiet surroundings, very tranquil, and to all that have visited my mom, everyone has been very impressed with Chartwell Lansing. Thankyou for the wonderful care of my mother.

I just wanted to thank the GM and the entire hardworking staff of Lansing during the COVID pandemic.
My mother is a resident of Chartwell Lansing and when the pandemic broke
my family and I were very concerned about her well being.
I must say that there was constant communication from Chartwell Lansing informing us of the procedures that were being adhered to, the protocols that were being undertaken and in short, valuable communication for us.
Because the virus is still with us Chartwell Lansing continues to provide us with updates and the staff continue their great work.

Wonderful facility, great management focused on safety and quality care for seniors. Staff are dedicated and attentive to needs of residents. Location is great, with lots of nearby amenities. Plentiful parking. Beautiful grounds. Excellent customer service.
