Chartwell Riverside Retirement Residence

Can't say enough about the Chartwell retirement residence, from the staff to the front desk reception, they are friendly and professional, you feel welcome as soon as you walk in, like a big family, you know you are in good hands, and that you family member will be taken good care off.
I had been looking for a place where my Mother would feel at home and have a good life.
First time I walked into Chartwell, I was welcomed by Jeff Rikley, the "Sales Consultant", who made me feel at ease, he is friendly and professional, he explained everything to me, and I knew right away, that this was a good place and the right place for my Mother.
Same thing goes for Geiler Maya the "Food service Manager" who always check with me if my Mother is happy and if there is anything he can do to improve things.

I would highly recommend Chartwell to anybody, who is looking for a retirement residence for a family member, as this is the best place I was able to find for my Mother.

My aunt is planning a move into Chartwell Riverside following our tours and correspondence with Andrew which has been an easy 5 star experience. From the initial call, the involvement with Andrew, Kerri, chefs, dining room/kitchen staff, front desk staff, residents and everyone we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Andrew was knowledgeable yet humble as he responded to our many questions! We appreciated his
professional and caring manner.

I’ve had the pleasure touring this wonderful residence and interacting with management and residents. It’s a warm and welcoming place with lots to do and also offers quiet spots to soak up nature or read a book. The rooms are bright and spacious, with views of lush landscaping. Feels like home!

My Mother (Sandra Topping) is here for a short stay from Chartwell Royalcliffe. Mom is very impressed with the build and how up to date the furnishings are, and the staff is most amazing here.
She is in a lovely 2 bedroom tasteful furnished. Mom is very impressed with everything.

I recently started working at chartwell riverside, I am very pleased and delighted. The employees are very helpful and the working environment is excellent.

This month our family shared the difficult task of helping my Mom choose a retirement living facility to call her new home. It was difficult for us all but Chartwell on Riverside came out on top. From the first phone contact to the actual move-in and days of adjustment we could not feel more satisfied that we have made the right choice. The staff were so welcoming and upbeat and seem to know and interact with each resident by name. There were lots of drop-ins to Mom’s apartment by staff to make her feel welcomed and checks to see that she was being supported in the way that we wished and they had committed to. There were lots of interaction with us, her family, to ensure that we were also comfortable with her move. Chartwell on Riverside is a bright airy building with spacious apartments, attractive shared amenities and awesome, professional staff. Our family can’t say enough about how happy we are with mom’s transition to her new home.

I've worked at Chartwell for three years the staff, residents, and families keep me coming back! The warm family atmosphere and the laughs I take home everyday are memories I'll cherish forever! Since I started working at Riverside I've worked My way up the ladder from kitchen help to housekeeping to Med Ga to Lifestyles program manager. Every day I'm rewarded with warm smiles and love from our residents and their families. I love planning all our events and look forward to lots of fun, laughs and love in the future!

Moved my parents into this facility this week and the transition couldn’t have been more seamless. Staff was so welcoming, made us feel like part of the family. Parents are very happy and are loving the experience from the facility itself, the staffs attention to detail and the catering to their specific needs and of course, the food. I left them feeling relieved that they are in a safe and welcoming environment.
