My parents moved in recently and things have been great. Great facility, great food, lots of activities and very attentive and supportive staff in all areas. Special thanks to Christina, Paola, Tim, Antonietta, and all the concierges for their help and kindness in assisting my parents to get settled in.

Five star all around. Amazing caring, compassionate and extremely dedicated staff. My Mother has been a resident at Valley Vista for sometime now and her experience here is wonderful everyday. She raves about the authenticity of the home cooked meals provided by Chef Antoneitta and her Dietary Team, (fresh soups and sugo are but a few items prepared fresh onsite everyday) the care she receives from Head Nurse, Ellen and the rest of the Wellness Team is heartwarming. She is also very fond of Tim the Maintenance Manager who always makes sure she has everything in working condition in her suite. Diana at the front desk is always a delightful greeter and Oliver the General Manager who runs the operations so smoothly, is a pleasure to deal with. Valley Vista is truly a premium residence for seniors in Vaughan!

My 91 year old father has been at Chartwell Valley Vista for approximately 2 weeks. I can’t begin to say how happy we are this the decision to move there. The staff has been absolutely incredible. A special thank you to Jennifer, Paola and Tim. They are sensitive to the fact that this is a significant adjustment for my father. Everyone has gone above and beyond to ensure that the transition is as positive as possible. It’s only 2 weeks and I can already see positive changes in my fathers mood and attitude.
