Mark and Carrie are welcoming and completely hands-on. It's a busy shop which speaks a lot to the quality of their work. Mark did an awesome job fixing my roof by removing rusty spots requiring removing the windshield, primed the entire roof and painted. The end result is simply perfect. Was efficient and delivered on time as promised. They do custom jobs as well as insurance claims too.

I had asked to have the line of rust underneath one of my doors removed because I didn't want to do it myself, I figured that is the point of an autobody shop, I waited a day and half for the car and when I came to pick it up the rust was still there, they said they had scheduled me in to work on the frame part of the doorway inside the car when the rust on the outside along the bottom of the door is what I came for.

I am honestly not sure if they even did anything because I never even paid any attention to the inner door frame of the car before dropping it off nor have pictures of what it looked like beforehand, all I wanted was the rust removed from the bottom of the actual door which they didn't touch, and with a nearly $400 bill they told me "oh you can get that rust off yourself easily". So basically I still have to do the door myself and I should have never taken it to this place.

Two weeks ago I brought my car to have the bumper fixed, I can’t believe what an excellent job they did. They went above and beyond what I thought they were going to do. But mostly it was the owners and staff that made service they did on my car an extremely pleasurable one. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely amazing autobody shop. The people who work there are honest, fair, and do great work. I can’t recommend them enough! And by the way, I’m a young female (25y) and had two insane quotes from other shops. These were the only honest people I came across and had a good price. My car looks brand new! Great Service from Carrie and Mark, they took in my Ford Escape with damage along most of the front and worked to make it perfect again. Will be trusting them with my Bronco if anything ever happens! Highly recommend

This is the second time going to Chase Auto Body. The first time was quite a few years ago with a different vehicle but wish I wrote a review back then. Unfortunately, a learning teenage driver put a ding in our new vehicle. Carrie, Mark and team went above and beyond in their service and quality of work. Carrie is so friendly, upbeat, and attentive. Responses are prompt and honest.

Thankfully, their pricing is reasonable compared to other local shops. Worth the drive! You can tell they take pride in what they do. I’m a picky person when it comes to customer service and quality of work, and I’d highly recommend them in a heartbeat!

The shop cleaned up rust perforation and parking lot dings on my 2013 Outback and painted it to a better standard than OEM. Other shops did unsatisfactory work for me in the past so this is the first time that I am 100% pleased with the result. Thank you.

Very pleased with their service. Very reasonable pricing, friendly and attentive customer service, and quality of work is high. I bring my 2017 Camaro SS here for any paint/body work I need done and it always comes out looking beautiful. I also bring daily-drive vehicles here and the work done is just as good. They take pride in what they do, and don't try to gouge you on pricing. Highly recommend.
