We just booked the venue for a wedding reception. We were helped by Eugene who was patient, attentive and helpful. He went over all options in detail and made the whole process of signing the contract super easy.

We booked our upcoming wedding with Chateau le Jardin and were impressed with the venue itself and the service. Eugene was very thorough during our meetings and worked to be accommodating to meet our needs for our special day. Highly suggest checking out their open houses as it's a great way to see the venue in action!

We hosted our first event which was our nieces baptism, the service was amazing everyone was very helpful, Sham made the day go by very smooth and answered any questions we had. Thank you to the whole staff.

I wanna start up by saying if you're thinking of booking your wedding here do it! Not only was this the best service and care I have ever received for any event my guests also felt the same way. On our wedding day Linda And Sham Went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. From coordinating entrances, organizing the freshness of food and checking in on me and my family they both made us feel so loved and cared for on that special day. You pay for what you got and I'm a strong believer in that with this hall it is worth every penny. I'd also like to give a shout out to Isabella the coordinator who was super accommodating and amazing during the whole process.

I had my wedding reception at Chateau le Jardin on June 10th. Isabella was our coordinator and did an amazing job in coordinating and ensuring that everything went perfectly. She answered all questions we had in the process of finalization and made sure we were happy with everything. I would really recommend Isabella, she was great as a coordinator! The hall was perfect and set up beautifully. The service and food were amazing. I would definitely recommend this hall and would host another event here.

Linda And Sham provided the bride and groom with the most amazing experience! The food was amazing, the staff was incredible! I would absolutely recommend anyone getting married to consider using this venue!

My experience at Chateau Le Jardin is nothing short of exceptional. This is not the first time I have celebrated an event here, and the attention to detail is just spectacular. A very clean, beautiful hall with no shortcuts. It is often hard being vegetarian at events like this, I was assured of my meal, with the team asking if everything was okay several times which was very appreciated. I want to especially thank Samira, who was extremely attentive and kind throughout the event. Thank you so much!

Attended my friend's wedding here this week. Venue was beautiful inside and out. Linda was the manager on site assisting us. She was extremely professional and diligent throughout the night in assisting us with our various needs. Linda is exceptional

Hall is beautiful and location is amazing. The staff is great, and the food is even better.

BE CAREFUL! When it comes to sales, they will try to surcharge you at the last minute, and change details when it comes to payment. May have been due to miscommunication but if we didn’t catch it, we would of paid.
Make sure you get what you paid for, our wedding was missing a few things including a second bar, we paid for the two bars to be operational but the night of the wedding there was only one open.

Read your contract VERY CAREFULLY!

I’ve been to numerous events here and every single time it never fails to impress! I especially love the staff and the amazing care they take with each element of the event and the attention they give to their clientele. They really make you feel like you are part of their family! Don’t even get me started on the food - INCREDIBLE! It’s like nonna made it herself, just wholesome delicious food made with love and IT SHOWS! The decor company we used for our event was also TOP NOTCH such a pleasant experience I could go on for days. Thank you Le Jardin staff for all of the memorable events, I look forward to many many more!

Got married at Le Jardin 6 years ago and was an amazing experience. Start to finish we were looked after by the staff and the venue is great. Since then being a wedding photographer, I've shot weddings there many a times and have never had an issue.

Truly excellent! We have been to the Chateau Le Jardin on many occasions, and we were always impressed with their customer service. We recently hosted our son's Communion reception at Le Jardin. The staff treated us with impeccable service. From the booking of our event with Tereza, to the event's co-ordination with Nima, and, finally, to the four course meal, the staff and service was fantastic.

During this unprecedented time, it was important for our guests to feel safe. Therefore, we booked the outdoor Venetian Courtyard, which was covered with a large tent. The week of our event, we were informed that the tent was damaged. Since the outdoor venue was paramount to our booking with Le Jardin, Julian and Nima went out of their way to move the event to the Victorian Courtyard. The staff were also willing to set up tables inside just in case it rained. Thank you Julian and Nima for your patience, your understanding and your dedication to customer service.

The Victorian Courtyard was a beautiful venue, and the food was amazing. We started with an individually plated antipasto dish and a platter of calamari fritti. It was followed by a delicious risotto al asparagus and penne alla sugo. The entree was a tender, grilled veal chop with seasonal vegetables and salad. The meal was completed with ice cream and a fruit platter. We are still receiving complements from our guests.

Thank you once again to Julian, Nima, Tereza and all the staff for making our son's day so special.

Except the Risotto. Probably the best I ever had.

When my boyfriend and I think about celebrations, Chateau le jardin is always our first option and it never disappoints. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding, in fact this might have been the best meal I have ever been served. Service was delightful and very professional. The manager Jullian made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home.

I will not recommend this venue but if you choose to.please make sure whatever you are told is put into writing. I booked this venue for my daughter's birthday party and it turned out to a nightmare. My husband and I went in for a tour, we made it clear to the sales person (Tereza) the number of expected guests, she showed us the grand renaissance. We agreed to the price we were quoted to secure the space and date.shortly after signing the contract we were told we have to pay additional fee for sound to the In house DJ engineer if we were bringing in our own DJ, which we did. When my planner got to the venue for set up on the day of the event, she called to tell me the space is not what the sales person had promised us. I quickly called the office to make sure it wasn't a mistake, the receptionist was so rude and dismissive. I had ask my planner to ask for Tereza and was directed to her office, Tereza told my planner she didnt want to speak to anyone. I was shocked and at the same time furious because it felt like daylight robbery. After explaining the situation to the said owner, he said the only solution was for me to pay extra 5k to have the space I was originally promised after paying over 4k. We had to negotiate the price because the event must go on by paying additional $1695 to extend the space.to cut long story short I paid close to $6k for a space that could have cost me $5k. The management took the situation as an opportunity to make extra money.keep in mind the fees I paid was not including food or alcohol.we catered for our food and brought in our alcohol.from the start to the end of my event, it was one demand after the other. Imagine being told you would have a space that will accommodate your guests and more then find out it was all lies just because they wanted to make a sale and being harassed to pay for additional tables and chairs for a space you paid for? Horrible, horrible horrible experience.

The location is magical. The staff are so easy to deal with. They work with you to get your event done however you imagine. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to hold a luxurious, grand event.

I would highly recommend this venue. I worked with Eugene to book my a very last minute south asian wedding due to Covid and I was very happy with it. He was very easy to work with and accommodating and listened to all my concerns given that I had such a short span to figure things out! The hall itself is very beautiful, clean, the staff is super professional and their south asian menu food is so good too!

Thank you so much Chateau Le Jardin for such a memorable party this past Sunday! It was mine and my fiance's engagement party and we've, like many others were forced to postpone, which really put a damper on our expectations and excitement level. Fortunately though, Chateau Le Jardin, expecially Julian and Jennifer were there to guide us through the process and deliver one of the most memorable days of our lives! They were courteous, understanding and delivered everything we asked for and more. We were fortunate to have landed within step 3 restrictions so our guest count and overall experience inherently improved but management did everything they could to ensure that our event was as normal as possible.
We were so impressed that we relocated our Wedding to Chateau Le Jardin!
We cannot wait to host our big day at one of the most incredible event venues we have been to!
Oh by the way, the food was absolutely spectacular. If you like italian/european cuisine omg, this is the place to go. Usually hall food is over salted and over oiled but we were absolutely blown away!

Amazing atmosphere, incredible food and fantastic service top to bottom. We had a great time at our daughters wedding this past weekend. It was quite nice to experience some semblance of normalcy again! The Maître D, Linda, was such a doll and catered to our families every need. The bartender Roman was such a character and our entire family loved him! We know the venue had other events happening the same night, but the Manager Sami ensured that each and every detail was looked after! All of our children have now been married at Chateau Le Jardin! They treat us like family and we consider them family as well!

Had my bridal shower this Saturday at Chateau Le Jardin and it was booked and planned in 1 week! Eugene was very pleasant and responsive when booking the venue and went through everything in detail. He was able to accommodate all our last minute requests. I am very happy with the customer service he provided to ensure this event was booked and executed exactly the way we discussed. Nima also did an excellent job as the event coordinator and ensured the room was set up exactly the way we envisioned and everything was on time. Overall, it was a great experience.

I would like to send a special thank you to Eugene Iozzo and Natasha Parentela for helping us organize our wedding. Eugene was very professional and straight to the point, made us feel very comfortable. Eugene was very informative and walked us through the process for our first consultation at a hall. No one had given us that much information. Me and my fiancé were very pleased with the venue and the service level. We would advise anyone interested in Le Jardin to get in touch with Eugene. Eugene has been a great person to work with. He is truly a breath of fresh air in this stressful time, when everyone is scrimmaging to book venues with the government changing and imposing different rules and regulations on a weekly basis. He is extremely respectful, understanding, and most importantly accommodating. He will find creative ways to get you the room you want at the Chateau le Jardin. He’s also extremely flexible and allows for several changes in the menu. What I appreciate the most about him is that he understands that the venue is hosting social events, and despite the COVID regulations and all the stress that comes with them, he makes your experience a lot smoother and bearable. While he does ensure all rules and safety measures are being observed appropriately, he does take a more manageable approach in relaying those requirements to his clients which is truly appreciated. So far the booking process has been seamless and we look forward to our event soon. Thanks Eugene.

Gorgeous venue, fantastic service and courteous staff. The food is great, especially their pasta. Mmm yummy. I asked the Head waitress Linda if I could talk to the chef and he came out! Walked me through how to make the sauce!

The service here is terrible. The owner and management are manipulative, zero customer service, zero regard for humans and total disregard for signed contract/agreement.

We had a wedding event at this venue and the service was excellent. The management team Sami Elbahja & Julian Parentela were very helpful, they went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would highly recommend this venue or any future events

The best place to celebrate. Sami is the best banquet operations manager I met. He makes things happen and you need to come here to have the time of your life. Dont miss out.

We had an event at Chateau le Jardin on Saturday July 17th. The Sales rep Teresa who had showed my friend the venue during site inspection showed her a much bigger room which she fell in love with. She recorded the space and stated exactly what she was getting also. However when Teresa sent the contract, she changed the room by allotting a smaller salon unbeknown to us. My friend went ahead and signed the contract not knowing the hall names or corresponding size, she only trusted she was getting what she had infact paid for in full.

Upon getting to the venue on the event day, we realized the switch-up and addressed it immediately with Teresa who refused to address it knowing what she had done. We tried to get the site coordinator Mayar to open up the room to get what we had paid for, he refused and reverted us to the owner Carlos. He explained the hardships of the pandemic on their business and said he could only offer the space we thought we paid for at an additional ($1695). This is completely unacceptable and a dirty sales tactic. The rep showed something else which was different from what we got. This is more or less a SCAM. The venue sold a lie and had the audacity to charge an additional fee and even refused to bring out additional chairs and tables even upon paying for the additional salon.

This terrible disregard for clients is completely UNACCEPTABLE

We just booked Chateau Le Jardin for our daughters wedding. The halls are gorgeous. We met Eugene, who was so professional in his dealings. He explained everything clearly and patiently answered all my questions. He was to the point and didnt beat about the bush. We felt completely at ease. We also met Fareed the chef who was also very helpful and made us feel so comfortable, telling us hat we can decide on the food menu closer to the date. He is very experienced and we had already heard such great things about the food here. The menu offerings are fantastic. I have seen so many venues and I have met with many people but it seems that Le Jardin has a great team of professionals. If you are looking for a venue and feeling not fully satisfied this is the venue you need to come to.

I will not recommend this hall at all. They swindled my friend of $1700 by claiming the hall she paid for was half of the big hall which it wasn't and knowing she would be desperate on the day of the event. They also kept asking during the event for extra $55/head just to bring out extra tables and chairs for us. Keeping in mind we didn't use their servers we brought our own food and drinks. Horrible money hungry people. I know times are hard due to the pandemic but its terrible how you can treat a client this way. The sad part is they don't even care - when we brought it to the owners attention that they charged us extra they refused to refund.

We had our wedding during the pandemic in September. We had to cancel and rebook due to the restrictions in Ontario but Tereza and Mayer helped us with everything and were able to keep our original date.
They made our experience truly memorable and went above and beyond to reduce our stress levels. They went above and beyond on the wedding day to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. The staff is very kind, professional, and understanding of your needs. I highly recommend this venue for any occasion!

Just booked our 2022 wedding here. The booking process was exceptional! Eugene is fantastic to deal with and our wedding day is set to be something special for sure! We are very much looking forward to our big day here!

I had my wedding here in March 2021. Joana was extremely coordinating and so helpful and accommodating with all my constant requests and worries. Planning a covid wedding is not easy but she took care of everything and even my vendors, only spoke highly of her. Joana was efficient with every little problem that I had, and solved it right away. Even the captain, Susie (if I remember her name right) and her assistant, were punctual and so helpful during the event. The wedding went smooth and safe. Highly recommend this venue. Also, the food was so delicious and so filling. Everything was given in the proper packaging and was amazing.
