Chateau did a beautiful job on my install almost 6 years ago. I have been having issues with the basement door handle and I called in. The service department was kind, helpful, and accommodating on very very short notice—which I did not expect nor am I entitled to receive. It just worked out that they could come out that day and I was available. Edgar came out himself and even though the issue was soooo minor (embarrassingly so), he did it with a smile and checked on how the other windows were faring. A very high quality product and a very high standard of customer service. Thank you.

We absolutely love our new front door, it's beautiful and what a difference it has made in the curb appeal of our home. The custom glass and sable coloured door exceeded our expectations. We thought we had an issue with the locking system to our front door. We called Chris at Chateau windows and he was quick to send Edgar within the hour to see what was wrong. Edgar determined our house alarm wire had fallen and was preventing the door from properly closing. He fixed the issue and all is good. We highly recommend Chateau windows for their excellent customer service.

We ordered all our windows and doors from Chateau. From the moment we visited the showroom it has been a top notch experience. We're in the middle of our reno, and there have been a few mistakes along the way. Chris Booker, has been calm and helpful and solutions oriented the entire time. Can't thank him enough.

Compliments to Chateau’s warranty repair service. When I contacted Heather, she accelerated our repair within two days. The service technician Tony, was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly made the repair to the door handle and even notice a little screw hole in the transom wood frame and filled it. When I pointed out some wear issue with a gasket, he right away indicated that he would have the part ordered as soon as he got back to the office and would be back to install it when it arrives. We definitely recommend Chateau Windows for their doors and customer service.
