Pretty decent. After a miscommunication, which does happen sometimes, the service manager followed up with me and I'll soon have a happy Jeep.

Took me almost 2 years to get my paint repaired under warranty. Contacted the service department multiple times without a return call. Only after I spoke to the store manager things actually started to progress.

I bought a brand-new Durango from a dealership located out of town, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. I made the purchase online without inspecting the vehicle in person, which turned out to be a regrettable decision. The vehicle exhibited significant cosmetic defects, including a 1-inch gouge on the dashboard and a misalignment of approximately 1/8th of an inch in the door. It became apparent that the out-of-town dealership had taken advantage of the online transaction and sold me the lemon of the lot.

While the out-of-town dealership displayed a lack of responsiveness and failed to address my concerns, Chatham Chrysler stepped in and took measures to address the situation, primarily focusing on rectifying the door issue. Despite my meticulous nature, they patiently worked with me until the vehicle was perfect. If you are considering the purchase of a Chrysler vehicle, I highly recommend sticking with Chatham Chrysler for a more satisfying and professional experience.

I had so many questions, he answered each one. I never felt pressured at any point. He made everything easy and no extra anxiety. With a purchase like this you really want to know you are going to be taken care of. This dealership definately offers that to its customers.

My dad bought a car from here, it’s a lovely car and the salesman was very nice! However the mechanical work is questionable. They charged him $1,000 (to be paid with the monthly payments) for undercoating, we don’t believe it was done.upon research the car doesn’t even require it as it is made of material that won’t rust. They offered to take it back and do it, but we live in Windsor and don’t want someone else driving our car that far, so it’s not worth the hassle. They overfilled the oil which is an issue. They stated it would be filled with gasoline before pickup, it was, but we believe it was regular (the car requires premium) as the gas milage for the first tank was way under what it should have been if it had premium gasoline. It came with one key that is broken, but that’s the least of our troubles. Would not recommend, or return.

Usually a good experience. I was however disappointed to hear that they will be charging $40.00 to store my tires in the future, even though I get all my work done at this dealership. Also, when I was there recently for an oil change, I noticed on my invoice that I was to receive a Mopar mug which I did not receive. Not a BIG deal, but none the less, it was noticed.

They focus on you the customer. Give you all information you require. Purchase and trade went very smoothly. Better service than big cities. I would recommend in a heart beat.

I do a lot of kms so get my vehicle serviced regularly at Chatham Chrysler, the service team are always friendly and efficient, Michelle calls as soon as my vehicle is ready. I work locally so they always provide a shuttle, Dave gets me to and from work on time which is really convenient. I've always had a great experience at this dealership.
