Having to remove my former good review because.twice now, I have had an urgent issue with one of my pets and they wouldn't even consider seeing them. How does a vet not know that animals have issues and you can't always wait weeks to be seen? S'okay, thanks to their refusal, we actually found a vet that still does the job and will be going there from now on.

Took my dog in to have a ruptured cyst looked at. It was clipped cleaned and we were out the door with antibiotics in 20 minutes. Always great service

Im heartbroken that I have to leave this review but im hoping its a warning to others. Brought the cat in to have him examined as he was struggling to breathe. They charged $1100 for medication, and I requested to put him down as this was not our first visit regarding this issue. Next day he had to be put down and they did nothing to compensate me for the $1100 I spent less than 24 hrs before hand. Heartless team running this place outside of the ultrasound tech. Shame will not go back with any of my animals. Be ware of the money grab.

I am looking for a Spay & Neuter Program for 2 abandon felines. They were not able to assist but suggested Windsor clinic. We need local clinics for low income families.

They always know who my dog is and are always excited to see him. I have recommended this place to all my friends and family. My sister brought her dog down here from the Toronto area when he was ready to cross for the Rainbow Bridge. Our whole family was able to gather and support during this time!

Nothing but good things to say about this vet clinic. Won’t go anywhere but here with any of my dogs.

Great staff, the vet Dr is super great with the animals, was in and out quickly. Fee's are reasonable for a vet.

CK Vet was completely booked so suggested South Ridge in Ridgetown. Dr Kaitlyn and Vet Staff were awesome. Good to know we have such caring, capable Vet clinics in the area. Our cat is feeling much better and we're relieved they were able to see him that day.

We have a st. Bernard with eye issues and they told us they are not taking new clients. WTH, my dog is in need of help and the vet says no. This place does the procedure but refused. Not a good vet if you ask me.
