Love love love this location by far location! They are fast paced and all so warm welcoming Ladies continue to do what you do you all are the best my favourite is the grapefruit green tea and the pistachio and salted caramel macaroons let me tell you they are always fresh how I like it thank you the ladies are super sweet and hard workers keep up the fabulous job ladies very much appreciate your service “. ”

People works there are friendly Specially the asst.manager always super helpful and cheerful, she always pick & make me the most delicious drink aver. I love this location!

I ordered the peach green tea. It was good. I went there when schools around the area had their break i guess. They were so many kids. Store had only one person working, it took me 30 minutes to order. She had Uber deliveries, pickups and ppl in queue.

Falls short in comparison to other shops. Flavors often taste watered down and the tapioca can be old and soggy. It's not the best, but options are limited in the area.

In addition, every time I come to this location it takes a minimum of 30 minutes to get drinks because workers like to slack off.

Yummy! Their QQ mango tastes so good, I’m in love with that drink. Best drink ever! So obsessed.

Ordered through DoorDash, but did not receive straws for our drinks. Had to eat our toppings with spoons.

Used to be my go-to location + bubble tea shop but with the recent prices that have skyrocketed, its not really a great bang for the buck: (

Visited this location Jul 2nd 2022 and was very disappointed. The tapioca was in lumps and very hard to chew! Tast like it was left overnight from the previous day.

I came by around 4: 30 on Sunday April 2nd. Ordered two drinks. The inside, outside of the bag, and the two drinks were absolutely covered in the milk tea. I could feel the syrup just grabbing the bag.

I asked for another bag and moved the sticky drinks myself. I ended up placing the chatime bag inside of another container to protect my suede Recaro seats.

The extra 10 seconds to wipe all the excess milk-tea from the drinks, a smile and remembering to provide the straws could have resulted in a 5 star review.

Please remind the tearista of your values and the importance of image. I do not know if she is new, or if she was tired, but with your core function revolving around customer service, this was not excusable.

I go to this place on a weekly basis and have tried just about everything on their menu. My favorite is the jasmine jade green milk tea.

I like their bubble tea very much, its smooth and tasty but they should add at least something to munch with.maybe something ready made like popcorn or chips. They have a lot of nutritional value so can reduce the artificial flavors sugars to make it more healthy

I used their website ordering platform. It was quick and straightforward. They called me right away to let me know of any changes that had to be made to my order. When it was ready, I received a text to go in and pick it up!

The Very Berry Slush was mediocre for me. There were some hints of real strawberry, but most of it tasted very artificial (almost flavoured like strawberry jam?). I'll stick with some more of my usual orders (i.e. Milk tea, qq juice) next time.

I am so dissapointed with my visit today. Debit machine didnt work and had a screaming toddler in my ear. Was waiting for 15mins just to pay! They could have at least give
a discount for the trouble.

My go-to chatime! Staff are all friendly. Some of the free drinks I redeemed from the FiveStar rewards were very watered down (eg this year's birthday drink I saw the barista pour in plain milk to fill up my roasted milk tea order).

I regularly stop by grabbing some food in here. I like the speedy customer service and well cooked dishes. I recommend this place.

My first time coming to this location, pretty disappointed. I changed my mind about adding tapioca balls to one of my drinks, and asked if they can add some. She said it was 50 cents and wouldn’t take my cash and charged my credit card 55 cents. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location again.

Good place. Not lots of people. The only thing is when you order online the sms status is delayed. Yet i prefer this location than other ones.

Always under staffed. I've never seen another chatime or any bbt store with just one staff member during busy periods.

Drinks are consistently way too sweet compared to other locations, even with 30% sweetness I still need to dilute it with water.

Way too busy, always under staffed and packed with people. Zero social distancing.need to only allow a certain number of people inside.

Please have a separate line for online order or phone order specially if the order is ready for pick up so customers don't have to line up with the same line as customers that will still order (walk in). It is not very efficient in my opinion.

Been here since they've opened - very consistent. Lately during COVID, the wait can be extremely long.

Fast service, helpful staff, follows social distancing rules (except when uber or other deliveries are made, total number of people in store briefly exceeds 4). Drinks are good, people line up outside here all the time; they even ran out of the popular drinks once, which I think is another sign of this store's popularity. We come here all the time

Super great experience! I'm a super indecisive person at the cashier really helped me pick and gave me great suggestions and the drink was great!

I dont know if it's just me, but almost every Chatime location is virtually the same. Staff works extremely fast and efficient but I find compromise the level of customer service in terms of friendliness and politeness. They're keen on working quick, but quickly forget to gauge customer service. That's really the only con of any chatime locations. Other than that, quick, cheap, small, always has great taste.

The chatime is quite comfy and located in a good location as it is next to a Chinese supermarket; as always, the tea itself is of sufficient quality and there is a decently wide selection (though I find the tea to be slightly too sweet, your tastes will vary and I cannot make any guarantee on your opinion on the matter) ; however, the flaws to be found in this location of store of tea of bubbles is that there is too little space in the interior of the store leading to an unfortunate situation where it becomes too cramped to have adequate space and thereby reducing the comfortability of the location.

Got the passion fruit with aloe jelly. Tasted just okay. The aloe jelly has a bit of funny taste to it. Much prefer the passion fruit (with lychee jelly) at Coco's. Or the Mango Passionfruit at ShareTea.

The people there are really nice and the bubble tea they have that I've tried tasted very nice. But I just wish some days weren't so busy.

Its a new trend on drink8ng tea. Years ago in 2000 there is Ten Ren Tea.thst start this kind of business. But Chstime is the 1st global fenomena in the whole world.

Yesterday I went to order a Chatime pearl milk, grass jelly milk tea and I specifically asked for 30% sugar, they didn’t put it and I saw it put in the machine but when the receipt prints out it doesn’t say it. Another problem is I ordered a Chatime red bean pearl milk tea and it is suppose to include RED BEAN AND PEARL INSIDE, I also added grass jelly and when I got the drink I thought the red bean and pearl would be inside if I stirred it however I didn’t see the red bean and pearl, I only saw the grass jelly and they charged me the amount of the Red Bean Pearl Milk Tea which is what I asked for but didn’t include the red bean and pearl, it’s just like the grass jelly milk tea that I ordered. When they charged me the amount of the red bean pearl milk tea.disappointing. I would’ve given it 5 stars if they didn’t mess up my order.

Not my favourite location cus it is cramped and the Music is rather loud usually but it is the one closest to my house. Bubble tea is just okay.

Small location but with very quick service. Cha time sets the standard for quality bubble tea in Toronto as an international chain. I recommend the oolong milk tea with tapioca, at 30% sweet and less ice; a great combination to taste the tea without being too overly sweet.

Nice and polite staffs.lots of options to choose from. I picked passion fruit smoothie, and enjoyed the taste of crunchy mix

People didn't like when I was there. Didn't hear my order and they had to call me up to get it. Prices are quite high. Lines can be quite long.
