I love the honey green milk tea pearls
There's always a line up but they apologize for the wait. They got to my drink pretty fast and were super friendly. Plus they have new cakes:)

I guess I’m not the only customer experience Rude staff in this location. Go to the Alley instead.

Came in at around 8pm today (I assume it was 1 hour before closing time, not 5 minutes) The cashier girl threw the payment machine at me with death stare and gave me the receipt without saying anything. Very disappointed on how you guys greeted customer. Drinks are 8/10 but the service is 0/10

One of the best bubble tea places in town, I ordered the regular brown sugar milk tea with boba and the mango smoothie, both beverages we’re delicious.

Note: Chatime by default add a salt crema to their Brown sugar milk tea, I dont like the crema so I always say without crema. Nonetheless, this depends on your preference

The girl with the red head and weird bangs was so rude to every customer. She found any reason to start raising her voice and was very unprofessional.

30 min for a drink that we didn't want and they said things were sold out later to find they were selling more in front of us instead of telling us " oh there's more I will cancel the order and make you the proper ones".
They couldn't communicate. The manager wouldn't refund two slushy drink for the trouble we went through. The manager is a joke. I don't care about the money it's the principle of customer service. FYI just noticed all the "owners" responses are just cut and copy replies. Smh!

I think the customer service could improve at this location. The cashier seemed very annoyed when I was placing my order and she rushed to get it over with.

Another day visit chatime for drinks on Sunday. I noticed store been very busy weekend but all the staffs have been keeping the store running very consistent.one thing i saw the cash girl actually helping a very odd customer but nobody seems to care, cashier do all of the work so line hold up for awhile only 2 staffs in the front, lady from the back i think she manager but hope next time she can keep it up with staffs in front and anything happen that disturbed the ur staffs and store flow like this. Drinks were okay.

Rude staff and very impatient. Was getting my Bday drink and I had troubles with the password login to Chatime App for them to scan the voucher. They did not let me know or give directions on how to use the App at all. They close an hour before the mall closes, looked annoyed and need proper training with customer service. On top of that, I was even charged 10 cents more (70 cents rather than 60 cents) for Large size.

Cha time isn’t one of my go tos anymore since there’s better bbt in Mississauga. Service was quick and prompt. Bbt was average.

The drink was good but the cashier was very rude. I understand that maybe I was speaking quietly but she didn’t have to be like “a what” in a condescending way. It looked like she was forced to be there.

I like cha time i just I feel this location is my least favourite location, staff tend to forget to ask for the pointcards and forget about the promotions running

Sorry to say that the experience was quite disappointing. The staff wasn’t friendly (maybe because of the long queue). The tea was not as concentrated as expected, and the pearls were just fine. They should adjust the ratio of tea to milk as I couldn’t taste the tea much even when I ordered it without ice and without extra sugar. I’d rather order milk tea from another bubble tea store. There’re plenty of them in Square One/ Mississauga.

喺呢度嗌奶茶真係幾令人失望。啲職員唔友善唔再講（可能因為條隊實在太長），啲茶又唔濃，珍珠都係好一般。茶對奶嘅比例可以再調校，因為我走冰走糖都唔係好飲到個茶味。下次再買就去下一間了，反正Square One/ 密西沙加都有好多間。

I ordered two drinks at Chatime square one at 5: 16 pm oFebruary 4th. The cashier was rude and I had torepeat my order three times and she still order the wrong thing. Then she rolled her eyes and act like she's right which she wasn't. I understand you guys are usually busy and that was Friday evening. However, I did say my two drinks loudly and clearly. I could understand caramel milk tea sometimes sounds like pearl milk tea. However, I ordered golden lily milk tea with oat milk doesn't sound like pearl milk tea at all. I don't know why the cashier was not patient and rude just because I told her the order was not correct?

Secondly, The brown sugar pearls didn't taste any brown sugar flavor AT ALL. The pearls were raw. The inner parts of the pearls were still HARD (Please check the attached pictures). I asked for oat milk but it was milk tea powder.

This is really frustrating. Please have better customer service and make sure your pearls are cooked.

My favorite location! The drinks always taste best and the sugar levels are always accurately what I ask for! They're always busy but working hard!

This Chatime, for whatever reason, always gets the order wrong or just doesn’t do it as well as the Chatime on Burnhamthorpe. I gave this a two stars because it’s still Chatime, but honestly, save yourself your money, or go to the one on Burnhamthorpe. It’s so much better.
Reasons:
- Sugar level is never right
- They’ve added milk when I said no milk
- They’ve put ice when I said no ice
- Even warm drinks are not that hot - I don’t understand this one
- Tapioca is never the right texture. It’s almost uncooked/hard opposed to chewy.

^These are all separate visits lol. I kid you not, they never get the order right. Go to Burnhamthorpe. It’s just better - idk why this place sucks but you heard it. Heed the warning.

I ordered 3 cups of milk tea today (Mar 8) around 5pm. I ordered the pearl milktea here a million times, but it tasted really weird today, I asked 2 of my friends and they said the same thing. It feel like the tea either got burned, or they mixed roased and black tea together. Also the tapioca wasn't cooked enough, really hard to chew. Really disappointed!

Employees took phone calls and phone orders instead of serving people in front of them. Took forever to order bubble tea and only two people in front of line who they completely neglected.

Tried the TOTM genmaicha and it tasted great. A star off because the tapioca/pearls were stale, but other than that pretty good.

What a terrible experience. I visited at around 12: 30 pm on a completely unbusy Sunday. The rude and arrogant lady heavily slammed the machine in front of me. The cups were also spattered with milk tea and neither paper towels nor bags were provided. I didn't even know how to pick it up.

Sometimes long line up as it is in the mall. Usually stocked up 9/10 times. Great service. Keep up the great work

I always go to this location as it’s in the mall that I work in. But 5/10 times they will mess up on my order and not put any sugar even though I’ve asked for reg sugar. Today the same thing happened again, except this time there’s even tiny black flakes in my drink (possibly from tea leaves?)

Possibly the worst bubble tea place I have been too. The line up is too long and the cashier misheard my order and refused to replace it

This is a wonderful location. Aside from the tasty beverages, Belinda and team always make me feel welcome and valued. It is a warm feeling being greeted with a smile and a ‘how are you’. I am happy to receive drink recommendations from the associates and their recommendations have always been great. I highly recommend this Chai Time location. There is a reason I am a regular customer.

I was a regular customer but I had such a bad experience when I wanted to exchange a drink because I was trying something new and extremely disliked it at first sip. They didn't let me exchange it and my money was simply wasted as I couldn't drink it at all. If they provide their regular customers like this, then I'll never be buying anything from here again.

Whenever I'm at Square One, and I'm at Square One all the time I always get my bubble tea from Chat time.
My love for bubble tea has grown ever since I started going here, the mango smoothie is just.
The staff here is very patient, helpful and anything they recommend ends up tasting amazing.

I personally love this location, the customer service here is always so friendly and my drink is always made to perfection, overall would recommend the visit

Chattime at the Square One location is excellent! I am there almost every single day because their service is professional and friendly. The drinks taste delicious. I am currently doing a Master's program and the drink I usually have (hazelnut milk tea) really refreshes me. I would recommend this place because it's great!:) 5 STARS for me.

The customer service here is very reassuring. Any complications are always taken into consideration as they never let a customer leave unhappy. Great for anyone who enjoys great tasting drinks and pastries!

After reading some of the reviews and comments, I realized some people can be so petty. People often only write reviews when they've had a bad experience and hardly when they've had a good one. For me, I had a great experience with Chatime. I have type II diabetes and must watch what I eat and drink. Both Ronna and Alex suggested the Alishan fresh tea with no sugar and to be honest it was quite refreshing and very delicious! Thank you for being able to accommodate someone who has a dietary restriction while providing exceptional customer service!

I came here and ordered a french vanilla iced capp and they didn't have ANY. Overall, it was a good Coco's since they gave me a cup of water:)

This location is great! Employees are always kind and helpful in giving suggestions for drinks. I love their brown sugar roasted, it's one of my favourites:)

I've been to this location multiple times now and despite it being in a mall, they are quick and try to get the orders done as fast as possible. The workers are nice and make recommendations for new customers as well. Definitely one of my favorites!

I go to Chatime often and tried many of their milk teas. They have great taro milk tea, red bean macha milk tea, and hazelnut chocolate milk tea.
The staff are also very friendly. I really appreciate that they’re going eco friendly with their metal straws and holiday large cup.

Here's my problem. I love cha time and it's one of my favourite bubble tea stores but this specific store never has tapioca ready only the gold tapioca. Doesn't matter what time of day that I have gone they never have it.

There is so much variety in the drinks, I like to try something new every time I go. The staff always have great recommendations, this Chatime has a great feel to it.

Best place to get bubble tea it’s really good! Sometimes the lines are long but that’s only because it’s so good but I really like cha time

I must say this is one of the best locations I’ve been to. It was a busy day for shopping and even though the line looked long, it went by very quickly! Very quick and efficient staff. When it was my time to order, the cashier was nice and friendly, and gave me suggestions on what to order. Definitely will be coming back!

The pudding here is the best. I love it with either the hazelnut chocolate or the roasted milk tea! Always get friendly service and the workers know my order whenever I visit. This is definitely my go to bubble tea location in Mississauga.

Great quality drinks. Service is slow when it gets busy and I find them to be pricey. They do have friendly service and a great atmosphere nonetheless.

Its ALWAYS so slow. Like today there was well over 30 people in line, one cashier, and one person making the tea. And TWO people in the back doing who knows what. Like if they see there is a line, they should come and help out. Not the first time this has happened. The owners should staff this place better.

Chatime is a big scam. They asked me to email through the website and the link on website doesn't even work. I wanna check my points and the link also doesn't work. I have been collecting and when it comes to redeem apparently it's no so easy. The store pushes to the website customer service and the website is just a scam since the link doesn't even work.
