Extremely overpriced and the drinks don't have much quantity most of it is filled with ice

The inside of it is like walking in a different dimension. The drinks and food are really good although it's really busy

So sad to see Kimberly go, she told me it was her last shift last night. She is honestly the epitome of great customer service; my visually impaired brother told me she translated the entire menu into braille for him and now she's the only one who learned sign language to communicate with me.
This Chatime will never be the same without her

The mango slush is always the best! The pearls are not the best but the staff are friendly!

Try to go for kiosk first but didn't work for member's point. Print out the order and head to cashier before she had another customer. However cashier go for the next customer and let us wait.

Drinks here are always great with a variety of customizable options to choose from, would recommend getting their roasted milk tea with tapioca and less sugar

I have been a loyal customer for years and decided to come here on my birthday for my birthday drink which I was denied of even though I have an account. Ruined my day, I’ve never had this happened before.

I love coming here with family or friends the service is nice but the wait is long but that is usual for a place as busy as this. Along with the busyness of this place the atmosphere is nice

Eh… definitely overrated and extremely busy around end of school hours. Don’t visit during end of school hours or you’ll expect heavy lines. Drinks aren’t the best but not the worst.

I don't normally write reviews but when you make your customer wait over 20 min for a pick order because you forgot to send the confirming e-mail that's not good.

Consistency is they get it right every time I walk in. Who doesn’t fancy a great bubble tea. Hit it up! You won’t be disappointed!

Been to this location a lot and everytime it’s the same. They prioritize Uber/online orders. There could be like 6 people working but you would still have to wait 20 mins at least for drinks. They tell you to wait outside and look at the screen of the order # but the screen sometimes doesn’t even work.

I came to this location because it was in the area of my weekend errands. There appeared to be quite a line but it was because you go in to order, grab you're receipt with a number, and wait outside where there's a light board displaying the numbers that are ready. Really liked this as it allowed social distancing and prevented crowding!

Service was friendly and efficient for ordering, and drink prep was also quite speedy. End result: my drink was made as requested (i.e. The chocolate malt milk tea (TOTM) with 30% sugar, less ice, add tapioca). Still quite sweet but I think it was just the nature of the flavor of th drink. They were generous with the topping and was QQ and fresh as you'd hope.

Excellent service! I messed up on one my drinks.even though it was my fault they still fixed it. Location is a little further away from my house, but because of this small gesture.they got my business! Thank you and keep up the great work!

We had tried Chatime for the first time and all four of us were shocked how tasty their bubble tea is. I love the fact that you can control the sweetness/sugar level of your drink.definitely a plus! It was very busy when we went in to order, but they didn't seem under pressure at all. Very organized with covid restrictions. You go in one line to order and then enter the next line to pick up your order.

I like how after you order you can wait outside and your order number will display on screen. It makes the store feel less crowded

Always a great experience! The owner and staff are always friendly and quick. They rock when it comes to different ways of paying and getting the drinks. Could not be a better chatime experience.

Although it was busy when I went (4 people in line ahead of me) I got my order in a reasonable time, around 5 minutes. Very nice workers!

My taro milktea wasn't mixed well so it didn't taste good. They have nice baked goods here though.

Super slow, even when there's no customers ahead. Other than that, most of their drinks are decent.

Pretty good bubble tea, but milk substitutes cost extra and their vitasoy drinks are gone, but obviously this is not the locations fault. A little expensive but not the locations fault as well. One thing that is their fault is that the store is very cold. Whenever I want to get bbt from this location I have to plan my outfit accordingly. I cannot come in just shorts and a tank top. I need at least jeans and a sweater. Sometimes I want to walk in with a full winter jacket but that would be too embarrassing. Glad to see another customer has brought it up. Always thought there was something wrong with me.

Slow and always behind schedule.
We always order through the app, show up after the predicted "ready" time (which is always different, so you know it can be changed accordingly), and it is never ready. Sometimes, the order has not even been started.
There is no reason anyone needs to wait an additional 30 minutes if they ordered in advance and were told a specific time.
This location needs to better manage their workers, their time, and their communication with the app.

Very slow when you place a walk-in order while delivery or online people go in and out with drinks. They don't care about service since they don't bother making 1 drink for a customer who is actually in store rather than the online/delivery orders of multiple drinks. There isn't even a line to order just a line or people waiting. And their pick up number system doesn't work.

Worst ever！waited for 45 mins for just two little drinks. This is minor comparing to the fact that you are drawing a huge crowd there waiting and this is absolutely against pandemic treatments. If you can't take the volume, you should tell ppl the wait time prior or stop the ordering until you are able to accommodate. Chaitime, shame on you! All you want is money and you are putting your employee and the customers at risk!

The bubble is neither too soft nor too hard. It tastes just right! They also have delicate matcha cakes which is perfect for people like me not loving too much sweet. Visiting this store is almost my weekly routine

They seem to be making every bubble tea except for mine.
Took close to 30 mins to get my tea.
People came in after, ordered and got theirs made ahead of mine.

Very busy when I went. Did a good job of limiting how many people were allowed in the store, but did take an extended amount of time to get my bubble tea

Placed an order from Chatime via Ubereats around 11: 45. Received the order at 1: 20. After craving bubble tea for a long time during the covid 19 pandemic, we ended up receiving the wrong order. 2 items with no sugar and no ice, while we ordered 3 items. How are you not able to see 3 items on the order as well as the receipt you've attached chatime. Horrible experience never ordering from them again. They ruined our appetite. We've called them multiple times and no ANSWER with voicemail being full. Unacceptable. You don't even deserve a one star review.

I had to wait over an hour and fifteen minutes to get my small order. I watched many people who ordered after me get their orders first. I only got my order made when I went in and complained about waiting for over an hour and I didnt even get an apology. Very disappointed.

I was excited to try the new brown sugar milk tea but was told they absolutely cannot change the ice level in the drink. When I received the email about the new brown sugar milk tea, it clearly said in the fine print that the drink was customizable.

For some reason this is the only chatime that always has a problem with me customizing my drink according to my preference. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

2 hours+ for an online order delivery? Come on.
Ordered 12: 41 PM, estimated for 1: 13PM, its 2: 54 PM as of writing and still no drinks here.update: the drinks arrived at 3: 03PM.

Love Chatime but this location is by far the worst and I've been to about a dozen locations around Toronto, GTA, and Mississauga. Don't be surprised if you get your drinks minimum 20 mins later and if it's made incorrectly. If you've got time and aren't picky about what you end up getting, then this location is perfect for you (if you're able to drive over to the Woodbine location, I would recommend doing that instead.)

We're at this location fairly often. There are definitely times where the place is rammed packed with people but any delay you experience is because some people don't know what or how to order. The staff that work the counter are quick and once you've ordered, you're only waiting a couple of minutes to get your beverage. I've never had an issue with my order.

Recently went in and wanted to get the new Sakura Sweetheart however, they were out of Sakura Sago. So I had asked they substitute it with tapioca and I was still charged for the additional topping.:/
Otherwise, good location as the staff are usually friendly and efficient.

Chatime is a great place to buy bubble tea and snacks. Amazing food but does not have the most great service.

Got a large Thai ginger tea and it was entirely flavorless. They were clearly all out of the tea and sprinkled some of the remaining powder into a large cup of water. Not very professional.

Place is well managed. If it is not too busy they would try to clean up as much as possible. Drinks are made fast and really well

My daughter's favorite hangout n bubble tea spot.there are generally fast and good at getting the order right, except one instance where there was no sugar in the drink.
But overall good experience.

It's chatime, not too much to say regarding the drinks. Great selection and new drinks every now and then. This location can get quite busy at night around 10 and the line will reach the bathrooms. The staff are always working fast though despite the line. My order has only been wrong once but it was a minor issue, I had asked for grass jelly but received tapioca.

Slowest Chatime. 15 - 20 customers in line.they got two employees on the floor working, the other two were sitting in the lobby? Performance review? Having a chat? Wouldn't you want to clear the line first?

Extraordinary selection of drinks, really flavorful. Amazing experience and would recommend this location!

Slow slow slow service. Waiting in line for about 20-25 mins each visit and sometimes I leave because waiting that long is outrageous.

Ordered a holiday drink (Holiday Rocher) and asked to not have the sea salt on top. Was told that they can’t do that and that it was a “SOP” and was extremely rude about it. Shouldn’t drinks be made according to customer preferences? Worst customer service ever.

Not really my favorite. Whatever the option I took it always had that plastic taste to it. I personally prefer Bubble tease.

Came to celebrate new years with chatime, very busy but staff still kept a positive mindset and provided very friendly customer service!

This place is so great! Amazing customer service and everyone is super nice, willing to explain drinks to you.

Only thing holding the 5th star is the long wait times. Between the number of people in store and Uber eats pickups, you're waiting 30+ mins to get your order placed.

This Chatime location is quite good. There are quite some spaces for people to sit and hang out. It is famous with local people. The matcha tirumisu is quite good, but a bit too sweet. The staffs are quite friendly. However, the floor of the store is very sticky, not sure what reason, hopefully they will clean it more.

Not sure if she's a supervisor or trainer (i believe her name starts with an "e"), but she's very rude to trainees and customers.hopefully she's not the manager.line up was long as usual, then when i finally get to order, this staff walked away in the middle of my order, started yelling at trainees about mistakes, but at the same time took my order wrong.often come to this chatime location, and this tearista is always rude, and go on her phone a lot while shaking drinks with one hand. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Holy JESUS! Arrived at 14: 10PM, on Thursday September 5th 2019. No one was lining up. Ordered and payed at 14: 11PM. Sat down on a chair to wait for my drink. The seat wasn't even warm yet, "Here's your Chatime Pearl Milktea less sugar half ice" at 14: 11PM. It didn't even take a minute to make the drink! I watched him make the drink from scratch.the guy that was working today was a true bubbletender. This guy needs a promotion! Dam, i should've asked for his name. I've been on this location for various times. And they were always female workers, and trust me.they take their sweetest time to make your drink.while chatting and texting on their phones.

My go to location for Chatime since it's so close to home. Great staff, a lot of them are really good at making their drinks as close to what I enjoy. They rarely get the drinks wrong unless maybe a new employee.

Sometimes it can get EXTREMELY busy in here. The hot spot times around 3pm ish and night time 7-10pm I found these times always busy so I try to go super early in the day or a bit before closing.

I am NOT a patient person LOl. I've tried to come here MANY TIMES and just drove home after seeing those lines. Wow, just thinking about it reminds me of when they first opened. STUDENTS EVERYWHERE.

Last thing is that it can get super super hot in there, not their fault at all. It's the type of light bulbs they use.

Usually come here right when they are opened (around 11: 30), and there’s always that one female staff that’s constantly late (i guess management won’t schedule staff to come in at weird times like: 40/: 35) There is always a lineup right at 11: 30am, but only one staff is working. Whenever that female staff comes in (late), first thing she does is make herself a hot drink, turn down the AC (honestly, summer is really hot, which i dont think its acceptable to turn down the AC/ up the heat like that), and ignore customers in line. Also, I’m not sure how she can take a break 10-15mins (after being late) right after she started work. Then, when there are a lot of customers, she just sits there eat & chill, and let that one staff to take orders, tender and make drinks at the same time. I’ve also seen this staff doing her makeup at bar area, which I think that’s very unsanitary, and FSA should take a close look and re-audit. In general, this store has quality drinks and most staffs are friendly.
