Its chill man idk what else to say. Chatime for me just never hits as hard as coco in my opinion

I love this place for bubble tea.
The honeydew milk tea with tapioca is my go to drink.

I don’t have it much, as the calorie count on it makes it kinda prohibitive in my diet.

I certainly wish I could.
I can gulp down a large bubble tea in less than a minute and have a hard time not doing that. If I could consume these things slower I’d have them more often.

But, if I want bubble tea, Chatime is my go to.

Their tapioca pearls are bad including their brown sugar pearls. ️

Pumpkin spice smoothie was also bad.

Decent prices and is only busy during high traffic hours, and even so, the line moves along fairly quickly, usually occupied by UofT students. Unfortunately Chatime drinks are so watered down and taste terrible

Maybe it’s a busy day, but the cashier’s attitude was quite weird, probably they’re not selling service…

Service was agonizingly slow, not sure if it was an equipment problem or new employee but it took ages to enter in a coupon code, and then even longer before I was able to pay.
My drink tasted good but wasn't sealed properly at the top causing it to spill everywhere.

Layout of the store is not great either, they've blocked off all but one tiny corridor for entry and exit even though they have the capacity to split it up.instead they just entirely blocked the seating area so you have to squeeze past everyone in line to leave the store

I’ve been buying bubble from chatime for 3 years now and today I bought a pearl milk tea from the store at Bloor. The drink was made weirdly fast and when I got home to drink it, it tasted like water and with a little milk. The taste was very bland and I didn’t bother to finish the drink. This is super disappointing and it’s my first time experiencing this.

I love their bubblemilk tea. The only thing is that the large cup they have is not large enough for me.

Can often be crowded and they are really strict about no outside food, but overall it is like any other Chatime.

The tea is ok but the customer service is really rude. The cashier talked about my friend and I in Mandarin in front of us with another worker in the middle of ordering our drinks, thinking that we didn't understand.we both understood. Other times that we have been here, the workers blasted their music and have talked with each other so loud that customers can barely hear themselves. Wouldn't be giving it such a low rating if this hasn't been consistently happening.management needs to do better.

So good that I got three. Perfect strong milk tea with tapioca.

1. Earl grey milk tea
2. Chaitime pearl milk tea
3. Coconut milk tea
(PS. Don't forget to add tapioca)

Made me feel like I was in another country. Should take off a star due to the aggressiveness with which the couple in front me in line made out. It was like a wildlife documentary.

Been lucky to never have gone when it’s super busy. Staff is very quick with orders and the location is always kept very clean.

Friendly service and tasty drinks. Walking distance from St George Subway station, makes it very accessible too.
