I love taro. This was the worst taro smoothie I have ever had. The taste and texture was of undissolved powder. I would have returned it but I was half way home before I tasted it.

We got bubble milk tea, Tea tasted like iced water and the tapioca was not cooked well enough, Would not recommend this location,

The service is horrible here. The drink was served quickly enough, although the flavouring was pretty off. All the tables are sticky and the some chairs are as well. We asked for a paper towel to wipe the seats, we didn't even ask the server to.even though there were 5 of them behind the counter. He had to turn off his air pods to hear our questions for one, and then he had the audacity to point as a knapkin and told us to use that. This chain is going downhill, and with so many chains opening up, you would think they would at least try better to get more customer loyalty.

Chatime is a reliable spot for bubble tea lovers, offering a standard corporate menu with a variety of fresh and tasty options. I've found their drinks to be consistently good, and it's always a pleasure to try out different flavors and combinations.

Their self ordering kiosk is a nightmare. They don't use order numbers, they don't check receipts so my drink was taken by someone else. They had 5 staff members and we waited more than 15 minutes for two drinks. As always, chatime is always too sweet and prices seem to have increased as well. There was also a cigarette butt inside the store and it seemed like no one cleaned the sitting area for a while.

Big fan of chatime, never again to this location. Never have I ever had a bubble tea experience where the lid seal is completely loose and open. In this case, all three of our drinks were like this, causing all three of us to spill the drinks. The warm was also boiling hot! Very unfortunate.

It's a small, but very nice spot, especially in the summer. The service is friendly (however not always fast). The place is clean and well maintained. During the summer there are outside tables so that you can sit and enjoy your bubble tea.

The taste is above average but the wait time for one drink is 30 mins. I can't imagine how long it will take for 3 drinks

Fast service, however, if you are paying by credit card you have to use the self check out tablets at the front.

I used their self- machine to take the order at 3: 45pm, there were so many people in the strore, so I knew that I would wait for a while like 15 mins something. I was patient at the first 20 mins. But I was wrong, some people even ordered after me, they got their order and gone, and i was still waiting my order. After 30 mins, all my patience ran out, I asked their staff about my order, she told me they are making it now.what! There were some customers like me, had to ask them if you used the machine to order, then they would start to make your order. If you dont ask, your order would never be made. Finally, I waited for 35 mins to get my order. It was the longest waiting time for bbt in my life. Buying a bbt and feel so upset! Terrible ordering system, but the staff was nice and polite.

Extremely rude staff! My partner was seated at a table while i was waiting in line for drinks.
Staff made an accusation that he was not purchasing anything while saving the seat. They were also making rude comments about him not realizing i was in front of them waiting for my drinks to be made. The cashier at the time ended up acknowledging that i was in front of her and quickly turned to the others to stop.

Extremely unprofessional.

Liked the option to order and pay using the touch screens provided. However, as I was waiting to pick up my order I looked up and was shocked by the amount of dust and dirt on the ceiling and on the tops of the security cameras. Doesn't look like it's ever been cleaned and all it would take is 5 min with a duster and maybe a ladder. Apart from this, a nice place to pick up a bubble tea before or after a movie.

Enjoyed the bubble tea. Made as requested everytime. Also the cakes were delicious. Good price for the slices. Most places nowadays have made the prices the same and cake slices smallest but they give you an adequate slice for a decent price. Also a variety to choose from. I like this location as it has the mille crepe. Also the automated ordering system makes it quick and easy.

Chatime was the first BBT place to hit it big but since then, they haven't keen able to keep up. Competition came and there are now over 20+ BBT places in the GTA. Funny enough. The prices for BBT didn't dropped even with intense competition.

Chatime also got rid of their original rewards program, which took me years to achieve that status and replaced it with the Chatime Societea app that is so hard to gain points and my old status is wiped out and gone. They don't even bother to recognize the lifetime status.

This location is convenient and closed late but the line can be long especially right after a movie. Overall, the drinks are not bad and with barely competition around, you really have much choice unless you drive. However for the prices you are paying, might as well go somewhere else. Their drinks are no longer innovative.

I was at this location last a couple of days ago, and was amazed at the incredible service provided by the staff. Christie did such a great job explaining the Chatime app to me and told me all about how valuable the point system can really be! Will definitely be returning to this location in the near future! Looking to rack up some points as a new Chatime rewards member!:)

When Chatime first opened, it was my go to place for bbt as it was probably for everyone. Now it's gone to I'll get it as my last resort: (previously their roasted milk tea was a must have for me but then other bbt shops also started offering similar tasting bbts.another go to of mine was the yoghurt green tea, absolutely fave staple at chatime.until they took it off the menu! Recently they released a new drink: matcha roasted milk tea! Was soooo excited to try this but too bad it was a let down. There was zerooooo roasted milk tea flavour, not even a hint, ZEROO! The matcha overpowered everything but even before I mixed the drink, there was no roasted MT flavour at all. Confused if this is how the drink is supposed to taste or they made it wrong.

I come here a lot, service is great at this location, staff is friendly, they are trying out new drinks here and then, although there are many competitions out there. Chatime is still going strong. Keep up the great customer service!

This place takes a really really long time to make your drinks. I've never visited a slower place. Even after you order, it takes almost 10 minutes for them to make a single bubble tea. We waited over 15 minutes in this line, and it moved up by one person. We ended up leaving. This is not the first time it's been slow. They CONSTANTLY have very very slow service.

Got one of my regular orders, Lychee green tea. This was my first time at this location, the wait time was much lower than the wait time at the Midland and Finch location.

Love the variety of drinks. The drinks are served quickly and taste great. The staff are very friendly and helpful!

Very speedy service! All staff were amazing and made me feel very welcome. All safety covid protocols are properly enforced.

One of the best locations in Markham! My fave drink here is the grapefruit juice. The staff here are friendly and it's always clean. I would reccomend this location

Staff are quick with orders and drinks are pretty good and overall just a good place to go when craving some tea.

Chatime's always been a favourite for bubble tea. Despite being a large chain of bubble tea restaurants there is no sacrifice in quality.

Been here a lot, quality is consistent all around. Never had any issues with my orders, good stuff.

4 stars for speed and drink consistency. Lost 1 star due to cleanliness of the place. Theres enough dust on top of the signs/walls to fill 10 vacuums. This should be cleaned as the tearistas are making drinks right underneath it.

Extremely slow. They need to hire more people to accommodate for the lines so that people aren’t waiting 30+ mins just for a drink.

Got a simple peach tea, came home, put it into a cup and then found a fly in it: (paid a lot for this little cup too and now I can’t drink it. Really disappointed, especially during a pandemic where we already have to be so careful about germs.

I love bubble tea and their quality is 10/10. It's just their flavour choice isn't so vast. I came looking for Taro slush and they didn't have it.

Best bubble tea that have ever had. Would highly recommend going here if your ever in the area. Very extensive menu, its a bit pricey but so worth it.

Oh my goodness.the music volume & bass is WAYYY too loud in here. And with children around, music also has profanity.

Management needs to do better.

They are very busy especially after movies and it looked like the workers weren’t making the drinks for the customers who ordered and when my friends and I got our drinks they tasted water downed and when we tried to talk to the workers they would avoid eye contact and ask us to wait. So we just left.

Good service and good bubble tea. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and got my order right, exactly as I requested.
Tapioca is a good texture and sweetened, so the drink is sweet enough with no additional sugar.
Also happy that Chatime listened to its customers and will now accept your resuable cups from home (I brought a clean mason jar that was once a Classico pasta jar:). They've come a long way. They even will give you a discount, which is advertised, unlike other places, and sell reusable straws as well.

Analogous to a cocaine stand that fuels my addiction to bubble tea. Good environment but really busy - I wish they had a second cash register because the lines are often huge. But, a man will wait for a long as it takes to get his fix.
