Aside this location usually having a fast line,
It's very hard to know where it starts or ends.
On the scale of their products it's sub par above the other locations.
Although staff is very friendly and always get the orders right it falls short of still having to scream my order past a barrier.

Two things about cha time. It is always good and always busy.

Quickly dropped by here one time and the girl at the front was very nice. They made my drinks quickly and overall friendly people. I will be coming back here!

Service is quick and efficient. Guy up front with the mic is helped out with my order and questions with no fuss. Taro highly recommend.

They water the tea down and blame it on the steamer.its like buying half tea half water.what is the point of selling tea.if you dilute it.why not just sell flavor water.no just put a vending machine here.make more money sellin coke

Inconsistent quality relative to other chatime locations. Half the time the drinks taste very watery, so we only go to this location as a last resort

Tried brown sugar with caramel cheese foam, mango and passion fruit drinks
They are really watery.
Brown sugar one was too sweet (it is ok not too bad). Caramel cheese foam was something they suggested. I thought it would be a good addition but it is too sweet.

Chatime is really good for the regular milk tea. That's about it thoug

The customer service here was immaculate! I came here with my friend and the cashier was so polite, I felt so welcomed there and was actually shocked with how fast our drinks were made. The cashier even remembered who ordered what and was sure to hand the correct drink to each of us after they were made. On top of that, both drinks were delicious! Great music was playing and the store simply had a charming vibe to it. I would definitely go again!

I order a regular mango green tea with tapioca - no ice, minimal sugar. Pretty simple order right?

Wrong. I get my drink and there's ice in it, so I ask her to remake it. Then I go home and this drink is so sweet I got instant diabetes.

Excellent service, clean facilities, and extremely friendly staff. Christina gave me an delicious drink suggestion which has now become by regular. Great place.

Got my free birthday drink from the highway7/Leslie location recently. The cashier was very welcoming and he said happy birthday to me afterwards.
Taste was good as always ;)

I specifically ordered both drinks with no ice and 30% sugar, yet somehow I ended up with the handcrafted taro smoothie with 100% sugar and ice, a little frustrating shopping experience.

I've ordered this in different locations several times, and this is so far the worst one I've had. Somehow it taste sweet but watery, as if the tea is diluted so they added more condensed milk.

I went in for my regular drink mid day and the new trainee was enthusiastic and very engaging. He had a great attitude and excellent customer service. He simply made my day better. Drink was as good as usual. Definitely coming back everyday for my tea.

I used to work at Chatime, so i know exactly how long it takes to make a drink. Only one person was working and I waited over 40mins to order is ridicoulous. I didnt waste any more time and left without ordering. Either have a faster employee or put more people on schedule. Dissapointing.

The employee attitude was good but, unacceptable wait times. Lining up to order for 15 minutes I can understand but my order taking 25 minutes is not acceptable. After people behind me got their order I asked them where my order was and they forgot my order. Another problem was when ordering I gave them a coupon and ordered a regular drink. Not only did they charge me large but also charged me for topping which I had coupon for. Wasted so much time to make my order and get my order.

Expensive and I personally didn't like both of the cakes (tiramisu and Earl Grey chocolate crepe cake). The texture is weird.

Horrible experience I went there with my friend and this WAS our favourite chatime however they ended up making our drinks so poorly and not to company standards and I swear they put milk in my JASMINE GREEN TEA which is suppose to only have creamer (as someone who used to work at chatime) when we told the girl she rolled her eyes at us and basically remade the same drink wrong

BUYER BEWARE save your money for somewhere else

I really enjoyed my experience at this chatime! The staff were super friendly and offered help when I was deciding what to try off their menu. I ended up going with the golden lily milk tea with oat milk sub and it was soo good!

Worse Chatime I've ever been to. There is a limit of 5 people in store, I was the 6th person so I had to wait outside for over 20 mins then an additional 10 mins before I could order. Only 2 people working on Friday evening. When I left the store there were 8 customers inside.

Slow, no sense of urgency. The average delivery time for a sit down meal is aprox 14 mins. So the question is when someone pre-orders to avoid a wait inside, why does one have to wait more than 10 mins for something that is pre-ordered. Why offer this option if the wait is just as long as if I walked in to place an order. The purpose of a pre-order is so the items are ready for when I walk in

Will not be coming back. Prior to even drinking my drink i was wondering why my early gray milk tea was so dark. When other locations are typically more light.

After tasting it I knew why. They hardly added any milk, tasted so watered down. Even though I asked for NO ICE, and only to be shaken w/ ice.

I spend 6.00$ on a drink, I expect the workers not to be skimpy when making my drink.

Avoid this location if you don't want toWASTE your $$. Birchmount location much better.

The worst bubble tea I’ve ever had in my entire life. It tasted extremely diluted. And they did nothing to fix it. Specific to this location & threw all of it away in the garbage.

As busy as it was, the service was great. Would definitely go back the next time I'm in the area.

They are little slow and not appreciative of other ethnicity. I love their teas but never appreciated my ethnicity, I really don’t know why. On the the other hand Elgin And Leslie Chatime has out standing service, very respectful to the customers.

Chatime is dying out.i tried the wintermelon drink, horrible.i tried their brown sugar drinks, the worst, and dont get me started on the milk teas.every time i order its either ok or watery bland.pass.

Unfortunate that the ingredients are not standardized from location to location or from server to server.

Drinks are good as usual, but some tables are wobbly, corners not as well lit. Slightly long wait time for drinks but it may be a general comment overall for bubble tea places.

The best bubble tea in the city. The place is always busy, great service, recommdations by staff, and just a pleasure to be in. Every single store is amazing. Great franchise and great products and best of all great people serving up the drinks!

I went to the Chatime on Famous Ave on Jan 25th and gave it 5 stars. Probably the only Chatime location I really like. I came here the day after and was dissappointed. I came in around 11pm and joined the line. No one was at the counter, but one worker was cleaning the floor. I waited a few minutes patiently. After a few more minutes, a couple workers came to the desk and totally ignored me. A couple delivery drivers came in and they dealt with them first. I guess they got an order after that too and they put their 5 drinks in the system, still not acknowledging me. When they were done with all they had to do, they just said "hi" to me. I had to ask if they were ready to take my order, (or if they were just accknowledging me). I don't mind waiting, but at least let your customer know what's up. My family was waiting in the car for me.they just say "hi" to me. If we were there earlier, I would have gone to Cocos or Chaplus instead, but they were closed. The drinks were dissappointing as well.

Very popular tea shop with a wide variety of drinks. Of the 15 tables only a couple were free at five o'clock. Efficiently served. Drinks were a bit expensive a special passion fruit green tea cost $6 for a large one.

This is the second time they got my order wrong. Can't distinguish between green tea and milk tea? Will not order again.

I use to come here with my friends on weekends. The lady with the glasses that look like she was in charge was very rude. She seemed like we were going to steal something when we really all ordered drinks. When my sister asked for a water to go with the drink the lady looked very upset about it. When we went to sit down there was dried up milk tea on the tables and over all the store was very dirty. This location better for a pick up go place even with so many tables and space.

OUT OF PEARLS - appears to be this store's motto. I walked in at 12 midnight (they close at 1am) to buy bubble tea only to be greeted by the dreaded 'out of pearls' sign at the cashier (and why not post that in the entrance door instead to save customer's time). I asked "how long until pearls become available? " and the lady at the counter said "oh, we are not cooking pearls anymore for the night". Really, Chatime. Your advertised store hours is until 1am and you stop making pearls well before that - such poor management. How can you call them bubble tea without the 'bubbles'. WORST CHATIME IN YORK REGION.

How do you get a full order completely wrong? Hmm, I don’t know, ask these unprofessional people that work here.

Roasted Milk Tea is great. I would recommend getting slight sugar (30%). If you aren't interested in getting hit by annoying teenagers armed with backpacks, stay away during 3-4pm.

With so many tea shop open recently, it's important to find one that provides high quality. Will definitely be there for tea again.

Please read! For people who loves bubble tea! I feel so uncomfortable and unsatisfied for tonight’s shift. We came into the store at 11: 30 pm and the cashier girl gave us really bad attitude. Also after I get my drink I ask some questions with my drink. The girl respond me with “what’s your problem? ” This is not a service person should said. Ever. I don’t know the girl’s name. But this Chatime will probably be the last time for me. If you are a customer who wants to get right treatment for what you paid. Don’t don’t don’t visit this store.

I discovered they don't recycle. What? Seriously? I'm shocked and dismayed; that's a pretty dismal thing to find out while I was waiting for my order. I asked them to put a glass drink bottle in their recycling box. Staff said they 'don't recycle because it's mostly food service''. Uh. Come again? Food service is the worst with excess packaging, and therefore a LOT of polluting; this should be their priority. Sorry, but I can't support this mass disregard in light of ALL the valid and factual environmental concerns that are front & centre lately re: the climate and plastic pollution. We should all be putting the heat on these companies to make necessary (nevermind basic) changes.

Bubble tea is not that good. Location is okay, staff is generally okay but nothing special. You can find some much better bubble tea right around the corner.

Recurring horrible and rude attitude from staffs in this particular Markham, Commerce Gate location comparing to all other locations in GTA. Very negative customer service experience.

The cashier was shockingly rude. Asked us to repeat our order a few times even though we were quite clear on what we wanted.

Bubble tea wasn't that great.
The early grey tea was kind of bland and my drink wasn't even sealed properly? The wait is on the longer side, which doesn't really help either. Bubbles were okay, but not great and also very sweet.
Probably wouldn't go there again, especially considering the fact that there are lots of other bubble tea places that offer a better product.

This location has the longest wait time of all other chatime that I've been too.
Been here at least 3 times around 8: 30pm and all 3 times it been at least half an hour plus wait.

I actually love the drinks here, especially the milk teas, i would usually come to this location when i crave for bubble teas at night.

But I was quite upset with my two experiences lately, the cashier was rude and she was also rude with the customer following me. Like i can understand that it should only be a coincidence, and she might have a bad day every time i visited.

The large boba was pretty small & also hard and starchy.this is not good quality boba. The actual tea is WAY too sweet, and I even got it half sweet. I recommend going with a different tea shop
