They have bubble teas, pastries, and cakes, with some seating available for a casual hangout.

However, the prices are on the higher side, with items such as croissants priced at over $5 and 6" cakes exceeding $40. While the atmosphere and selection are pleasant, the steep prices may be a deterrent for some.

Good place to get a variety of food (Chinese buns, cakes, cookies, etc.) and drinks, both hot and cold. It can get very busy, so sometimes have to wait both to order and pay, and to receive your drink. Not the cleanest place though, I only get to go

Pleasantly surprised to walk in on this! Full disclosure, I was heading to Chatime and then was happily greeted by these eye-candy array of pastries! I tried the round croissants (all flavours) and not such a great fan. It takes the “croissant layers” away from the whole croissant experience. All I tasted was the flavoured white chocolate. I also tried the pineapple bun with salted duck egg and that was pleasantly good I also tried their red velvet cookie and it wasn’t as good, a bit too dry for my liking. I’d still like to go back and try some more pastry options though.

Ordered their Chatime pearl milk tea, but it tasted like water with milk. The tea is very minimal!

Absolutely amazing! Baked items all looked fresh. I got the taro milk bread and it was very good! Would recommend.

Tried their Tiramisu Swirl Croissant; a bit too hard and chewy.looks great for pics but not worth the price of a large BBT loaded with toppings. Their Tofu cheesecake on the other hand - delicious! I've had their regular croissants in the past and they never disappoint. I may not be a fan of the Swirl croissants but kudos to them for being creative.

Great drinks, incredible customer service and fast timing. If you’re looking to grab a quick and delicious snack, this is the place to go!

I don't know why a large latte only comes with one pump of the Vanilla syrup, tastes nothing, and costs $0.9+ tax = $1 for that one pump.

They specialize in croissants, with a variety of Asian-influenced flavors such as milk tea and matcha cream, but there is also a good selection of other types of pastries and cakes. I love their soft mochi cookies the most. The store is clean, and each food item is individually wrapped in a plastic package, which is a plus in this pandemic.

I guess fortunately I've tried Bake Code downtown and that was a dream: Bake Code Markham was far from that quality in terms of its croissants. I was hoping to find the same experience as the downtown location but Markham location was hugely disappointing: (perhaps they focus more on the Chattime drinks than the croissants. The croissants were smaller and the fillings were maybe half full, also a bit dry. Really wanted to like this place that I tried it 3 times. All the same result.

I enjoy their drinks and love the Pastries. Although, due to the customer service, I will not go back. It happened one to many times. This time, it's April 29th around 5: 20 p.m. And my order was around $35. I paid by card, grabbed a receipt *which I thought was mine, the girl that packed my bag, rips the receipt right out of my hand without hesitation. Very rude! She didn't make no eye contact, no apologies. Lack of mannerisms, unacceptable.

Love all the innovative bakery here:) The croissants are simply amazing! My favourite is definitely the peanut butter and jam croissant and Thai milk tea croissant! So good. Buy 6+ to save on tax!

Decent place for your bubble tea needs. Not the greatest but good enough. Baked goods are a bit over-priced compared to other bake shops.

The girl with glasses at night shift has bad attitude toward customers.please improve the customer service if you want a good tip.

This location only serve ice cream cakes, sandwiches, coffee and etc.would like to see them serving cakes and bakery in the future

Tasty baked goods, a great variety. Of course their Bubble Teas are good as well. Always busy be prepared for a long lineup

Terrible service. Force customer picking up a paid online orders to wait in a single line with people ordering bubble tea.

Way too overstaffed, yet inefficient. At least 10 front-end staff yet it took over 30mins to pay for my order. Throwing delicate pastries into bags and causing them to deform is no way to handle their goods.

Great bubble tea place. Thai milk tea is my favorite. They also have quite selection on cake, macaroons and breads. Service is quick and friendly. Safety protocol also implement in the store.

Worst experience ever! I ordered a cake online and they still ask me to wait in line along with people who buy bubble tea/bread. I waited 30 minutes just to pick up a cake

LOL no idea why some people still feel the need to PULL THEIR MASK DOWN before ordering but one of the employees making drinks handled it very professionally.

The customer in question literally pulled his mask down below his nose before proceeding to order? The employee said to him, "sir, the mask should cover your nose too, please, " which communicated what he needed to the customer in a non-confrontational way!

This location in the past did something odd to a large order of mine (soft plastic lids on my reusable cups) but honestly, I'd say they likely did that to prevent spilling.

They are very efficient at making drinks which enables any lines to move quickly!

Oh also, despite only being 24 years old, I am terrible at new software so I had difficulty pulling up the area to scan for point collecting on their new Societea app. The employee working the register was more than happy to help me out!?

Good bakery but slightly overpriced and those sausage buns are a bit too greasy. The roll cakes are very good, particularly the sesame roll cake. Bubble tea are your typical bubble tea, tastes good.

They mixed up the details of the two drinks i ordered, and then instead of giving me 30%, the sugar level was basically 120%. I ended up making 4 drinks from it, guess it was money with.

I normally love Bake Code buns but today I ordered an Oreo Cream bun through this location on UberEats and it had literal pieces of WOOD in the bun. I was sharing the bun with a friend and she thankfully didn't swallow any. I don't understand how something like this could be overlooked so carelessly especially when it could cause dangerous choking hazard or damage the esophagus when swallowing. Very disappointing. To other customers who often order here, I'd suggest going to a different bakery or location. God forbid this have been fed to a child.

Drinks are good but the bubble sometimes are a little hard and that's very bad I would rate it a little lower if it keeps happening but for now it's a 4. Also bakery is on the expensive side and non of it is good, I mean it looks very appealing but taste isn't for bakery lovers.

We stopped because they were the only space open on Christmas eve. We got two delicious coffees and a tray of macaroons. The shop was lovely and the staff were great! If we're ever in the area again we'll go back to try more.

This Bake Code / Chatime location has an in house bakery. However, we ordered bubble tea this time. Unfortunately we were disappointed since a lot of their toppings were sold out. None of their QQ jelly drinks were available as they ran out of coconut jelly. The matcha red bean smoothie wasn't available since they ran out of red bean. And they also didn't have any rainbow jelly along with other jellies that they listed. So not a lot of topping options other than tapioca and coffee jelly (A topping I didn't know they had).

The sign “please speak up! ” at the till is simply rude. Yet their background music is way too loud?

Great location for service and drinks. Always prompt and I can get in and out in about 10 mins or less especially when there's a long line to the back of the store. Thank you to the employees at this location!

This locations has a bakery that is really good. Their savour breads and cheese tarts are my favourite. It was busy when I got there and they looked really under staffed, but the workers were very nice and patient with my mother, and even recommended me a new drink. The plaza’s parking here is very bad during the day though.

We love to drop by this location for bubble tea because not only the they have the most top rated bubble tea they also have the most impressive bake goods in variety of selections. Premium service high quality food. We highly recommended this location to anyone who are willing to pay for high quality food and drinks. It’s totally worth the price.

Friendly, convenient and usually hopping! The bake code bakery is great, and the people are friendly.

I almost exclusively get the QQ drinks - 50% sugar and no ice. Decently cosy place to work but the seating and decor aren’t up to the new chatime standards.

The service was actually quite slow and it seemed as though they were greatly understaffed. There was a huge line and it took us 10-15 minutes to get our food.

Also, while bakecode is good it’s extremely overpriced for Asian buns and baked goods, try the tnt next door.

The bubble tea and smoothie were separating before I even got home. The matcha bubble tea with red bean tasted horrible. It is a cozy place to chill but I won't be buying any drinks from here again.

Long up was a bit long as a lot of people are here for the bakery. But this was worth it - taro milk tea!

The customer service at this location is atrocious. I can't wait for the new mall close by to open a bubble tea shop, because I hate being served at this one. This happens every time with the same employee.

Today I was the only person in line. I always wait until the cashier at least makes eye contact with me just out of respect, because they might be busy with something. The employee was on his phone and then walked away. Another employee came to the till and briefly glanced at me. No greeting, nothing, so I asked if he was ready for my order and he was. This employee never smiles, fails to complete my order with any friendly communication, and I see him react to every customer this way. This also goes for most of the other staff I've encountered at this location.

They at least always get my order right, but damn lighten up!

The worst store! Worst service! Totally not recommend! Order drink from uber, when it arrived, the driver told me that, the store refuse to provide straw.i call them and ask for reason, and they start to give a lot of reason, and refuse to provide any solution! Never order again! Worst customer service, will -1000000

All of their drinks are delicious and are consistent. They are a little slow but it might be that we are here on a Sunday. I’d recommend the QQ drinks for kids.no caffeine. You can always adjust the ice and sugar.
