I love their original Milk tea with QQ, it's nice coz you gotta pick how sweet you want and if you want less or more Ice on it, I think the price is reasonable

I had pickup order for Uber Eats but I have not experienced service like this. I casually entered the store with phone in my hand as soon as I entered guy at the counter directly asked me order for _. And I was like Do you really assume that an Indian Guy is only there for Uber Pickup? First time this happened to me at this place.

Decent bubble tea places. The first large bubble tea franchise in London if I recall. Other franchises (such as Coco's) came much later. Quality is still decent but their prices have certainly gone up over the years. I would not recommend if you only want cheap, simple or basic bubble tea, but they have a very large menu of different drinks you can choose from
Very extensive.

Used to be good a few years ago. The last few years they're always out of stock of random things like tapioca or specific drinks. It's frustrating coming here.

I really enjoy their bubble tea but unfortunately I will be finding a new place for bubble tea. When I was in the store last week I have my baby in his car seat. The way the store is set up I could not get to where the line began. Due to the inaccessibility of the store I stood by the front instead. One person came in behind me and I would have gladly let them go but they saw I was there first and waved my ahead. The employee was very rude to me and told me the line started over there. I stated that I knew but couldn’t get by with my baby’s car seat. She rolled her eyes at me and looked at the other customer who again said it was fine to serve me first. If you’re store is not accessible do not be rude to those who do what they need to do to make it work. Cha time: make your store accessible for everyone and train your employees better. This is unacceptable.

Great drinks and lots of yummy options! Service is always great amd they have very friendly staff.

The service is so bad, the girl who wearing the purple hoodie is so rude when she talk to customer

I love my drinks, we had Thai Milk and Tito pudding. Though I looking forward to try, “The Tropical Trio”, which is not available in this location for now.
The only thing I dislike is their washroom is not clean. But service was good and fast.

I ordered hot drink and they gave me cold drinks with bad attitude.don’t know what’s wrong with you

People shouldn’t have to drive to toronto or a different city just so they can try a drink.if you want to sell out in 10 seconds of a drink then order more stock so you can still service those who want it up until the cut off date.this is kinda ridiculous to me after driving 45 mins for a drink i couldn’t even get.please buy more product/stock if you are selling out in 10 seconds.thanks.

WORST BUBBBLE TEA EVER! I came here a while ago and ordered a regular brown sugar tea and it tasted like something was SPOILED ROTTEN, it was so disgusting I only took three sips before throwing the whole thing out. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Nice place for bubble tea. Only 2 people are allowed to go in. If there is a quee, not advise to quee as it is too cold to wait outside the store.

How do you guys only have 2 employees working on a busy Saturday afternoon? Been waiting half an hour in line and I still haven’t even made it to the cash register yet.

Tried bobba cake for the first time, I can’t believe it’s this good.
I love the drinks- salted caramel milk tea being my favourite.

Huge variety of teas and toppings. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Quick checkout. I treat myself every time I am in the neighborhood.

Delicious tea but what a shame about wait times. Yes I get it, weekends are busy; evenings are busy. Hire more staff! Pay them well! Set up another register! I know bubble tea can be complex and may take time, but waiting over 30 minutes for a drink is excessive. Not only does it take long for the tea to be ready, but waiting to place an order takes up to 15 minutes sometimes. I've walked out more than once because I simply couldn't justify waiting when I could go get a drink elsewhere and some food too in moments. I'm sorry but figure this out. Just because you have a dedicated customer base doesn't mean you get to slack off on quality service.

Love this place. Only downside is the smoothie machine always seems to be down. Don't ever come here if you expect to get a smoothie

We've come her a lot recently and I always love getting the Chatime Pearl Milk Tea it's a definite personal favourite. This place is warm and inviting and the staff are mesmerizing to watch as they make your drinks. Well worth the wait any day.

This really is the best place to get bubble tea in London. I've tried a number of other places but no one does tapioca pearls like Chatime. Worth a visit!

Tonight I was disappointed with Chatime's quality and service, not only was the wait time ridiculously long but my cold drink was served to me warm and with no ice (2 large hazelnut chocolate milk teas). Employees seemed preoccupied by other surroundings. On top of this I did not receive my coupon with the purchase of any 2 large drinks.

Slow service and overpriced but definitely the second best bubble tea shop in London behind their competition across the street.

New to the Milk tea game. Have tried a few places and none come close to Chatime. I live by the airport, and will drive out if my way when I have a craving. Love the Roasted Brown sugar Milk Tea!

Their movement is so slow and I wait 30 mins even miss the order. After that, i wait for 10mins. The experience is so bad

O would have given a 5 star bc the drinks are delicious but at least 50% of the time I go, they're out of something. Today I couldn't get a smoothie bc they had limited ice.it was only 11: 30 am. Good luck getting through the rest to the day with limited ice when it's not even noon! I mean good Lord, all you have are cold drinks with ice or crushed ice and you have limited in the morning? Get it together Chatime!
UPDATE: Went in again last night. It was about 7: 30. Once again was told I couldn't have a smoothie bc they didn't have enough ice. Not my problem. Get yourself across the parking lot to the grocery store and buy some! Problem solved. But no, they turn a customer away instead. So not only does the company not provide the proper ingredients for the staff to make the product, you also don't have staff that can problem solve. And the "owner" can reply all he/she wants, it means nothing until they fix the problem. I will not be back!

Always good bubble tea, and lots of options. They always have new flavors for the seasons, holidays, etc. I typically like to support local vs chain restaurants, however it's hard to beat their hours and selection for a late night drink.

Amazing bubble tea! Excellent service and how fast some of the employees try to be like the one tall girl that was working today, she was very polite and friendly and gave me some great recommendations and really knows her stuff. You can see the workers making your drink efficiently and quick! Will definitely be returning and recommending to all my family/friends!

They made all drinks wrong and that young lady who took our order rolled her eyes when we ask for remake. I would rather than coco or the alley now!

The location, facility, seating, ordering and the tea was all good but one minor glitch on severing happened on this first visit made me give only 3 stars. I am sure this is not the usual. On this day they had some trouble with their equipment. And also did not let me know that my drinks are ready until I go and ask. May be they called the number once and I missed it. Then they just kept the drinks on the counter and did not check why no one is picking them up. This is not really a big deal. I typed all this because I wanted to explain why I only gave 3 stars.

The staff are always friendly and the couple teas I've tried are really good! I've had the mango green tea and the peach green tea both with rainbow jelly. Absolutely delicious! They do get very busy but the staff are pretty quick.
