On the door says its open and online close at11: 30 but when we got there its close at 9: 00pm

The atmosphere and service was A1 bill easily made the best drink I’ve ever had 10/10 would recommend to anyone

I ordered mango smoothie, strawberry smoothie and pumpkin spice milk tea without tapioca. I enjoyed both smoothies, especially the mango. The milk tea reminded me of chai not pumpkin spice. I also choked on the powder when I got near the end of the drink. The one thing that I didn't like was how thick the cover is. Probably most difficult one I have seen. I had to try several times to get the straw in and ended up spilling a little. I do which they had a bit more variety of drinks.

Don’t know why the review is so low, I’ve been going here for years. Workers could be a bit nicer and welcoming but they give me my bubble tea quickly and fast. If you want less ice ask for less ice; they always put a lot of toppings!

This is not a real chatime store. Every time I order from this store, its hit or miss. 50% of the time the milk tea taste rotten as if it's gone bad.

The staff look like they hate their jobs and don't even mix the tea properly before serving. I brought up the fact that the milk tea taste rotten, and they say oh ok yeah, and then do nothing about it.

The drinks taste awful from this location 50% of the time - and it's seriously just only at this chatime location, otherwise I love chatime. The franchise really needs to investigate the procedures followed at this location

Zero stars if i could, i never leave reviews, this one is a first, I wasted my time and money going to this place. I ordered two drinks regular size mango tea and large size Passionfruit. Large size was just stretched to look more with WATER, i mean literally WATER. WATERED DOWN TO THE MAX. I have never in my life tasted a tea so bad. DON’T GO WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE.

As with other comments in reviews, this location does not follow the requests of its customers. I was there ordering 2 drinks, specifically asking for half sugar and less ice/very little ice, only to realize that my cup was over 1/4 full of ice, along with my wife's. I don't find this issue at other locations, or at competitor branches. Will not be back.

Location is nice, open, but my review is based on the drink. I've been to many chatime locations but this is the first time where my QQ drink had so little tapioca/jelly that I was shocked. Compared to the many years of chatime bubble tea I've never had the thought of "wow this location is so cheap" come across my mind until now. I will not be returning.

I usually don’t write these reviews but this one annoyed me. I’ve been coming to this location for so long but not anymore.i went in to get a drink and the cup was broken but i didn’t realize as soon as i’m about to leave the cup starts dripping and drops.i go back to let them know but a caution sign up and they tell me they have to go call someone to see if they could even give me a new drink… i wait a while once they are done serving all clients, they come back to me and tell me “since we gave u it and it dropped, there’s anything we can do” … it dropped right in front of them and the cup was broken but they couldn’t do anything.it is a $6 dollar drink, i went to another location and they were hesitated to give me another one and keep my original was it was my error.but i will never be going back to this location.

Manager is nice and friendly as well as the staff, nice seating area. Drinks for the most part are very consistent. Overall 4/5 good place to stop by for a quick bubble tea

Normally not a fan of chattime but that one male worker on sunday was so smiley and made such a good drink i’ll be back

Nice spot, standard chatime, with very nice owner and staff. I got in-and-out very quickly, service was very quick and the quality is consistent with any other childhood that I have had. Parking is extremely spacious and I have no issues about it at all. All in all a good experience

Your drinks are good but service is slow even when there is no one in there and 3 ppl are working I made a pick up Uber order which took way to long since there was literally no one in the place

Such a scam! They charge you for brown sugar pearls and give you regular pearls so beware. ALSO when you ask for light ice it’s always filled with ice. I kindly asked for my drink to be remade and when they did it, they completely watered it down and put in different pearls. They were talking to me like I was stupid and trying to confuse me, it was very offensive. THEN they closed early and blamed it on weather conditions so I couldn’t even go back again. There is zero customer service skills and overall a really bad experience. The drinks are mediocre and you’re better off driving an extra 5 mins and going to Kung Fu Tea instead.

Hate the new paper cups. You can't see how much ice or bubbles they put in it. We 3 asked for less ice and our cups were half full of ice! My drink tasted like sugar water-no brown rice or tea taste at all! My 2 friends' drinks also didn't have much flavour. We buy bubble teas almost every day and found this Chatime very disappointing. It was quite busy and we had to wait a long time for our drinks.

I've been been here numerous times, they fill up half the cup of ice, the tapiocas are a day old and the flavors are bland. This is probably the worst location in Canada.

You guys give Chatime a bad reputation. Someone from head office will be visiting you guys soon.

You guys don't give the full ingredients which paying customers expect when they go there.

My wife's large Earl Grey had no taste, i.e. Very light. They make it better when it's regular size but seems to taste more watery when large. Nice place tho.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an order at 8: 30p. My order is still being “prepared”. It’s 9: 55p. Not answering phone. Will be reporting them.

DO NOT order on Uber eats with them. I placed an order, got waiting time of 1.5 hours, and DID NOT RECEIVE IT. I called them several times and they did not pick up. I see others had this issue too. I reported them to ubereats

WORST CHATIME EVER. Can't follow simple instructions. I am never placing order on ubereats. I PAY $18 for ONE DRINK, to NOT get the drink I ordered or they STILL add sugar and not FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. It's like they don't care here! Placed an order, was told after paying that the wait was 25 minutes for one bubble tea order. Still waiting its been 35 minutes, no respect to people time at this place. Very poor communication.

Absolutely the worst chatime ever! Disclaimer I am not heated I waited 24 hrs to decide whether or not I should right this review. There's always a long line at chatime not a problem, its a busy establishment you know that prior to entering. However at this chatime I have no idea what they are doing. They tell you after you place the order its a 20 minute wait (again it is what it is you have the right to say no) the problem is regardless of how many orders they have the wait time will always be 20 minutes. They don't update it to tell you it may be 30 or 40 etc. We waited 56 minutes for our drinks after we were told 20 minutes. My friends and I ordered separately and one drink was made well in advance to the rest (keep in mind this was the last order placed). They don't seem to be going in any sequence. One minute the barista was calling out order 1152 and the next order was 1167. What happened to all the drinks in between? Eventually I gave up because our last drink was called but our first was no where to be found, so i requested a refund and then the barista magically found the drink saying it was ready. As if I wasn't standing directly in front of her when she asked me what my order was and said it wasn't ready yet. I left people who ordered before me still waiting on their drinks. One guy ordered a drink and after waiting 30+ minutes was told it was a limited drink and they don't have it right now!

Simple customer service standards would go a long way at this location. Letting guest know the wait time when they walk in, rather than after they stood in a long line and told you what they want. Sequencing the drinks properly so orders come out as they were order and for the love of God, GET OFF YOUR PHONES. Even if you're speaking with a manger take it to the back so we don't see. Social Distancing is an even bigger problem at this location as no one is watching the doors. Once in a while the barista handing out drinks will say please wait outside but thats well after the place is backed and your squeezing in a corner to give yourself a little distance between you and the next guest. Don't waste your time at this location your better off driving to Vaughan or Square One and getting your drink there. Way better customer service, drink quality and wait times.

Love chatime but i will not be coming back to this location. 56 minutes for two drinks.

Worst Chatime location. Twice in a row I have placed an order through Uber and after an hour, they were still processing my order. Both times I have called the restaurant to confirm if they were even open and have never been able to get through. Today I tried calling nine times from 4o’clock until six and not a single person answered. Uber is also saying they are not going to refund me because I cancelled my order without reaching out to them first. But they don’t answer the phone. Just crazy to me how even during a pandemic businesses don’t care about their customers and try to squeeze every single penny.

Bought 4 drinks from this place and they made me wait an hour and still didnt even touch my order yet. Had about 20 people come after me and they all got their drinks within less then 5 minutes. When they finally gave me my drinks and i headed over to my car i noticed the biggest hole on the side of my cup. When i went back in to tell them, not only did they not remake the one drink for me but they had about two people touching the cup to see where the huge crack was and then poured it into another cup and sealed it. Like thats just pure disgusting. Worst chatime ever.

I went to chatime and the drinks were delicious me and my family enjoyed it. Definitely worth the price and who ever is new try ordering the QQ drinks.

I am so disappointed in this place though their drinks are great their service, timeliness and organization is terrible. Don’t tell your customers to come back in 20 minutes then kick them out repeatedly without checking to see if they’ve placed their order already.and in turn making then wait almost 45 minutes you need staff monitoring your door instead of blindly kicking out customers…so that the correct customers are getting served.i’m extremely frustrated by this.if they were to fix this i would 100% give them 5 stars but instead i’ve spent half my evening waiting for “20 minute” drinks almost an hour….

I usually love this location but lately the service has been lacking. Almost every time I go, my order is wrong. I tried to preorder online bc walk in orders always take over 45 mins/1 hour. I tried to preorder at 4: 30 and it said pickup time was at 7PM. Insane. I decided to do a walk in and waited 30 mins which was quicker than usual. Also I live 10 mins away and delivery is not an option for my range apparently.

If you're planning to come here at any point of the day, whether it's when they first open, midday or end of day. Be prepared to wait a min of 10 mins for your drink.

So last night, I arrived at 10: 10 to order tea for me and my sister. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, the cashier tells us that she will no longer be taking orders. Everyone was upset! And she had the audacity to tell us to wait outside if we even wanted a chance at placing an order. So we waited outside and I did not want to wait in the cold, so I placed an ubereats pickup order so I can wait in my car. After 15 minutes of waiting again, we went to pickup, and they said no drinks were close to ready, and made us wait again outside for another 10 minutes. By this time, it was 11: 25pm and way past their closing time with a ton of angry people outside. Horrible time management and no sense of courteousy for their customers. If you plan on going after 9: 30pm, good luck to you as you may just go to waste your time and gas money. I only give them 2 stars because their tea is ok. Coco’s is much better and have way better wait times. Cheers friends.

I love love LOVE chatime.this location specifically always takes good care of me.the staff is always kind, always in a good mood, and always gets my order correct.boba is fresh, items never out of stock, many seating areas.

Buying from the store is fine. Owners and staff are very friendly.

Just a few ISSUES I have I will list below
1. They do not answer the phone.
2. All my UBER Eats orders are either wrong or missing. Make sure to check your sizes and order correctly.

My favourite drink from Chatime is Taro milk tea. The only issue I have with this location is that the music can be quite loud so it's difficult to hear/give your order.

Been coming to this chatime location since they opened and have always had wonderful service and the drinks have been amazing. The person at the counter had recommended a certain drink and trying it with aloe and since then, it's been the only drink I order. Wish the location was opened a tad bit later on weekends but other than that, great drinks and customer service!

Ordered a Peach Green Tea with Pearls but got no pearls on it. I don't even know if they got my order correctly since I wasn't given a receipt when I paid in cash.

My favourite location! I’ve been coming here since they opened, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The workers are kind, the service is amazing, and the drinks are always good. Even when it’s relatively busy, the wait time is less than 10 minutes.

The best chat time I have ever been so far. Me and my girlfriend always comes here and get the Taro Coconut smoothie. I have yet to try other drinks but that is my go to. The staffs here are very friendly and very nice. I think the owners work there from open to close and they are the usual people taking orders. They are always smilling hence why the best chat time. Not a day that goes by that they did not greet a customer without a smile. I still come here and hope to try a few other new drinks that they have.

Avoid this location. This is by far the worst Chaitime in the GTA. The drinks are watered down and the service are the horrible.

A must try bubble tea place in Brampton. We tried 4 things from the menu and all were very good. Since it was our first time visiting this place, we asked lot of questions about the options on the menu. The staff were very patient and explained in detail. We tried the Pearl milk tea, qq mango juice, taro smoothie, and mango smoothie with tapioca. All 4 tasted so good. You could tell that Chatime use very high quality ingredents in their drinks. You have the option of adjusting the sugar level and ice level in each drink which is great for customers. Definitely coming back.

Very busy place at peak time, but excellent service and quality drinks. I'd recommend the Chatime Pearl milk tea. Owner always remake my drink if something is wrong everytime.:)

The lady with the cat eye eyeliner which I believe is the owner needs to learn how to treat customers properly. You can’t even ask her a question about something on the menu that your going to purchase without her giving you attitude and quickly asking how your going to pay. All she seems to care about is if your paying cash debit or credit. I understand you need to take the next order so why don’t you get another register or hire more people to start taking orders? Should really respect people who are paying to keep your lights on.

The highest quality out of all bubble tea joint I have been to with tasty, consistent, and often unique flavours. I have been to this location many time and always sastisfied. The extremely friendly customer service deserved another 5 stars. I always find myself come back here on a regular basic after work.

I am super glad they opened a bubble tea store in Brampton. The workers were pretty nice, especially the tall guy with glasses who helped me out while some big bald asian dude was just sitting and on his phone the entire time.

Have always had a nice experience here. Only suggestion would be to extend hours of operation during weekdays. And, if a mistake is made on an order, offer the drink to the customer for free. It's a nice service gesture, especially considering the drink will otherwise go to waste and the customer has to wait for a drink to be remade.

This place has a great overall vibe. The decor is great and the staff are super friendly and also work quickly. The place is kept clean also. Although it was starting to get busy with the in store and online orders, they worked quickly and got our drinks to us in no time. They offer a great variety of teas and boba teas that taste amazing, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Lots of milk tea options are available. Line is short when we were here during lunch time on a weekday. Would definitely come back.

This is the place to go for the best bubble tea in town. The place is cozy, spacious, and is usually packed at peak hours, but service is very fast given how many drinks they pump out every minute. Each drink is made to order and you can tell the staffs/management is working extremely hard to get the drinks to you as fast as possible. I usually wait 5-10 mins but if during peak hours you may have to wait a little bit more. However this is definitely worth the wait. Their flavour doesn't taste artificial and the decor is trendy. Pearl milk tea (#1) is a a must try.

First let me say I was born in Brampton and proud to call this city home. I have been going to this location since they opened last summer and since I'm a university student at University of Waterloo, I often frequent many bubble tea places during the week. I think this place has the best customer service and drink quality hands down. Speed wise they are actually faster than majority of bubble place I've been to. Everytime I come back home to Brampton I make sure I visit Chatime Brampton to satisfy my craving. That's how much I enjoy this place. Personally I think Chatime has the best authentic bubble tea overall.

I disagree with a few of you who said slow. It all comes down to perception. Slow compare to what exactly? Tim hortons where they just pour the coffee in the cup for you. Heck you even have to add your own sugar?

Remember that each drinks is made to your customization and there are hundreds of drinks on the menu. Just one smoothie takes at least 3 minutes to make. So how fast do you expect some human being with two hands to do? Not to mention you actually have to remember the recipe for each drinks.

There are so many variable involved such as how many drinks are being ordered ahead of you (not just the line up, but how many drinks). What kind of drinks are being order smoothies, hot drink, specialty drink etc. Some drinks just take longer to do than the other. What I mean by this is you can have a line up of 3 people but each one order 10 drinks vs you have a line up of 10 people but each one order only 1 drink.

Reading some of the review for Chatime brampton compare to other review for other bubble tea places outside of Brampton. I have come to realization that some brampton customers are new to bubble tea so some of you guys may not understand and get use to the wait yet. Some of your review are due to not fully understanding the situation and some are just down right mean, angry and negative (one thing i notice in common, the mean one are those who only come here once in awhile yet you try to pain a negative picture. That's called brainwashing customers who don't know) and that give us Bramptonian a really bad look. This is the most polite, friendly, consistent chatime I have been to bar none. I have zero complain whatsoever.

Please stop with the over the top neediness and "my time is more important than everybody else mentality".

Good food or drinks require time to make. It as simple as that. And please be appreciative and not giving negative vipe. It just doesn't make any sense getting all angry over a drink. Order your drink and have a seat, chat with your friend, check your facebook, relax, and your number will be called. That will makes you happier and younger.

Another plus point about this place is the staffs/management here are always smiling and enthusiastic behind the counter no matter how busy they are. The same cannot be said about many restaurants where staffs looks like they just going through the motion.

I have been to many bubble tea place where wait time is consistently 30 mins to an hour every weekend. And you know what the customer said? They are happy to wait. Why? Because they are so used to it and they understand.

So why some of you guys giving the only Chatime in our city 1 star review when the wait is roughly 2-10 minutes or even less than that when the store is not busy (my personal experience and I come here 2-3 times a week). Please be fair and understanding to other. If you think driving 30 mins to mississauga and then wait 15-30 mins for your drink make sense. Then I will let you be. Im going to save my time and gas and buying it here locally.

To Chatime Brampton staff and management. I really want to let you guys know I and many other happy customers (99% of customers don't write or read online review btw) do appreciate your hard work and dedication and for put up with us difficult customers everyday. Often times I observed some customers even told you to take your time and don't rush. Thats how it should be and I have always share the same sentiment.

Today, This location said it opens at 11: 30am I got there at 11: 33am and waited 30 minutes for someone to open it no one showed up there were at least 13 other people checking if it was open and all left due to no one in the store and the front door being locked. I came here on my lunch hour and wasted 30 minutes of my lunch this was very inconvenient and I bet you guys will be losing all lot of customers if this keeps up because lots of people were waiting and also I think the service at this chatime is very disrespectful but most importantly the owner. I wish I could give 0 stars disappointed I wish there was another chatime in Brampton

I love this Chatime location and hands down the best bubble tea shop in Brampton. I comes here atleast twice a week (sometimes almost everyday) and the service is always friendly, efficient, and the drinks are truly amazing. It worth the wait as each drink is made to order. This place is very busy during rush hour and weekend. So expect to wait a little bit which is totally normal, same as any brand name bubble tea shop.

My favourite is the pearl milk tea, coconut milk tea with pearls, coconut jelly, and pudding and the other one I love too is Taro smoothies or coconut smoothies with the same topping. It simply addicting since they use real tea and real taro. I reccommend many friends to this place and they all love it.
