Pretty bubble tea store with lots of options. Tea was delicious, made to order and sealed for easy take out. Loved it.

Great place with friendly staff. Answering all my questions and handled my request for a Vegan option. Best of all, open late!

Like this place. There brown suger Peralta are a little too sweet but there still great regardless.

For the second time in a row (over the span of one week), this location was "sold out" of the Tea of the Month. How is this even possible? Are they just saying it so they don't have to give a discount? And they won't allow any substitutes for them running out. Very disappointed.

If you go when it's not busy or first opened it's pretty good however if they have more than five customers to serve its horrible and good luck trying to get a replacement drink

A cosy place to enjoy bubble tea! Must try the thai milk tea and salted caramel tea with pearls.

This boba tea shop was good, the brown sugar flavour taste good and also my favourite flavour of boba tea, I kinda wish that I have tried a lots of different flavour, but this place is not bad very good.

Workers are beyond rude, always an unpleasant visit.also how do they not accept cash or have taro?

They put up with a lot but are very kind and patient. They made my drink and my wifes quickly and neatly.

Love this place! The staff are so kind and the drinks are wonderful. Bonus: the bathrooms are always clean!

Went here after my wisdom tooth surgery and the cold, sweet tea was perfect. They're super fast compared to other places and this location has lots of seating and decorated to have an urban-garden kinda vibe

Came in at 10: 30pm when they closed at 11 and they said they were not taking any more orders. I CALLED them beforehand asking why their online system was not working and they told me they had too many orders and that they closed in THIRTY MINUTES (they did not mention over the phone that they were not taking any orders). So I went in-person just to be turned away.

Arrived at 11: 15PM on a Saturday the 10th of December, was closed. Hours specifically say open till Midnight, and especially on a busier night like Saturday, they would stay open. Bad call. We came out from Greenboro, huge waste of time.

The atmosphere of the store is quite nice however depending on the business of the store, service can understandably take a bit longer. Oftentimes the tea is great, however I've had instances of my drink tasting off. I have not been to the store enough to learn if the poor tasting tea was due to my poor order or not.

Too expensive and the competition has better brown sugar pearl milk tea with more ice and sugar customization options.

Great location. Usually busy. Service is great. I visit this location every 2 weeks and never had any issues.
Most of the signature bubble teas are great.

It's okay. Menu is confusing for a newbie. Only allow payment with credit or debit, no cash. $6 for a tea isn't exactly cheap.

I like having bubble tea here. The brown sugar pearl is my favourite. Haven’t tried other teas yet but I will!

I gave the Somerset location 3/5 stars mostly because of wait times (staff never seem to be able to handle the overload of orders) and because flavours are just meh. I am giving this location 4/5 stars because their speed seems a bit better than the Somerset one (and sure, that might be because there are fewer customers at this location, but hey, it's my perspective/review, lol, and IMO a chain should encourage consistency across franchises). The flavours are of course basically the same here as they are at the Somerset location, so they're mostly meh except the Thai Milk Tea. (Don't forget- do 0% sugar because it already has sweetened condensed milk!)

*** just wanted to say literally the day after my review/ post our problem was resolved and I had the funds sent back in my bank account ** I feel terrible leaving a bad review or saying anything negative because I know that food service is an extremely hard and stressful job/ career no matter what location, restaurant or position. I'd understand if i was rude or ignorant towards staff and acted crazy right away or even days after not receiving my refund but it took really long time and then after the review i finally got it. We LOVE Chatime we still and always will continue to order from here, was first time anything negative ever happened. **** WAS MINE AND MY DAUGHTER'S FAVORITE PLACE UNTIL I HAD TO CANCEL AN ORDER THAN RE ORDER. BOTH ORDERS WERE OVER 30.00 I'VE WAITING OVER A WEEK NOW FOR MY REFUND THEY KEEP TELLING ME TO CALL BACK I'VE CALLED 4 TIMES NOW IT GOES STRAIGHT TO VOICE MAIL

Good service. Good bubble tea. Under pressure they still deliver fast service. Not a long wait time. Huge lineup and still averaged 5 minutes per person. Efficient staff.

Went on a date with my fiance for the first time, we really enjoyed our time there.
Usually it gets too crowded so if you're looking for a quiet time then id recommend you go mid-week at night like an hour before they close.

Nice menu with a large selection of drinks fit for every person, and the store is really neat and tidy.

Friendly service, great ambiance. I called before going there to ask if they have grapefruit in stock as I made the drive a day earlier and they did not. The girl on the phone said they have it now. Unfortunately when I got my mango grapefruit tea, there was no grapefruit in it. I asked the girl that if she forgot to put it in, but she said "this is not our regular grapefruit, we are using a different one while we wait for the shipment. " Quite disappointing. I wish she had told me that over the phone.

I love cha time I use the point system and always tip. However this is my least favourite location. Every time I decide to drop by and have a drink, they're always unavailable. During covid, very understandable but since the mandates lifting. The sakura lychee was unavailable and today when I wanted to try the Golden aura that they're featuring; its unavailable too. Should at least make a sign or notice that's its unavailable so I'm not causing a delay of those behinds me for having to decide what to have instead.

A nice place to hang out with your teens/tweens. Has a cozy seating area but super busy at night.

This shop is not recommended. Plain like water: (barely tasted the milktea or sugar. Ordered roasted milk tea with black sugar pearls. Contacted the shop, said it is like that (interesting) I ordered chatime from the other locations for tons of times but

Whoever did the interior decor needs to be praised, it's absolutely beautiful and the bubble tea is obviously delicious.

Horrible experience, after ordering my drink I had to wait 20+ minutes, normally it would only take 5-10 minutes (even if it was crowded which was fine). The Asian lady was not even being apologetic to me after serving my drink so late, instead she just gave me that obnoxious look and turned away. In addition, after drinking my taro I couldn't taste its flavor, it was basically sugar water that I was drinking, it was never like that when they first opened at Nepean, their quality and service really went down never ordering Chatime again.

Very good bubble teas with possibilities to make them custom to your personnal taste and also dairy free.

We walked in for some drinks. My Pregnant wife wanted to use rest room, they are open but the washrooms are closed. We even requested saying she is pregnant but still the answer was Rest rooms are closed at the moment. Even though they are open till midnight which shows on their website.
I wish they would’ve trained to be kind towards Pregnant lady & elder people. They could’ve allowed her at least by seeing the Weather outside.

Really disappointed

Service was a little slow and the brown sugar fresh milk was a little burnt. The milk tea was better.

Going downhill recently. 3 times order says ready on the app and we still have to wait 30-40min extra.
Been very disappointed. Will go to competition.

Nice place! Nice staff and really nice bubble tea but they replayed Gangnam Style no cap 15 times.

Your order from the app, it says approximately 10 min to get your order. 40 minutes later, still no beverage. While we were waiting we saw many people order from the counter get their drink before us. We asked at the counter, they just told us it wasnt ready.i had to go back to the counter after 30 minutes. By the time we get our order, i guess they ran off tapioca cuzz our the pearls on our beverage were burning hot even if we asked for a cold beverage.

Very interesting. Had strawberry drink with large black tapioca. Tasty. Nice to have choices other than tea since I am allergic to it.

Incredibly slow, I've been to this location 4 times and it takes at least 25 min for an order if you don't order in advance.

Great bubble tea. Lots of choices so if you suffer from indecisiveness due to too many choices, make sure you check out the menu before you go there to avoid stares from the long lines while you take your sweet time to decide what you want!
