My favourite BBT place.
Great service.
Good BBTS especially the BSOMT highly recommended.
I’ve tried other chatime places and they don’t compete with this place.

This Chatime is the best Chatime I have ever been to. I visited this location yesterday (August 21st, 2023) and I arrived right at opening time. The two staff who were working were incredibly kind and welcoming even first thing in the morning. Shoutout to the staff that were working that morning. I ordered the Handcrafted Taro Milk Tea and it was the best taro bubble tea I've tasted. I will definitely be back soon. 10 stars if I could.

First time to try the brown sugar fresh milk tea. Omg! Its very good! Amazing! Can’t wait to go there again!

Love getting bubble tea & smoothies from Chatime. They have so many different options to choose from.

Too too slow, two milk teas takes 30 minutes plus, if you don’t want to waste your time, don’t come here. And if you order from the app, they always miss it so you will stilll have to wait

Went in today and was greeted by some really bubbly and helpful ladies working last night around 10PM. I had a few questions about the new BT21 cold cup I was gifting and was given a very thorough review on it. Also ordered 2 drinks which tasted great as expected. Great teamwork and these ladies make the customer feel welcomed at this location! Keep up the great work!

Friendly and efficient service! Their Sea Salt Crema Oat Milk Brown Sugar drink can be made vegan if you opt for no Sea Salt Crema at checkout!

Their brown sugar pearls taste exactly the same with regular pearls. Drinks are very inconsistent in quality and mostly not good so its not worth 7-8$, i go here only because they open late

I usually like this place. But today i went for 5 big bubble teas and two of them tasted like plain water with no flavor, or anything and supposedly all were normal sugar

The best Chatime location. The employees help every customer with their orders diligently! I am happy to be a loyal customer.

Ordered for delivery, drinks were on point but didn't come with straws, definitely ruined the experience

Server suggested a drink that is most definitely one of the best I've had in years. A treat on a socially distant nighty strolls.

If you are stressed and don't want to talk to your customers, stay home.

They discriminate people who cannot wear a mask for health issues. Stay away from this place and spend your money where your rights are respected. They know the law but they wouldn’t sell to you if you cannot wear a mask for health issues. The law exempts children under 12 to wear masks and also people who have health problems. So my son who is under 12 and I had to leave the store, even if we were respecting the 6 feet distance. The law and exceptions are on their door. This place acts contrary to the law. This calls for a lawsuit for discrimination!
There is no excuse for discriminating people like this. They have the courage to say they respect their clients! What a disappointing experience!

Very rude customer service, there is other bubble tea places to go to in the area where you can be treated with some semblance of respect

I want to let you know in case if you are an Amex client like me that this is the only location in Toronto that I know of that doesn't accept it.

It’s bubble tea, it’s a small location, so don’t expect them to dish out orders out so rapidly lol

Chatime is my favourite bubble tea place and to finally have one in the area is SO nice. This location is great. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, always. We had a missing tea in our delivery once and one of the employees delivered it HIMSELF to our house. They even help me pick when I'm having trouble deciding. For a busy store they're also super fast. Literally. I just love it. Now I just have to convince head office to bring back the coconut and popcorn milk tea! But everything I've had has been delicious and I've never been disappointed by Chatime.

I'm so glad that Chatime is just right around the corner where I live. Before that I use to travel Markham area to get some good bubble tea. Now in Yonge-Eglinton area there are few more options for bubble teas and also they are little cheaper than Chatime, but I will not compromise the taste and quality over price.

Super sweet staff, area is small but their lovely customer service makes up for it. My boba is always tasty.
