The atmosphere is very inviting and chill. It is a good place to hang out with friends, staff is very nice and helpful. Drinks are delicious with lots of variety.

Friendly and fairly quick place to grab a bubble tea. Extremely limited seating, so best to grab and go.

Refuse to take a valid coupon. Then what’s the point of sending flyers. False advertising.

Hey who's is the glasses wearing asian guy with the eff boy hair? ! HE KEEPS COMBING HIS HAND THROUGH HIS HAIR WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS AND CONTINUES TO MAKE DRINKS Can someone from head office take action, because this is unacceptable! Who does he think he is the manager? Does he not believe in wearing uniform hats? !

One of my go-to spots for Thai Milk tea. Chatime has a huge variety on their menu, and the service is quick.

This is a nice cozy place for getting bubble tea. The staff is friendly and somewhat quick with the order. Only one person was working there so hiring more workers might be a good idea to avoid long line ups. I got the Mango Tango which was great, and the brown sugar pearl milk tea which wasn't that good. It lacked flavor and ice.
It is hard to find parking at the front for this place, however additional parking is available at the back.

I love the strawberry matcha! Always get the brown sugar pearls. Good thing they have oatmilk. However not all the drinks can be made in it

Chatime is a consistent bubble tea location that serves up your classic favourites.

The milk base is a bit more foamy and thicker than other bubble tea places, but fairly standard and tasty.

Specifically ordered asking for no ice and 3/4 of the cup is all ice, even the label says "No Ice" on it.

The worst experience ever with any bubble tea order. I ordered from uber eats the tea tasted so bad. Complete waste of money.

Not sure what happened, but the large regular pearl milk tea I got today is basically half water, i mean just look at the color of this thing, does it look like its even got oat milk in it?

Service is great and fast, I usually order in-person and occasionally through Ritual. I love that this store also closes late because I always have cravings for late night BBT.

For the past two drinks that I’ve ordered, I noticed a difference in the quality of the drink, at a usual request for 30% sugar, my drinks still tasted too sweet and that was never the case before. I can’t imagine what it’ll taste like if it had 100% sugar.

Do not recommend the Matcha Roasted Milk tea. I've had milk teas from other Chatimes but the drinks were very grain-like, the taste itself was not smooth. Also got it 100% sugar but it wasn't sweet AT ALL. The Thai Milk tea was alright though, good flavour.

Milktea is ok. But their location is way too small and cant handle the rush hour. The 3 people maximaze capacity is a joke. It is easy to have conflict with the people who wanna pickup their order and those drivers.

The guy name Dylan was very cute and friendly. He recommended me the hazelnut choco which is very good

Best bubble tea for the price range and highly customisable. Don't hesitate to ask the servers to cut down on sugar/ice or add tapioca (bubbles) to any drink to achieve your perfect blend.

Always fast friendly service! They are a very small store so with current restrictions only 3 people allowed in at a time for everyone's safety. I've never had a wrong order from this store and go here often, which is something I can't say for other locations! Cold bubble tea on a hot day is the best from here.

The drinks were fantastic however a bit pricey. I would go again as a treat but often unless there's better deals.

We were so excited we used their buy 2 get 1 free coupon to try it out. We tried a new flavour, winter melon, which was just a variation of a black tea. It was surprisingly very good. I’ll probably continue to get it plus try a few more of their other flavours milk teas now that I can!

I’ve been going there for awhile and liked it up to now. I found a fluff in my drink, and with the corona virus it really grossed me out.
