The golden aged milk tea had way too much milk, could barely taste the tea.it’s usually amazing, but i was disappointed this time.

I ordered oatmilk boba tea with red velvet cake. The tea did not have that usual expected good flavor of boba tea at all. It just felt like I drank simple original oat milk with that useless fancy brown sugar decoration.
But i am glad at least they offer oat milk boba tea, cuz I can not drink usual milk tea.
I HOPE THEY MAKE THE TEA TASTE BETTER

Like most Chatime locations,
Found that the roasted milk tea was lacking in flavor. Seemed watered down.
The atmosphere is bland.

It’s in a great location but unfortunately the staff here doesn’t enjoy working. For the past 2 years there’s always an excuse as to why they can’t make slush or smoothies. Today is was due to shortage of ice. Last time it was the blender was broken & once it was due to it being busy. The last reason is the real reason they don’t make it.

As a chain Chatime how can you offer all the options but refuse to make it? Not only that but the staff is always too busy on their phone which slows down the process.

The staff here have no customer service or people skills. They always have an attitude when I ask a question and have such rude responses to everything.even though I come to this location atleast 2-3 times a week. Proper training should really be done because treating customers the way they do is a joke to such a great business.

QQ Lychee is predominantly a blend of water with jelly and tapioca. Unfortunately, this particular composition leaves much to be desired in terms of flavor and satisfaction. Personally, I find this aspect disappointing and believe it contributes to a sense of dissatisfaction. While the jelly lacks flavor, I will note that the tapioca portion was enjoyable.

Chatime is generally good. Today I saw a worker just finish his break. I saw he did not wash his hands, finished with his phone, put it in his pocket, and picked up cups and started making drinks. When I politely asked the other worker if she could ask him to wash or sanitize his hands, the other worker said he did at the sink over there *pointed*. He did not. I just saw him walk over, put his phone in his pocket right before he started making drinks. I know you guys have the plexiglass, but you also have a microphone. And i heard you exclaim "wow" over the speaker. I left, really didn't need your rudeness. Whether he did or didn't wash his hands, the optics were not in his favour.

I went to this location today (March 18th, 2021) and made a mistake on my order. I only realized this in the parking lot and when I went back into the Chatime store to ask if they could fix my drink, the cashier and barista were so nice and accommodating! This is once of the nicest customer service Chatime locations I've been to, and I've been to the locations in Brampton, Vaughan, Toronto and Scarborough. I'm 8 months pregnant and appreciate the kindness that this Chatime location provided me today. Thank you! (And the drink was delicious, of course!)

This Chatime is the slowest in the gta. Every week I go there is a line outside. People are waiting 45 min plus just to get a drink. Unfriendly staff. They have 6 people working at all times and still have people waiting 45 min for a drink. They have to become more efficient like real fruit bubble tea where u just order and get ur drink within 5 min. Would not recommend going here at all. All reviews have the same concern. I don’t know how this isn’t resolved yet

I am usually very satisfied with the bubble tea I get at any Chatime location, but yesterday I ordered a lychee slush from here and it was literally just crushed ice. I don't think there was any lychee juice in it and it was very disappointing. The other bubble tea flavours are great but the slush is a waste of money.

I ordered a regular grapefruit QQ with 50 % of sugar on 3/30 in the afternoon. THE DRUNK IS JUST OK. I told the casher who is a lady with glasses that I don't want the pearls and I am not sure weather she got it.so I said the second time to confirm.the lady answered me she already typed no pearls with very inpatient and rude attitude.seems like she doesn't want people to order theirs drinks and just like don't bother her. I just wonder how could Chatime in this location tired a casher with this kind of unfriendly and angry attitude. I have friend runs a Chatime in Oakville and they pay attention to make sure their employees professional!

I found that they rush us with our orders! My order was a tarro smoothie with tapioca. Barely any tarro in it. Very disappointed! I should of went to Gong cha!

Their bubble tea is great, ambiance is excellent. Very neat and clean.
However, it took 45-minutes to get the item, when we complained the Manager, he didn't bother to apologize.

It is understandable that extra precaution is taken due to the pandemic but the set up this chatime location has going on makes it such a hassle to order drinks. They allow a maximum capacity of only 3 meaning no one is allowed in to order until the 3 leave with their drinks. Just like the previous reviews below stated why not just take people's order and send them to their cars if you do not want too many people inside? I waited a total of 15 mins BEFORE getting to even ordering anything. After that what made it worst is that staff took forever to produce drinks. I saw at least 6 people behind the counter and most were just standing there having conversations. If your going to only take 3 people's orders at a time at least try and fill orders quick so others can be served as well? It seems like the staff here has changed a lot because staff before were very efficient and more friendly. It feels like this location is caring less and less about their business.

***pandemic review*** may not accurately reflect the business during regular times. The store recently only allowed a maximum of 3 people at a time with long line ups outside. It's not very efficient since they have people order and continue to wait in the stores while they make their drinks at a very slow pace. I think it'd be more efficient if they made it faster, had a person in charge of taking people's orders, having those who have ordered to wait outside so more people could go in to make their orders. All in all, I spend 30minutes waiting from the time I lined up to the time I got my drink.

COVID rules are fine and dandy. But I walked in with my partner and young child. Store limit was 3. A guy was waiting for his order. My family and I are way more than 6ft away from this guy who already put in his order. The staff wouldn't take our order because we were a family of 3. COVID rules should not replace common sense. Let the guy who already placed his order wait outside and take the order of the family so they can return to the car. Nope. Common sense isn't that common. Needless to say they lost 3 sales for 1.

After reading the comments I had to just add to this as all the negative reviews about customer service are consistent. Also the complaints I have also made are consistent. The management hasn't replied to any of the COVID remarks because clearly they are aware of the problem of the rude customer service, the excessive wait times and lack of staff organization. This problem is more than 3 months old based on the comments. This is CLEARLY a management problem that has gone uncorrected for this location.

My family ordered total 6 drinks through Uber Eats on Sunday, January 31 and totally disappointing. All the drinks came as super sweet (feel like they put 100% on everything even though I chose to order 50% or no sugar), and the topping was too much in the cup that I barely taste the drink itself. This is the third time I have tried the Chatime Burnhamthorpe location and felt very upset about the quality of these drinks that I received since I have spent more than $50 on it.

Im not a bubble tea guy but my wife and kids love this place. They said, they have the best bubble tea and offers the best flavor.

Compared to other ChaTime locations, this place has the least friendly service. I was shocked at how rude the lady behind the till was! It's really not that hard to be friendly, especially when all of us are isolated at home during the pandemic and long for friendly in-person interaction anywhere we can get it.

Came here a couple of times and everytime the customer service is soo dry and quite rude. I would literally be standing at the counter waiting for someone and they wouldn't even look up. Their BBT is just okay as well but overall, I much prefer and recommend the Brampton location.

Fast customer service. I got a tea for myself, we don't like our toddler having sugary drinks so when I asked them for water, they gave it with the same presentation as my bubble tea. I'll definitely be going here again!

Got Taro smoothie with tapioca, not enough flavour it tasted like crushed ice and the ice wasn't even crushed well. Looks like they try to rush and work fast but sacrificing quality. Gets two stars only because it closes late.

Always get the same drink from here every time and it's always the same great tasting lychee black tea that I love. Definitely avoid weekends but even tho line ups take 20-30 minutes at the most.

Slow service. No lids on any of the milk tea containers at their work stations. In fact, one of the workers shake cups fell into a milk tea container, and continued as usual. I do not recommend this place, I won't return.

Great tea but -1 for really stupid policies that ruin the perfect experience. You can get Honey Oolong Milk tea. But you can't get Honey Oolong without milk even when you offer to pay for the milk option or honey as an extra charge on normal tea.

3 stars is for the Bubble tea that tasted good.customer service wasn't the greatest.staff were unfriendly and not welcoming. Prefer Coco bubble tea.much better service and bubble tea.

Large selection of flavours and a great atmosphere! However at times, it could get really busy and you might find yourself waiting a while for your order.

Another global bubble tea chain just like CoCo fresh juice.the rating this location gets a 3 star because of the horrible parking but 4 stars for their drinks. They are situated in the same plaza as Canada Computers on Burnhamthorpe.

They also offer a check-in coupon when you check-in but I opted to try a special which is the marble roasted milk tea. This drink is made with fresh cake whipping cream smeared around the cup and filled with roasted milk tea. To be honest I couldn't really taste the difference between with or without the cream. I normally just ordered the roasted milk tea with bubble and grass jelly.
