Really good experience, fresh ingredients and really helpful staff. Samsun gave me a free trial as well which helped me select the drink.

Chatime is a big step above Real Fruit, but definitely a step below CoCo, Kung Fu Tea and The Alley. Quality of boba drinks are just okay and not special. I don’t like how quickly the tapioca pearls get hard and flavours just really not there for me. Their fruit slush drinks are also not that great, and I just would come to the other places before here. Service is always nice though.

Not my favorite place been here once and probably never again I waited almost 15 mins for a drink an it was poorly made an tasted terrible

Great bubble tea. Always get the basicilk tea with tapioca. Decent hours but took off a star since they stopped taking orders over the phone (last time I tried in 2020). We come from Cambridge and usually near close so guaranteeing our order before we drive is a must. Online ordering is simple but cuts off within 1 hour of close.

I have been enjoying going to this place since it opened in Guelph. It's usually not busy, unless it's later in the day on the weekends. It allows 3 customers max in the store, which is a good practice during COVID. There are just a few things I'm not completely satisfied with:
- There are a couple of ingredients (sago is one of them) that they haven't had for a long while
- Sometimes when I ordered pudding as an add-on, they forgot to add it to my bubble tea (although it was added to my bill and shown on the sticker of my drink)
- The loyalty program is not promoted by the staff (unlike the PC program next door). Every time you order, you need to punch in your phone number on the side machine to get 1 point. For every 10 points you will get a free drink. And you need to tell them when you reach that point to redeem it.

Despite these things, I still recommend you to visit this shop for bubble tea at Guelph.

Had milk tea for the first time in my life yesterday and it was delicious! The signature milk tea with jelly and 50% less sugar was yummy, though this was too much sugar. Price is a bit high however.

Truly unacceptable experience. Ordered a drink with pearl and the lady did not add any and charged me extra. My other drink was spilled so we went back in to talk to her to get another drink and ask about the pearls and said there was none left, understandably, but didn't alleviate the problem besides standing there without any recognition. Overall the lady at the cash register handled the situation poorly and was a terrible experience.

This is by far the worse chatime franchise in ontario. I've had chatime in scarborough, markham, mississuaga, waterloo and even Vancouver. I just got the iron goddess milk tea with tapioca, and it literally tastes like water (not even milk!) and tapioca. No tea flavour whatsoever. I'm not sure why anyone would back to this place.paying $6 for water flavoured tea and tapioca is the biggest waste of money ever.

EDIT: I emailed them as the owner suggested almost 2 weeks ago, and they never even replied. Waste of my time.

EDIT #2: Still have not received any response from chatime regarding this, so I don't know what the owner is trying to say that their response time is 5-10 business days.this is more than 3 weeks after the incident.

Chatime has never failed to disappoint. I usually order the Taro and what can I say, the speed of the service and the quality has stayed consistent. It's also kind of fun to poke the straw through the top LOL.

Service is fast and friendly. My order is consistent and tasty. I’m reserving 1 of the 5 stars from my rating because of the packaging. In 2021, I’m wondering if there’s a way for the tea to be served in something that’s compostable? Maybe the straws don’t have to be plastic?

SUPER good bubble tea but there are cheaper bubble tea places in Guelph. I think it's worth the price though.

Man at front desk was incredibly nice and professional. They didn't have the flavour we wanted but immediately turned around different options that were also wonderful

I’ve been coming here for the past 1 1/2 years, and the drinks have always been consistent. I absolutely adore Taro, so I highly recommend it at this location. The establishment is clean and gives an overall good vibe.

So elated to have a Chatime in Guelph! Me and my spouse are regulars here, this is one of our favourite places to have a sweet treat. My all-time favourite is the Brown Sugar Pearl Tea with oat milk. Definitely worth trying! I also love the addition of the loyalty app where you build points on drink orders.
Gabriel, the owner/manager has a great establishment and the staff are always working so hard. Every time we come in we see that they are filling bags and bags of drink orders. Great job guys!

Amazing service owner very friendly never had I had this great of service drink was made wrong owner didn’t hesitate to make me a new one on them! So glad there’s people like this around in Guelph! I’m a regular and definitely will be coming back more often

Try something different everytime you go, makes for a fun roulette game. Otherwise top 10 is always a safe bet.

Purchased items using the on-line ordering system. It was easy to use, but it was not allowing me to select a time to pick up. Otherwise we enjoyed the milk teas we got. Highly recommend the Taro with pearls.

Delicious bubble teas. My wife love the Pearl milk bubble tea. I stole her mango green bubble tea. Friendly staff and not too pricey for their drinks.

Not a good and speedy service as expected! Waited for at least 15-20 min for one coffee smoothie.

So this is the passion fruit green tea from the only bubble tea place in Guelph. With this little amount of passion fruit syrup in a large-sized drink it would be a miracle if anyone could ever taste something other than water from it

I just stopped by your shop about 10 minutes ago. I thought I could let this go but I feel like I have to say something.

When I made my order - your register had a drink of the month as Grapefruit Mango for $4.50, great. Thats what I ordered along with a number 1 for my girlfriend.

Upon receiving my order I came back into the store to ask why my drink was different. At this time all three of the gentleman working at the time looked ready for me to make my return to ask about the drink - like they were ready and waiting for me to come back knowing I would say something about the drink.

How do I know this? When I asked why I got chocolate malt with pudding, this is not what I had ordered. One of the guys had a piece of paper ready to show me the drink special has changed. 2 MONTHS ago!

Normally I would be understanding but this didn't sit well with me. None of the guys confirmed my order when I said drink of the month thinking it was the Grapefruit Mango that was clearly displayed on the screen at the register. None of the guys offered to remake my drink or address the issue. All I got was the Grapefruit Mango special was over 2 months ago.

UPDATE: Allan the owner got in touch with me via phone. After speaking with him, I am content with how he listened and tried to find a resolution.

Really nice atmosphere and excellent staff. The bubble tea is nice and the tapioca is always good.

Please help. My friends are addicted. When they go without it for more than 3 days, they get withdrawal symptoms.

I usually avoid Chatime because I find that their tapioca is never good (especially the one in Waterloo), but this one in Guelph was a pleasant surprise! The tapioca was nice & chewy, not gross and hard.

I was also happy that they are strictly following Covid guidelines & only allow 3 people in the store at a time.
