For some reason this location milk tea is so bad for few months already. The fruit tea in general are pretty good but their milk tea are not the same anymore. I got earl grey milk tea, brown rice, signature, they all taste blank. Other than that, the service and atmosphere are pretty good.

It was a great treat. We also visited the location across from Vaughan Mills during our trip to Toronto. Compares well to Coco's.

Great service and quaint atmosphere with a lot of space to sit to enjoy your cold drink. I ordered the strawberry passion green tea bubble tea with tapioca - with the choice to add a sugar level and ice level. I simply chose 0% sugar and regular ice. It was a tasty and refreshing drink to sip on a hot day. Highly recommend Chatime to all bubble tea lovers!

It’s my second visit at this chatime and both times there is only 1 person working. The lady working was very friendly and made my drinks good, however, I waited up to 15 minutes for two drinks! This location needs more staff… I feel bad for the lady working

Ordered 3 jasmine jade green tea with honey sub, the staff forgot to add honey on the 2 drinks so the 2 drinks taste like water with grass jelly. Try your drink before leaving the store.
