Amazing! This location has the nicest and the sweetest staff ever, The food and drinks are always delicious, I personally recommendthe pearl milk tea, And the atmosphere inside is the best i have ever seen! I will 100% be coming back here.

The person helping me out was so helpful and kind.i was asking in regards to a new drink in terms of sweetness, to which she mentioned that she can adjust the sweetness level to my liking.such a nice location and went beyond

I always get the jasmine jade green milk tea - its so good! Jenna and Paul are always helpful when suggesting new drinks for my small ones. Also, ask for Jenna or Paul as they will always accommodate you! Thanks Jenna and Paul for the great service.

Service is fast and friendly. It’s a really nice atmosphere if you want to sit and do some work, or just hang out with friends.

Chatime is always my go to place for bubble tea! I love the bright and welcome atmosphere of the store and the drinks are so refreshing

I came yesterday and ordered a hazelnut milk tea and a matcha milk tea. When I left the store I dropped one of my drinks and Jenna was kind enough to give me new drink without hesitation even when I insisted on paying for it! Jenna always provides the best service
