Excellent Bubble Tea restaurant!

This is our go-to place for Bubble Tea. The flavours are plenty, and many variations & combinations are available, but I usually stick to 3 types (Strawberry Passion Tea, Taro Milk Tea, and Peachy Lychee).

First time trying these and we both really enjoyed them! I love their self ordering system, it was very interactive and easy to create your drink! It was fun sun seeing all the different versions a drink could have!

The store was very clean. There were a number of people working behind the counter but all doing a specific task. Their design is cool. There is a lot of seating!

We ordered the Passion Fruit Slush and the Mango Slush. Both were refreshing and delicious til the last drop.

This location is near the universities and I am sure can get busy during the school year, today was not the case today. We ordered and got our drinks quickly.

Ordered a few drinks via UberEats. One of the drinks is taro with pudding. We noticed there was a blue discoloration on the pudding and thought it was mold so we threw the drink away while feeling disappointed. Chatime team informed me that this is not mold and part of the taro ingredients. They’ve also issued a refund so we can try again. Very impressed with the level of customer service there. We’ve been going there for many years now and thanks to their clarity, we’ll continue to go there to get yummy drinks!

I love this bubble tea store. Been going here for over 7 years. Great bubble tea, lots of tables and chairs, variety of drink options, friendly staff, good music, good desserts, good times

Honestly doesn’t taste great. I ordered my drink with brown sugar pearls which cost more and I think they gave me the normal ones. The strawberry milk tea tastes like nothing and looks brown? Nothing about it tastes like strawberry to me. Very misleading. Sweet dreams tea shop is way better

The drinks are decent, yot there are other places which do somethings better. For example the alley deos a brown sugar with milk drink much better. Other than that the store is nice and clean and they have great service.

Jolina at this location makes the best drinks. She has the best customer service, great communicator and very friendly. I usually go with roasted milk tea most of the time. It's very consistent and flavorful. I have gotten it more than 20 times. I have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend this place and getting any type of drink made by Jolina.

Brown sugar pearl with fresh milk is my all time favourite. However, it was still too sweet after I chose 50% brown sugar?

The brown sugar milk tea was freaking amazing! Got a medium for a good price. The staff on the other hand were a little rude.two women working the counter, both talking about their boyfriends and made us wait around 5-10 min before taking our order just to chat and pretend they were doing things.but it was worth the wait, the drinks were fantastic.maybe they were tired from the shift and needed a break, I don't know! I'd still go back again for sure though!

I’d give this a zero but I can’t so here’s a 1 star. I got two brown sugar milk teas expecting it to taste like brown sugar but instead it tasted like teriyaki marinade with extra honey and it had a thick like glue consistency. Biggest waste of $16, took one sip and threw it out before even leaving the parking lot.

Trying to reach them, it directs me to voicemail but voicemail is not initialized so it’s useless.

I ordered matcha latte and it was one of the best I have tried so far. Also the staff was fast in making my drink.

Always a pleasure stopping by here for some bubble tea! Only compliant is the location itself it's hard to get a parking spot and when you do it's so hard to get back out. Plus so many students so you'll be waiting about 15-20 mins for your drinks. I find it best to order through Uber eats!
