This chatime is great never crazy busy, and you can always call them in advance for pick up they'll have your order ready in 5 minutes. Workers really nice

I just wanted give no Star if I could. I got 5 of bubbles tea.the tapioca was not fresh and hard. I won't come again.

Tapioca was rock hard, drink was lava hot, employee was very rude and refused to replaced drink. If you're in the area, do yourself a favour and go to the many other bubble tea spots nearby.

This review is for their mobile ordering. So I don’t usually get Chatime but I ordered it on the app for the first time today and didn’t notice until after I paid that they have 5% tips automatically calculated on your total. The default should be 0% and there’s no section or pop up asking whether you want to pay tips or not. And after you paid they won’t do anything to rectify it. It is not fair for consumers to have tips added automatically when it is not a mandatory charge. Consumers should be asked whether they want to add or pay tips. Not see it on their bills afterwards. When I tried to talk to a customer service rep about it, they tried to spin it to me and tell me that all the tips goes to the delivery driver. I ordered PICK UP which I picked up myself.

It is a scam to pay with the app unless you will remember to remove the tips every time you order, unless you want to pay for it. Order in person instead.

The new points system is not working. The computer crashed 3 times when I tried redeeming. The ordeal took about 5-10 minutes. The staff was patient and was nice about trying it again even though I was ready to give up on it. Either way, I ended up paying for my drink (would've been nice to get a discount since it was the systems fault I couldn't redeem).

I got the salted egg yolk drink I didn't like it too much. But I like a lot of other drinks here!

I ordered online so I didn't have to wait inside for so long. I would recommend this as it was pretty busy inside. The good thing is they limit the people to 6 people.

Always great customer service at this location. This was always a nice and comfortable spot to hang out with friends pre covid. Highly recommend! Just as consistent as the other Chai Time locations.

Here again just for the limited time drink! Black sesame smoothie with the sea salt creama topping so good!

I came here Saturday evening. When I came in, there was one person in front of me in line and about three others already waiting on the side. It wasn't busy but it seemed like the people waiting had placed larger orders. I ordered three drinks and waited for 25 minutes. In addition the staff had made a mistake in someone's order and had to remake it and then made a mistake on my order and had to re-package it (forgot milk so had to reopen my drink, pour it into a new cup and add milk). I would've preferred if they asked me if I just wanted it regardless of the mistake, since I was already waiting for so long. It took so long that by the time I came home, my family was halfway through dinner. I'll probably go to another location next time because this one seemed either short staffed and/or disorganized.

Friendly and efficient service here, the staff always are patient and do accurately with my requests for orders!

Busy location and the parking lot is busy too, but during Covid, the parking lot isn’t too busy but somehow Chatime is still busy here. Lots of Windows and is well-lit. Service is rather slow but maybe because I ordered the oolong milk tea, instead of the more popular teas.

Fast and friendly service. The store is clean (very important during this COVID madness) and I feel safe to make my purchase in store.

Make sure to not order regular sugar because that is way too sweet. Their mango qq juice is good though, just do not get regular sugar

Come here most of the time since this is the one near my house. Staff are always friendly and BBT is always 10/10

I am a self proclaimed bubble tea lover! Generally, I would kick any type of bubble tea out of my bed. With that said, I think Chatime can up their game. It seems like Chatime still has not add options for soy milk to accommodate those who are lactose intolerant and vegan. It's time for Chatime to provide alternative milk options. The typical response I get is "the milk powder is lactose free". This is a little different than plant options for those who do not opt for animal based products. Chatime, let's get with the time!

The service at this location is horrible. Cashier snapped at customers and was visibly annoyed when customers tried to speak louder due to the box covering at the ordering station. The worker making the drinks was also very impatient and careless, got my order wrong twice. Don't know if it is just this specific day as many others have seemed to complain at the same time but they are right. The attitudes of the workers are truly horrid.

Service is so rude. The cashier and the girl making the drinks were so impatient despite the line being short and they were short and condescending with the customers. Will not be returning to this location, these servers are plain arrogant. Reconsider staff.

Terrible service, manger wouldn't honour birthday reward and started making excuses saying you have to redeem it before your birthday even after i showed them the actual policy on their own website.would avoid this location.

We went 10 minutes before closing and the lady who took our order was still very sweet and accommodating. The drink tasted fantasic. I shouldve learned her name. Thanks for making my night.

Great taste of bubble tea with reasonable price. Staff was helpful, friendly, efficiency. Highly recommended.

It was a quiet evening & although there was a handful of people in the queue in front of me, service was quick & I got my Chatime Triple roasted milk tea almost immediately. The tea had a really nice roasted taste & there was a ton of toppings in it especially grass jelly.

They have fast service but are very skimpy with TOPPINGS. Purchased a chatime triple and only received little amount. If your paying 7.00$ for a large PUT MORE TOPPINGS. The drinks they made for the previous customer who had a small drink had more tapioca then I received. I did not want grass jelly, so they should compensate with more of the other two toppings. Not coming to this location anymore. Pacific mall location blesses you with toppings!

Tasty and fresh bubble Tea. Clean and well organized store. Staff were helpful and nice. Will go again.

Wintermelon sea salt caramel and Taro pudding milk tea. Great service and staff were fairly efficient. Gotta try each drink. Try mixing the wintermelon first. Location is good, chill but this plaza's parking lot gets packed! Great place to spot nice cars though.

I ordered jasmine tea with no ice. It was very diluted! I dont understand why. Never going back to this place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I always get their macaroons and coconut milk tea latte. Macaroons taste amazing and like the actual flavours. Their tiramisu is awesome too!

Consistent taste, fast service. Not bad for a quick grab and go bbt. Just not enough parking space in the plaza.

It's been a few weeks now that this location doesn't serve coffee smoothies or any hot drinks. No reason why, it is what it is. I wont personally give my business to this location anymore. Fix your sh*t already and stop making excuses. Leave the excuses for the union workers.

Horrible service extremely rude. Never have tapaioca anywhere within an hour before closing and they Never Ever and I mean Ever pick up the phone for any reason! Dont see how a business can be led like this with a hope to be sucessful. Hope they fix it reaply soon since I really liked Chatime and think they can be a great bubble tea place for everyone!

Fine service and decent drinks. Exactly what you would expect from a bubble tea shop. You can personalize your drink well here, which is a plus for sufar-concerned people like myself. Essentially, great for bringing company and enjoying the modern atmosphere and having a great time!
