$9 for a small glass of sugary milk there’s no tea in it.actual chatime (not atalier) has much better drinks!

I was overcharged for my regular sized drink and the staff was not friendly.
I tried finding contact is section but it does not work on their website. Unfair to be sneakingly overcharging people in a rush and the drink did not taste like it usually does. The coffee taste was next to nothing for the Yin Yan. They also did not give me a receipt even when asked, they seemed to have dismissed. I have transaction proof but the receipt would show they overcharged me. A small drink was $6.70 plus tax ($7.57) but I got charged close to 9 when I received a small sized drink.

Not a pleasant bubble tea experience! The macha tea itself is ok, nothing special or very tasty. Paper straw is such annoying while lots of pearl stick together which destroyed the straw completely. I started drinking it only like 5 mins after walking to the office. So I doubted the freshness of pearl. I have to use spoon, very weird and disappointed. Btw, the cover is not tight at all.

I came here at lunch time to pick up a ritual order. The location is very busy so it was a hard for a first timer to know where to pick up. Overall, it was a smooth experience with a bit of a wait. The drink quality is good.

Update: don’t even bother to send the email that the owner asked me send, no one replies lol what a joke

The girl with the nose piercing was so rude the whole time, and forgot to put pearl in my drink, then didn’t even wipe the cup, the cup was so sticky and I asked her to please wipe the cup and she just throw me some napkins. She looked so unhappy the whole time but she didn’t have to pass it to the customers. Hiire someone that has basic respect to customer!

Great drinks, boba a little too hard for our liking…assistant manager could be more friendly and not look so miserable…. But Shakira is always sweet, smiling, super friendly and you can tell how much she loves her job. If it wasn’t for her customer service I don’t think we would be coming here 2 a week. Shakira should be the assistant manager in that location.

The drink selections are better than the original chatime. The brown sugar pearls were good. It was soft and not too sweet. I tried the matchango.

The tea is good but I was given two peanut butter cookies instead of the salted egg yolk cookies I paid for. The packaging is unmarked and I didn't realize this until I took them home and bit into one.

This is very dangerous as many of my friends have severe peanut allergies.

It's also hugely disappointing for me having spent almost $8 on them before taxes.

Worth the wait if there is a line. It’s just a tiny store so best to give distance for safety of staff and other patrons. I love the Matchango with added Honey Golden Pearls. Their Creme Brûlée specialty beverage is also 10/10.

Service has always been friendly. I like this location.

I gave a 4 star rating because service could be faster if there was more than 1 employee working.

Their drinks are absolutely awesome as always! The location was a bit hard to find but it’s alright bcos I love the drinks here so much

Can't order from the regular app/site, more expensive, taro drink was really grainy at the bottom, can't get points/deals. Not the best option for BBT in the area imo.

Chatime has great bubble tea, very sweet and flavourful! Hard to find though: It is under the escalator downstairs, in the PATH, under BMO

The drinks are really good, but every time I’ve wanted to go recently the line has been long and only 1 person working.

Good bubble tea but the wait is kind of long since there is only one employee and they only make one customer's order at a time.

Employees do not follow proper handwashing. The employee who served me took out the trash and came back to make my drink without washing their hands! That's pretty disgusting! I'm so appalled. I ended up throwing out the drink without drinking them. I should have asked for a refund but I was so disgusted by the sanitary condition of the store that I just needed to get out of there

The quality of service has gone down as well. My drink took awhile to make, I saw two customers leave from waiting. Also, the employee was rude and does not seem to know their own product since I asked for a recommendation and couldn't not advise me.

I visitted this place when it was during my lunch hour. Even though the line was long, I could tell the team was very efficient and productive. And I was impressed because i was able to get my drink within 5-10mins waiting.

I did love the drink as well. The favour of tea was strong and not bland and powdery as other place. Definitely is one of my favourite bubble tea stores. STRONGLY RECOMMEND

Not impressed. I'm a tea aficionado, and if you're going to sell a tea beverage at $6 (after tax) then it better be scandalously delicious. Sorry to say that I can make a better tasting tea at home (so why would I order one from here, which is supposed to be a tea specialty café, it's even in the name!) :/

Have been coming here for pickup cuz it's on my way home and there's no line up anymore. The staff here is extremely friendly. My go to drinks are the roasted milk tea and the berrylicious green tea.

It was my first time here and the new options were quite overwhelming. Juno was really helpful, he explained some of the drinks and helped me pick one. I recommend the Honey Golden Onyx with Honey Jelly. It was so good! The place was nice and clean.

Great bubble teas & service. Minh was friendly & informative. He did a great job! My Wife & I had the Chocolate Freeze & Honey Golden Onyx. Both were very tasteful & delish.

I like the fact they ask you how much sugar/ice you’d like in your drink. It’s tailored to the way you want. Chatime Atealier interior/store was also very nice/modern. Great overall experience.

This is my go to spot for bubble tea whenever I'm downtown. They always make my drink exactly the way I want it. A shout out to Juno, who's been at the counter or making my drink multiple times and always getting it right.

I highly recommend this location! I'll definitely be a more frequent customer once I'm back downtown again for work.

Great service and great bubble tea, though the selection is slightly limited compared to others. But what they offer is still great.

Ordered from the Chatime delivery service and after over an hour of waiting was informed that my order was cancelled.

I paid for golden pearls and after i paid they said it was sold out. Very disorganized and it is not a big place so they should have know before they charged me the full amount for the tapioca.
Disappointing. Tea was ok but i wanted to try the tapioca, that is why I paid additional. This was my first time and it will be the last one.
