Extremely rude guy. Doesn't bother to pick up the phone. Tells lies. I went for a replacement sim. Refused. The guy said there is a system issue. I called the customer service immediately. They said I was the first reporting such! I went to another store and got my sim. Stay away from this store. They should know that they are not the only one in the city.

My husband and I purchase a phone for our son. Within a month of purchase the phone stop working. It was sent to their lab to be fixed and I was told I would have it back 7-10 day later. When I followed up in due time, they stated it was not ready. I came in to the store upset. The customer service rep name Zee made everything all better. He understood waiting for another week or longer would be a major inconvenience. Zee made sure we got a new phone with same warranty. He even called my husband and I to see if everything was fine afterwards. Outstanding customer service by Zee and Chatr. I’m very pleased with service and product.

I bought a phone from zee. He is really polite and great person. He helped me setup my gmail and gave me really good deal on my fido service.

Fantastic customer service experience at Chatr Mobile (2129 Danforth Avenue). I went there yesterday for help on getting a new SIM card to work on a new Moto E phone I had just received. The staff at the store (Merin and Faiyaz) were very nice people, knowledgeable and eager to help. They were able to see right away that the SIM card I was trying to use was actually for a different provider and wasn't a Chatr SIM card. The SIM card was replaced, and I was also able to get a good price for a screen protector and a case.

Zee was great I love him. He helped me fix my YouTube and gave me a really nice cover for my phone.

All I wanted was to top up my wallet.they kept insisting I change my plan to almost double what I pay now. I would not return to this location I would find somewhere else to go next time
