I had a big issue with customer service regarding Chatr. I am a Ukrainian but the guy Prabh greatly helped me with solving my autopay Chatr glitch. He’s a very nice guy. Definitely recommend this store to everyone.

The only seller did not give me any attention at all. He had only one customer with which he spent an enormous amount of time. I went out and did some shopping and came back he was still dealing with the same client, did not look at me, and did not greet me.
He was very rude.
I left without getting what I wanted.

I am a newcomer from Ukraine. Prabh is very cool guy, he helped us with our activations and gave us plan, phone and new number. I would recommend anyone from Ukraine to come and get a number from him. He has some pretty good deals going on.

I want to recommend an excellent customer service review for Tania at 4918 Dundas street east of Toronto. She has a very good customer service skills. I must also say her I Q level of understanding of her job is above expectation. She is definately a great asset that you have in your store. I will recommend everyone that I know to patronize them with any IT tech service and any other tech service.

I don't use chatr personally but customer service here today with Allan is excellent. He went extra mile to ensure the problem with my mom's phone is solved. Patient and detail oriented! If you want to try chatr, come to this location and talk to Allan. You'll be well taken care of.

They don't even use a 4g network. Their internet is slow and doesn't connect because they use a 3g internet connection. I guess you get what u pay for
