This store’s Maneger Louis is a very good person, very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and honest, Also, Chatr mobile service is very good and reliable, the plans are very good price, unlimited talk and data at a flat monthly payment, I have been using it for years and happy about it. Sine I started using it, I don’t need to check my monthly mobile bills and keep arguing with the wireless company because it is at a flat monthly payment, really feel free now!

Nowadays, it is very difficult to find a good phone store that you can depends on! However, The customer service rep in Chatr Mobile, knows his stubs very well and he was very patient that he explained everything to me! Personally, I don’t like to go to bestbuy or other big stores because the customer services are not very consistent and they are not willing to help you, if you have too many questions! Especially, once you brought the products, if you come across problems, they will shows you that inpatient attitudes! This was my experiences that I had before!
