Great stylist. However, price quoted fir a short perm was $90 but was charged 157.50 when I checked out.

Just had my haircut done by Jess today and I love it! She did exactly as I wanted and she made sure to ask me questions to make sure she had a clear idea of what I wanted which was awesome.
Everyone was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in to when I walked out.

Rebecca was absolutely incredible to work with! Because of how well our initial consultation went, I trusted her wholeheartedly to do whatever she felt was best for my hair. I have no regrets! She blew me away. I will absolutely be back to work with her in the future. Also a shoutout to Charlie who was also awesome to work with!

Charlie did the most incredible work for me! She totally revamped my hair and gave me the best undercut design I could have asked for! Definitely returning and recommending to all my friends! Thanks Charlie!

If I could give this salon a zero, I would. The only great thing was my stylist Claire she is a master stylist for blondes. No one can do the magic she does. Everyone else was despicable the overall vibe that other stylists gave was uncomfortable. I hope management reads this and fixes this issue. I will never be going back and neither are my friends or family.

I had a appointment booked 3 weeks prior, 4 days before my appointment they called and told me I had to cancel and there was no availability. I had this booked for prom, I understand things happen but a little more notice or problem solving would have been nice. I’m stuck without anyone to do my hair before the event, as everyone in barrie is booked.

I enjoy coming to chatters. I’m very picky with my hair and have had bad experiences at other salons but have always had a good experience with chatters. The hairstylists are always friendly and I always leave loving my hair.

Sydney was lovely! Super friendly, fast, professional and did an excellent job. She checked with me regularly to make sure she knew what I wanted and was happy with the results as well! The other staff seemed really friendly too. The place was immaculately clean and they have a huge selection of beauty products. Cute waiting room with free coffee too! Would definitely go back:)

Had previously had a great extension review, until I found out what all the issues I was having.the bead itself was to large for my thin hair, I lost almost 3 daily or more with proper upkeep.
Was told maintenance appointments are just a move up of a bead, that is incorrect and can damage your natural hair.
All maintenance appointments for any type of extensions should involve removing them, brushing out the shed hair inbetween the bead and reinstalling them.
I had to have them removed and reinstalled at my first “maintence appt” and was charged over 700$ for a remove and reinstall as that apparently was not standard as my hair was “matting” and the next time the bead could just be moved back up.
I did not understand how much I was being overcharged until I went to another lady who only specializes in NANO bead extensions, which again I was told is the same as I Tip and is just a different word.

…. Besides that, all staff is super friendly and did and otherwise great job originally, and the hair quality is great. I had an issue with my scalp after first getting the extensions due to my own fault and Nicole was super helpful at getting that cleared up. I’m sad I have to change my review but I paid an extreme amount of money for the hair and installation and everything else and ended up disappointed after I understood more about extensions.

Best salon in town! Highly recommend Derek if you have curly or wavy hair! Absolutely wouldn't go anywhere else!

Hayley was amazing. She was super friendly and professional. I LOVE my hair. She did exactly what I wanted.

I saw Nicole back in Aug.to do hair extensions for my wedding. She was very thorough and asked a lot of questions to ensure I was choosing the right product. I decided on the Bellami I tip extensions. She did an AMAZING JOB! They look amazing! I came in today for maintenance, and again.fantastic. She is so friendly and fun! I love coming in to see her! I'll definitely be going back again in a couple of months!

Derek is great! I love how he is able to take my vision and make it a reality. He's super friendly and easy to talk with. I've also purchased product here as well. Very knowledgeable staff overall and the products are good quality. Recommend this place.

Rebecca was amazing! It’s been years since I cut my hair and she was so friendly, welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. She asked detailed questions of what I wanted and asked them throughout my hair cut which I appreciated a lot. She gave me helpful tips and advice on how to style my hair. I can’t thank Derek enough! I visited Chatters salon for the first time. He knows his job very well, positive person, amazing skills. He patiently asked me some question to know my taste and expectation better. He is very friendly and professional. I have curly hair and there are few salons in Toronto which I completely trust. I was 100% satisfied with my new haircut, Derek’s level of communication, modern atmosphere of the salon and vast range of products they sell, excellent salon management and the amazing team deserve more than 5 stars.

Every time I have gone to this location I get wonderful and knowledgeable service and no pressure. The staff is always pleasent and kind and today they remembered me from my last visit. Special mention to Derek, from knowing about curly girl products to knowing how to cut and blow dry my unruly waves and curls.

I had the stylist Hailey. She was spectacular - very patient as I had ask for a very tough colour and she nailed it. I look fantastic and super happy. I highly recommend her.

Is the absolute best place to go Haley is the one that did my hair and I could not be more happier with the coloring results and with my haircut. Haley is absolutely amazing at what she does, she goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients receive the best hair experience and that her clients receive exactly what they're looking to achieve or close to it. I also want to give a shout out to the owner of chatters he is a great person I had the opportunity to meet him while I was there. He did take over for Haily for a short time period and he did my roots. I was extremely impressed with the color and service by both haily and Brian. Thank you so much guys. I love this salon. Derek is a friendly and very professional hair stylist who listens and does what you want. They have very good products for sale. I've been using one because my hair was falling out and since I started using since the fall I haven't lost any hair. Very knowledgeable staff.

I've never left a salon loving my hair as much as I did when Nicole did my hair. I've been going to another hair dresser for the past 10 years and after this experience I will definitely be switching to Nicole going forward. Thank you so much for making me love my hair again:)
