Hi 5 to owner, DAVID who cheers for Toronto Maple Leafs (sorry they lost to Florida) every staff member in this establishment makes me feel special & welcomed so I recommend with a glowing beyond 5

I recently moved to the area from a cosmopolitan city and was very apprehensive about a new colourist/stylist. I am extremely demanding when it pertains to my hair! My experience has been more than incredible! At my first appointment, my new stylist Ariel and I discussed at length my hair texture, condition, grey, and the best way to blend everything together giving a natural blonde, verging on grey look. I agreed and trusted her expertise and WOW! This is the best colourist I have had the pleasure working with in my entire adult life! My hair is fabulous, in the greatest condition, and to boot…I can ride out her work for 8 weeks minimum…saving me $$$. Closing in on 60 yrs old I did not imagine I would find this kind of absolute high end hair care outside of a major city. In addition, this salon is very professional, all employees are accommodating and happy and…I have never waited once in all of my visits! So pleased with everything, I highly recommend Ariel and Chatters Owen Sound.

Chatters Owen Sound is an amazing salon! Maggie is an exceptional colourist and stylist, and I always know that I will leave feeling fabulous. I appreciate how Maggie listens and works to create my vision.

I’ve had my hair done here for the past 10+ years and I absolutely love all the stylists! I’ve been with a few of them because they are all so versatile. The stylist that I’ve been seeing for the last 2 years is Ariel, she is extremely talented and knows what she’s doing. She knows what I want and helps me achieve my hair goals! The receptionists are friendly and well educated. I highly recommend this place!

I went to this location recently and the young girls that worked at the counter were completely rude. They were using words that were very disrespectful.will never return to this place. I hope management decides to reconsider their decision before hiring young girls with attitudes that will turn away customers.
Keep in mind I am young myself and was completely respectful and nice towards these girls. I would hope management does something about their employees since it is such a small town and word spreads.
