I would highly recommend using Cheapside Auto Care. Bill provided me with exceptional customer service. My daughter is in London and was having car issues he was able to look at it quickly and was able to get all issues resolved. Being so far away from my daughter and not being able to be there to help her. He sure made this experience easy for me without me having to worry about anything. I truly am grateful.

I have been getting my winter tires fixed here since 2 years now. I’ve opted for tire storage as well. The team is really nice and owner is very honest with their work. They have always given me best of the advises for my tires. The pricing is affordable if compared to others. My over all experience has been nice with them.

Always bring my car here for maintenance, Phil and his team are nothing but professional and honest with me. Plus, they have the cutest dogs on site.

Great service! I like honest mechanics, they don't bs you. Worked on my daughters problem with her abs, found the issue after another mechanic replaced the rear bearing, damaging the axle, causing the abs to stop working. The other mechanic had her replace her sensor, which she never needed, as it didn't fix her truck. Thank you to Dan for all his hard work.

They wanted 800 dollars to fix my 200 dollar stuck caliper problem. Exactly what you worry about happening when you take your car to a new place for repair. I went somewhere else.

I had them fix my left front headlight here. I was busy and didn't check by opening the hood before. Now I did and I realized they forgot all the bolts and screws and the front bumper was not placed properly, they made me wait for 2 hours for this sloppy job. And now, my right headlight doesn't work either. God knows. I will never let people sit me in a room and do some job on my car without me observing it anymore. Lesson learned!

Cheapside auto care has helped me out on more than one occasion and I think it's about time I write them a good review. My Chev HHR had quit holding a charge, and the tech Dan actually stayed slightly late to help repair a bad wire. All along I had thought it was the alternator. A few months into ownership I got run off the road and my exhaust pipe hit the curb and it broke the flex pipe. The flex pipe on those cars is not only expensive but in a tough spot to access. Phil and Ryan found a way to rig in a piece of custom piping for much cheaper than the actual replacement piping, and that was appreciated more than words can explain. They have also became the main shop of choice for my parent's older two vehicles. They've done a fuel pump on my parent's GMC.and they cleared up a major wiring issue on my parent's Pontiac Torrent. They also got the wipers working on my Crown vic, had to rewire an entire harness that melted, that's above my skill set, and I appreciate their work greatly!

After dealing with the dealership I brought the car to Cheapside. Having been around engines as a hobby I had a good idea of the problem. The Mechanics here were top notch. Phil was honest and open with what was necessary. I am extremely satisfied with the repair the mechanic and the shop. Highly recommend them.

It seems that they do a very terrible job and the guys don't care about the quality of the job. My suggestion is to not go there or watch while they fix your car. You might have to go back for more fixes
