We just celebrated my husband's 50th birthday with Chef & Somm and 18 of our closest family and friends. It was an exceptional shared experience. The depth and breadth of knowledge that both Chef Eyal and Sommelier Rebecca bring to their craft is extraordinary. The food was delicious, beautiful, adventurous and surprising. The wine pairings were perfect and thoughtful. The interaction and humour that Chef Eyal and Sommelier Rebecca bring to their explanations of each course and wine pairing make for a lively and entertaining evening. In addition, the care taken to protect individual food allergies and exceptions is heartwarming. Erica, the server, is extremely friendly, efficient and engaging. This was definitely the best "formal" dinner party we have ever hosted.

Bravo! A truly enjoyable and educating experience. Our sommelière was knowledgeable, engaging, entertaining and gracious. I look forward to future events where we can enjoy Chef & Somm again. 5 stars (If I could give 6 stars, I would).

A couple weeks late in reviewing, but a fabulous experience. Rebecca was great to deal with in organizing and setting up the dinner, as well as her personable service during the evening. Chef Eyal's food was eye catching and tasted just as good as it looked. His interaction with us, with a little history on some of the dishes and story telling was a much a part of the evening as the food.

If you are looking for a great gift or just having a 5 start meal prepared and served in your home, I cannot recommend Chef & Somm enough. You will not be disappointed. Oh and not only do they do a great job of preparing and serving the meal, they do a great job cleaning up as well.

Unfortunately, i did not take any pictures as I was too eager to dive right into the amazing food.although, check out some of the dinner pics on their website, it's not food styling, it's what you get.

Eyal, Rebecca and Erica came out for my wife's birthday. They provided a wonderful evening. I was amazed with all of the equipment that they brought. They were very professional in getting on with things, and also very pleasant to be with. They were good with having our two young grandchildren there in the early part of the evening and a Boxer dog throughout! The food was excellent.very interesting takes on dishes that I thought that I knew. The service and presentation were great. They took very good care of us. And, to top it all off, they did a great clean up at the end. We had not done this before, and had a memorable evening that we can certainly recommend.

Amazing in-home wine tasting. Rebecca picked amazing wines that aligned with what we wanted to try, and she guided us through the tasting. She was happy to answer our hundreds of questions. This was not a pretentious wine-tasting - this was us learning about the wines and finding what we liked, discovering new wines, regions and varietals to try. I would definitely do this again in the future, and highly recommend. So fun!

Rebecca was great! We had a group of 12 of us and was very interactive and informative as we did a French Wine tasting. She picked some great wines for us as I gave her a price point that I wanted to keep it at. I would recommend her to others for sure.

Rebecca provided a perfect evening for our family to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. The wines were interesting, stories engaging, the attitude non-pretentious. She accommodated three date changes (because covid). Overall, I would highly recommend. My dad cannot stop talking about it!

One may think that someone with the impressive resume of Ms. Meir would approach wine with some degree of un-relatability to the un-initiated. Quit the opposite.

Rebecca provided an absolutely unforgettable evening for our group's in-home tasting. She displayed a rich knowledge of the history of the wine and wine makers, in allowing her brilliantly curated selections to become accessible. She is a storyteller as much as a Som and provided such a unique approach to wine tasting that my group is still talking about it days later.

What an amazing experience. Great selection of wines and probing questions from the Somm Rebecca that got my guests interacting and curious to learn more on the history of each wine. Chef, Eyal paired the Hor O 'oeuvres nicely with each wine. Presentation, flavour and combinations all with fresh ingredients was a definite WIN! This was an experience I would like to do again.

My husband had arranged a beautiful birthday dinner at our home with the amazing chef rebecca and chef Eyal. It was the best experience ever. I planned a surprise birthday party for my husband with Chef & Somm, a dining experience with paired wines for a party of four. We were absolutely floored by high caliber of food, wine, and the amazing personalities of Rebecca, Erica, and Chef Eyal! The wine was out of this world delicious, the food absolutely scrumptious, and the gorgeous decor melted our hearts. The amount of tailoring and personalisation for my husband's likes/wants was so thoughtful and carefully prepared, that I saw him blush for the second time since knowing him (the first blush was during our wedding lol). I can't stress enough how magical the evening was, it was absolutely perfect and beyond all of our expectations. And on top of it all, they are a sustainable, environmental, and local focused friendly company! The wine selection was perfect, the food was insanely delicious, and the conversations we had were inspiring and informative - it could not have been a better night celebrating our bride-to-be. Rachel and Chef Eyal were a dream team - from their prepping and cleaning (the kitchen was spotless when they left!), to their presentation and knowledge - I could sing their praises for hours. My husband hired Chef & Somm as a surprise for my 40th birthday, and it was arguably one of the best experiences of my life.

Chef Eyal is so genuinely passionate about his craft - and created an unforgettable menu, paired with stories behind the motivation of each dish and a lot of food history. He is an all star, along with his team in the kitchen, who delivered a Michelin star quality dinner.

Sommelier Rebecca was equally passionate and knowledgeable on all of the wine pairings throughout a mutli-course dinner, and went into great depth on the grapes, regions and wine making - which for me was a dream come true as an aspiring (albeit amateur!) sommelier.

And Erica and team set the mood, decor and even made a pivot from outdoors to indoors (due to rain) seamlessly - creating an unforgettable night.

I can't say enough thanks to all of you, and highly HIGHLY recommend this all star team for anyone looking to create a magical experience with food, wine and ambiance.

I have to say: When I first came across the post, I thought it was a great idea, but was still a bit sceptical. At the end it was an amazing experience, from the first contact to the actual day in our home.

I purchased their service as a birthday present for my wife and she was completely floored by the service, professionalism and taste. Rebecca was always responsive and brought in her own ideas and recommendations.
We decided to give Eyal a free hand with the menu and wanted him to bing in his creativity. WE HAVE NOT BEEN DISAPPOINTED.

The menu and taste was terrific and Eyal created a few courses that were out of the ordinary (chocolate covered shrimp) but yet SOOO good.

Rebecca and Eyal, both stunned us with their knowledge and competence when it comes to cooking and wine pairing.

Long story short: this was one of our all time favourite experiences and we will recommend them 100%. I was so satisfied that I introduced them to my employer as an option for high-class customer appreciation events etc.

Chef & Somm came to our condo to cook dinner for my girlfriend's 31st birthday. It was a surprise for her and it is the best dining experiences I have ever had. The magnitude of creativity that came out of our kitchen was astounding!

The dynamic couple, Chef Eyal and Sommelier Rebecca, were such wonderful company to have in our home. I will happily welcome them back again for another event. It was great getting to know them. It was a seamless experience that I would highly recommend to everyone.

The food was amazing! Watching Chef Eyal perform his craft is something special in itself. He brought all his own ingredients, which were all of the highest quality, and transcended them into beautiful dishes. His plating was fantastic and elevated by the superb dishes he brought as well.

The wine kept flowing. Rebecca brought stunning wines that paired perfectly with each dish that Chef Eyal was creating. It was great being able to try two and three different wines with each dish. Each wine was transformed with every different bite.

Contacting them was super easy and their website is very informative and helpful. Rebecca was great responding to my questions and was happy to walk me through the process from start to finish. The food interview helped create the menu that the Chef made just for us.
