I have really bad experience I don't like their customer service I bought garlic spread by mistake I took it back to exchange they refused to exchange it and also the manager was really rude

Excellent cash and carry. You can find anything you need for restaurants at a fantastic price. Every time you visit, you see new and great products at a very reasonable price.

Perfect for small business owners, it has a lot of bulk items with reduced prices and also has convince in picking out items too. The staff is very friendly and always available to help you out. The place also is good in stocking up items when they are running low most of the time. Seeing a product label and not able to find is rarely the case.

I got kicked out for taking a picture. The worse part? The picture was intended to be shown to the employee to see if he knew the price. This incident occured in the Ottawa store. The Ottawa store has disabled reviews.

This place is big. I Recommend people to shop here. Kinda Cheaper than Costco. Without having a Membership. And U can Collect Points.

Bought mustard oil on Aug 8, which was already expired 1 month before, see images attached.
When reached out over the phone, a rude agent repeatedly argued.

Seems like the management actually doesn't know how to talk to people in general, let alone customers. The one old and bald guy there was, rudest person I've ever encountered in a place like this. I would prefer to go 20 minutes further drive then to deal with this kinds of people.

Good place and wonderful price. But the opening hours is so disappointed. Close at 5pm is too early.

I was charged twice for something I bought one of and sent on my way. When I went back and brought it to their attention - they refunded me - but there was 6 staff involved in this error and it’s resolution and not ONE of them apologized! It was BIZARRE. You wrongly took my money and don’t feel the need to apologize? !

They have one black sheep there because of her they are keep losing all the cashiers. On cashier training she gives them last warning and then she said I didn't say u r fired.

Their prices are not the best and keep fluctuating. Be selective what you buy and keep a sharp eye on the quality and price of the perishables. Buyers beware.

The worst delivery service I had ever had! Late and never on time and the customer service for delivery is horrible. It is my first time and the last time!

Excellent service and wide variety of products. I found the cost to be competitive and better selection than costco.

It's ok. Lots of equioment for restaurants but they can clean it and organize it a bit more. Also the staff doesn't care about your purchases. They'll just throw it all on the cart and you'll end up with a damaged huge sac of flour.

It’s a huge place popular for restaurant’s supplies. The price depends on what kind of items. Long line up for customers at check out.

I do shopping twice a week for my restaurant from these guys and prices are just great.service is good and over all this place is pretty awesome.

Was good when they were open to the public. Went today to their new location and was told they now strictly cater to businesses only. It’s not like you’re losing money making sales to the public.will take my business elsewhere.

New place makes it worth checking out. But its only opened to businesses only. So sign up if you work for one or own one yourself.

Prices are not properly marked. Sale items don't show the sale price. When you ask the answer is that the price already reflects the sale price. They need to be more professional. Costco Business Centre has many of the essentials at lower price. Of course Chef's Depot has more items.

As general public we can no longer shop here. So I am forced to change my review from 4/5 to 1/5.

I would have deleted it all together until I saw the owner's response to another disgruntled customer complaining about the new policy. The owner simply said he "Hope's to see them soon with a business membership". Not everyone has a business!
He also said "you can't keep everyone happy" while saying that his customers got him to the success of a new store! So then maybe you should learn to respect those non business customers who got you to where you are! Opened as a public wholesale store, got the money, got the reviews, got the word of mouth, and then kicked the public customers to the curb!

The owner also added his own description of a new location meant to "serve the customers better" but doesn't care to mention that it's now only business customers. Only once you go there and try to checkout are you told the new policy.

Used to buy items in bulk frequently at previous location. Now new location but loosing business because not open for public! Open only for businesses. Inquired about it but cold response because now I am no longer a customer!
Did little math and bought Costco Executive membership. At the end of the year I will get enough refund to renew my membership for free and leave with some extra $. Tried Costco Business Centre at Warden and Eglinton (only of a kind in Canada) that is open for all. Much cheaper more choices and stocking more items every week.

Bigger and better place than the previous location. Still lots of things to be done. Need more friendly and helpful staff.

Great place to purchase goods for small business. It's a small Costco. Whole sale. Got everything you needed for a restaurant.

Good place to shop grate owner and staff. But the price lettel more expensive then other wholesalers.

Love this place. They have a section where they sell large kichen tools. Prices are high on some, low on others. But I'd say they're competitive. As far as food goes, you'll find great flour and rice in immense packaging and this is the only place I buy rice from and bread flour. Want huge jars of pickled anything? Go there.
I'd day they have products that you could find at Costo Business but they have other brands found only there. You need yeast? They have in 50lbs buckets, you need sugar? They have also in 50lbs bags.
I shop there and on the long run I save tons of cash! You do need a membership and it's free: 0)
