Thank you so much for always taking care of my sweet puppy Franky. Everyone is so kind and helpful!

This is the only vet I have taken my dog too I need my rabie shot updated I phoned and the Told me to bring my dog in and when I got there they pretend they have not gotten my call and none of them have spoken with me meanwhile they pulled up my immunization records for me on the call which only they would have.
I continue to show them the call log showing their business name and they tell me it's another Cheltenham vet so I show them the number and they tell me again no one did talk to me so I literally show them the call log that it was a six minute phone call at which point I get handed a card with the phone number and business name I am being told was another veterinarian clinic, very unprofessional to tell someone that it's ok to come down for shots for their animals after you checked their records and then play as if you never spoke to them,
If I needed to book another way that is understandable but to pretend I have never called and that was not your phone number after telling me to make the trip to your clinic was childish and very poor representation of your business, I chose not to "reschedule" and appointment and most likely will be asking for my dogs records to be transferred,
I hope no one else gets the treatment I received today,

These guys are awesome. Professional knowledgeable &I believe honest and straightforward. I live in mississauga but worth the drive for the integrity I feel here ️️️️️

They're very friendly, take time to ask you questions, and ask if you have any questions too. Took the time to run some tests right on the spot. Definitely a place to take your animal

I drive from Mississauga and it’s worth it every time. After forking out a couple hundred dollars at another vet and receiving no diagnosis for my dog, I made the drive and received a proper diagnosis making every dollar worth it. My dog is finally feeling better with the proper treatment and I will be returning here moving forward. Also, the only vet my dog is not scared of. They are very kind to animals as it’s supposed to be!

I've been coming to this vet for about 25 years. My cat had a hole in her eye so I brought her to the vet. This was during covid, I told them what was wrong they said ok and brought my cat inside while i waited in the car. I got a bill for almost 400 for blood tests and whatever else. When I asked about her eye? They informed me it was stress related. Confused I returned home and had another look into my cats eye and there is a hole in it! Pissed I brought my cat back the next day and Dave checked her out and told me there's a hole in her eye. You can imagine my face wasn't too impressed. Anyway I got a bill for another 200. Basically stole from me than treated the problem correctly and charged me again. Good bye Cheltenham.

This review is long over due and I cannot truly express how great of a veterinary centre Cheltenham is. I've been going to the centre on countless occasions in the past 3 years for my dog Odin. He is extremely misfortunate and as a result spends a lot of time at the vet. The receptionists, techs, and Drs.are all so compassionate, understanding, and friendly. I tend to ask 100 questions and Dr. Andy, Dr. Kate and Dr. David are always so patient with me. Everyone truly cares about Odin and it shows every time I go there. I live about 45 minutes away from the clinic and wouldn't dream of finding another clinic that is closer because of how amazing the Cheltenham team is. Pricing is definitely reasonable especially considering the exemplary care that they give their patients. I have nothing but praise and respect for everyone there. Thank you for everything that you do!

Our dogs love the staff and doctors here. It’s always a positive environment. If you have a fearful animal, they are patient and will work with you to manage the situation.

This vet is full of trash and all they know is to charge a lot of money for a simple visit. They perform so many tests that are unnecessary. And on top of that; Every time you bring your pet they blackmail you to take your pet away from you and rehome it. If they had even the minimal or any experience in the veterinary field they would definitely not commit these types of pet scams and thefts. This is a ridiculous place to take your pet. They need to be investigated.

Pricey, but they saved my cat's life. So, I can't really put a price tag on that.

All of the doctors at this vet are super knowledgeable, attentive and compassionate. Even though I don't live close by, I would drive an hour just to take my pets to this clinic. This vet centre has helped me with my hedgehog, birds, turtle and dog! They are talented and I am grateful that this vet exists! Thank you, Dr. Kirkham and all of the other doctors and staff at Cheltenham Vet Centre for what you do!

Loved how they handled my scared sick cat and they charged reasonably. Would recommend them to everyone.

They have several vets that are knowledgeable in exotics! I have 2 rabbits, both see Dr. David regularly and he has been wonderful. He really tries to put both owner and animal at ease and is very experienced. Dr. Kate did one of my rabbit's dental filing, she seemed very skilled and was so empathetic. Highly recommend this practice to other bun-parents!

Excellent place to take your pet. So caring and loving. They examine your pet thoroughly and tell you exactly what's wrong with your animal and what is best. Would recommend this centre to anyone.
