Steve Calvert was very professional and explained the process very clearly. Although he just completed the work, I anticipate he was successful in eliminating the cat urine smell from our sofa.

Duct cleaning service was excellent! Attention to detail and an explanation of service throughout the day.

Had Kyle today. He cleaned the ducts and my dryer.wow! What a mess that was! My furbabies absolutely loved him. He was fantastic. He took my braided rugs to be cleaned. Will post again when I get them back. Can't wait! So far so very good! 5 stars! Ps told him he could come back and snuggle my golden retrievers any time

Great appointment availability and Kyle my technician showed up on time. Kyle explained everything, showed me before and after pictures. Kyle is very knowledgeable and thorough and cleaned all ductwork. Kyle is very polite and respectful. Super happy with all aspects start to finish!

Technician Steve did an amazing job in our house today cleaning our carpet upstairs. He repeatedly went over spots and stains to ensure they lifted! Highly recommended.

We were so fortunate to select ChemDry, when we were looking for someone to steam clean our broadloom, recently. Their technician, Kyle, could not of been more determined to please us, and produce the best results possible. You don't see a young person with a work ethic like Ithat, everyday! The finished results were better than we'd hoped for. Overall, we were delighted. Their equipment allowed an excellent result, with a minimum of disruption in the household. Importantly, my wife, who has sensitive lungs, was concerned about the cleaning chemicals, that would be used. They use a unique citrus-scented precleaner, which was very effective, and didn't bother her at all.
