Excellent experience!
There is a new children's play room attached to the waiting room. A family was playing happily in there enjoying the new space when I arrived.
The clinic scheduling is booked to keep appointments running on time. I did not have to wait.
The hygienist was amazing! Very thorough and friendly. The appointment was done before I knew it.
Future appointments are scheduled with ease and the system reminders are extremely helpful.
The check out process was fast and very efficient.
I highly recommend this dental clinic!

Another great visit. Everyone is friendly and puts me at ease. My check up and cleaning was quick and painless. I like the updates on how my teeth cleaning and flossing is going.

Very clean and organized. Although I'm super nervous at the dentist I was very comfortable. They have treated me very kindly when I had to have cavities taken care of, again I'm super nervous.

I had a cleaning with Breanna and she is awesome - so gentle and thorough! I won’t hesitate to request her from now on!

Very experienced, superbly talented and overly qualified dental specialist in every category of dentistry. Complete and vast difference from last dentist office. I couldn't recommend more Chemong Family Dental, I wish I had switched years ago. If you are looking to have dental work done in any category of dentistry I recommend looking at their website. I can say with personal experience if looking into implants or implant dentures or dentures period this is the place. After an initial examine and scan they will give you a variety of options to fit within whatever your budget is. It might sound like I'm just quoting straight from their website, but trust me I'm quoting from personal experience.

This is the best dentist in town, even with this COVID-19, they are clean and strict and I felt safe of not contracting any infection. They are also very respectful to their clients and make you feel at home!

I went to chemong family dental as a new patient, October 2021. The booking experience was easy to book online and communicate via email, very helpful for me to be able to book via email.
I got booked in, without asking to be, for a Saturday appointment, which was odd, when I had replied via email to book a Wednesday. I was able to get in within two weeks of booking my appointment which is impressive given covid caused delays I'd thought they'd have, but they mustve managed it very well.
The office is very clean, and well kept. All covid rules were strictly adhered to and they seem to be going above to ensure our safety.
It was helpful that they sent online fillable medical/ dental history forms to be done ahead of time for me to complete. I much prefer this, as it allowed me to do it at home and not miss anything.
The dental hygienist I had was great, I believe her name is Anna. Very thorough, confident, friendly, and explained everything to me. I really appreciated that.
The dentist Dr. Lee was also very thorough, confident and clear with what he found/ and was doing.
There was a big error at checkout where I was advised I owed additional money above what was covered for me. This was unnecessary stress for me at the visit, as when you go in with 100% coverage, you don't expect a $200 bill after making sure at arrival only covered services are performed. Mishae came and was able to identify the billing issue immediately and got it all fixed up and apologized which was appreciated.
I'd definitely recommend them, and will be going back. Overall good experience. Everyone was professional.

New to this clinic. Nice people sensitive to my dentistry anxiety always polite! A little difficulty in communication at times. My own personal diagnosing has involved a little confusion at times and conflicting or unclear information between drs specialists and assistants. Continuing to build trust and what I hope to be a long standing client-medical relationship!

From the first moment when you call and speak to the lovely receptionist to book an appointment, to the final moment when you’re finished to head home, and the entire time in between - you will feel at ease and love the experience at CFD. Being a new patient could not have gone smoother and I am not only thrilled with the experience and the fab staff, but I have already recommended them to other friends and family as a “must use” dental clinic.
