Store is fine and staff are polite/professional. However. I paid $330 (cash) for a pair of RayBans that I could have purchased elsewhere for $215. Dont regret the impulse purchase and shop around for a better price.

I have to say I was surprised by the unprofessionalism in this office. Not only did the doctor late, and I'm not talking about late with patients before me. But actually late to come in, with people working there joking about how he is always late.

Then when I finally got into the office, despite telling the receptionist when I made the appointment that I had d
Strasbismus, and thus have prisms in my glasses, I was told they couldn't see me until they got my previous records. Which I have literally never had a new optometrist asked for, despite having this condition since I was 10. If he wanted to do his due diligence l, it should have been done before I came in'for my appointment, and not waste my time

ETA: So the owner got back to me and said the optometrist should be rated differently from the store. However, the contact for the optometrist is through this store, so he is in fact affiliated with Cherryhill Optical, so to rate him, is to rate Cherryhill optical. The response to me felt a bit like the owner passing the buck, instead of him holding the optometrist that is affiliated with his store accountable for his ability to provide decent service.

A great place to shop if you want to pay extremely high prices. The prices were the highest I found in the city. I compared their prices with many other optical stores in London. I found all the employees to be very rude, obnoxious and stuck up. They all had very little knowledge of the business and just life in general. It was like everyone lived under a rock. By all means shop here if you want to be ripped off. I know a lot of people don't like to shop around, they just go with the first store they find. It really does help to shop around. Not just to get better prices, but for better products, services and more variety. Not really sure how this store has survived for so long.

I highly recommend Cherry Hill Optical to anyone who is looking to get new glasses. As someone who is very particular with my glasses, I was pleased to see a wide selection of frames and the customer service was incredible! My lenses and frames are very high quality and were made very well. The prices are also great! The optician is also highly experienced and knowledgeable.

I had a fantastic time at the store. Bought 3 sunglasses - Gucci, coach and Armani. They have a good collection of glasses. The quality of my new lenses is good, and what's even better is that I managed to get them at a more affordable price compared to other places. The staff was good and friendly. I am happy that I followed my friend's recommendation and chose to go to that store.

I’ve purchased glasses at several optometrists over the years, and this place is the only one that I feel I was ripped off.

My wife and I just had our eye exams done here, also purchased glasses. My wife had an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in for an exam between patients. They helped with picking out some beautiful frames and had my wife's glasses done and ready for her in less than 30 mins (lenses for single vision done on site). Friendly, helpful, reasonable prices on designer frames ($100 off lenses when bought there) and highly recommended!

Wonderful experience with everyone at the store. My new lenses are amazing & I got them cheaper than anywhere else. The staff are quick, & efficient & come through on their promises. So happy I went there on my friend’s recommendation!

The folks here are brilliant. It took less than an hour to sort out new specs. The staff are kind and understanding, and they know what they're on about. This is the only place I'll visit for new specs in future. I recommend them strongly! THANK YOU CHERRY HILL OPTICAL!
