I went to this gas station and there was pre pay so i asked to person who is at gas station name kushal (he said), that why there is always all gas stations pre pay.and he directly targets my community. He said p, community 90% stealing gas.that is not good to target any community without any reason.they don not have any right to target my community.i request to the owner of this gas station i came at 8.30 am today. The person working at this gas station should be responsible respectful and should not say that this community stealing gas.i hope owner will reply this review and apologize to target my community

If you want attitude and gas, come to this location. The cashier is full of attitude, and gas prices are high enough, his attitude is free. Stay away, far away, unless you want to get treated like garbage, then come here.

Stopped in to get a coffee and a snack, but I had to used the bathroom first…. Worst mistake, that bathroom is horrifying! It needs a serious clean and sanitized immediately!
I didn’t even get anything from Tim’s after I had to leave.please see that this washroom gets a GOOD cleaning

My 2nd time at this location. On Friday 13th May 2022 I went in to purchase a prepaid cc. I looked around then asked the cashier Dhaval where they were he didn't make eye contact or greet me just pointed! When paying by debit my card was declined/cancelled, he proceeded to tell me off since I tried inserting my card as per the instructions on the machine, he was annoyed that he would have to reset/reboot the system! A whole 12 seconds later all set and I decided to pay via cash and told him I didn't need another lecture from him. RUDE!

I went into the Esso's Car Wash at 6: 45 pm and waited in the line for 50 minutes (until 7: 35 pm). As I am about to go into the Car Wash, it stops functioning. A guy came outside to see the problem (FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES!) and he still wasn't able to figure out what had happened. I was with my kids during all this as well, so it was an absolute, major waste of time. He then told me to go inside, tell the problem and they would give an upgrade. However I go inside and tell the cashier guy (his name is Dhaval) about this problem, and he starts cussing and asks me if I want him to wash my car with his hands. I have never seen this kind of disrespectful, disgusting service in all my life.

From my experience filling up at night on my way home, if I pay at the pump, 9 times out of ten there is no receipt in the pump. I had to go to the chubby cashier to ask for the receipt.

It's ok good service people that work their nice location ok also so gas up be safe and enjoy a snack

If there will be a option i will not give them a single star.staff uneducated boy evening shift date 07 of February full of attitude have no sense to treat customer.height of unprofessional.its was the 3rd time when his behaviour irritates me. If you read this review than listen up if you have some guts behave same next time.i will do a complaint to esso as well

Staff is very helpful the only thing i dont like prepay after 9 pm. How would i know how much gass my car will take i always wana keep tank full

The guy is working on the cash did not wear proper mask he was talking on the phone and people are going inside without mask and he is on the phone and not saying anything and letting them inside without mask it is a risk for everyone 27 September 2020 9: 20 am

This rating is for the convenience store. There is an employee (or may be owners' relative) who is always rude, and today may 19th 2020 around 8pm, he was again very rude. I requested him to be polite but he shouted and asked me to leave. Have complained at the esso website. I hope the owner would read it and fire the employee. You can't talk rudely to the customers.

Out of order sign on bathroom. It is against labour laws to not have a working bathroom for your employees.
As a truck driver I'm sick and tired of not being allowed the humanity to use a bathroom or even be able to wash my hands. Shame on the owners! If it wasn't for us drivers those shelves would be bare and there would be no fuel in their holding tanks!

I did visit this esso gas station today i ask this employ to check my lottery ticket today he was so rude to me and told me that he does not care and complain to anybody, i will never visit again.

February 5th 2020 at 6: 40pm, the cashier have very dirty attitude and very very obnoxiously rude. Would never come back here and I won't recommend anyone service here because of the cashier they have on the shift right now. Disgusting attitude this is the second time. First was on November 16th at 10: 30pm

All esso gas station provide water bottle free on fill 25 l gas pay inside but they are not provide on this location

Had a great experience as anyone visiting a “Local Gas station” expects to have and most of all, a gas station was desperately needed in this area and now we don’t have to go out of our way to get gas while going to work or going back home. I read one review of Mr Jackoy Stephenson, who claimed that the owner of this gas station is wanted for Sexual crimes in India, so I decided to inquire about it and I found about the owners that they are a very very respected family, both in India and over here in Canada and actually in US aswell, they own 2 gas stations in Schenectady, NY and a Truck Stop near Houston, TX and constructed a Big Shopping mall in India and btw NO ONE in their entire family is wanted or even have a minor charge Ever In India (as I put a RTI (Right to information) in the Indian embassy in Toronto, online and got a reply from the Indian embassy that No one from the owners family is or was ever wanted for ANYTHING in India. I wanted to investigate this because I wouldn’t want to patronize the business of a “Sex offender”, now I would like to ask Mr Jackoy Stephenson, is it true that you fled United States in 2007 because you yourself was out on bail for Child-Molestation in Cleveland, OH, and were arrested in 2007 and were out on bail, when you broke the bail and fled to Canada, is that true Mr Jackoy Stephenson? I heard this from someone who knows you and recognized your profile when I was reading your comment in the bus, on my iPad and that person was sitting besides me. But I’m NOT STUPID & BRAINLESS like you, who would believe any gossip without any Proof, especially when the blame is regarding “Sexual abuse” of women or children (as in your case)

The debit machine at the Tim Hortons is always down. Do not rely on debit or credit when visiting this location. I'm moving my business elsewhere.

This is great store. Great location. Not only for easy access for entrance and exit. Fuel prices are always reasonable price at this location.compare to all the station in this neighborhood. Interior layout is pretty warm welcoming.staff is unbelievable friendly and very respectful.dont you wish to get an exceptional great customer service everywhere. If you say, YES! Or, you are thinking that you do get all the time wherever you go. I highly recommend it that you should visit this store.

Car wash is never working, waited a good 30 mins to find out the car wash broke amd another to get an answer from the manager if I can get my car washed amd still was a no. Issue with the pumps. Don't go there ever. I wouldn't

Every single time I fuel from here, the machines are out paper. When I brought it to nerdy cashier's attention, who wanted to ignore me at the counter because he was too busy talking on the phone, replies that I can literally show you the machine has paper. It would print if it had paper in it. I could hear the noise of the printer. Once the car wash stopped in the middle of wash. Be little professional at least. This was my last time fueling from this location.

I could expectorate on my car and it would be cleaner.

The worst car wash I have ever visited. I wanted to use my Esso points and I bought the expensive wash with my 700 points. But after wash I realized this doesn’t worth 700 points because it was the cheapest wash which didn’t clean my car at all. This was my first time and last time visit at this car wash. I wasted my 700 points here.
Try to put some more equipments inside car wash to make it better.
