Great food paired with great service! Would recommend either of the chicken sandwiches and the Cajun waffle fries. I would recommend ordering ahead because it does take some time for your food to be made but it’s well worth it! I will definitely be back to try more of the menu. Definitely check it out.

I went because of good reviews. Not sure why this place have any. Inside is like a dump, the food is below average. Chicken pieces was ok size wise. The mild spice was extremely boring. I mean a lot if spices on outer layer that makes your face and hands red and oily, yet does not add any interesting flavour. Perhaps other spice levels are better? For size pieces, i ordered two pieces and got 1 leg and something that feels like half chicken, made really complicated to eat. Overall, expensive and totally not worth it.

Don't expect anything fancy.
However, the food is top noch. I can say that is THE BEST fried chicken in the city.
Sandwiches are a must, and the individual pieces are full of flavor.

Make sure to be there somewhat early as close to the closing time, the oil tends to be a bit burned.
Nothing mayor, but there's picky people out there.

The chicken's very good, the waffle fries are bomb, but the vibe is awful. Lights are never on, you have a sweaty line cook taking orders, and theres a whole row of 2-tops that just.dont have chairs. I understand y'all are keeping a trim budget and like 90% of your business is uber, but give us SOME creature comforts. Oh and a wheelchair ramp if you care at all.

This spot is actually garbage, got two chicken sandwiches there’s literally no chicken there more breading than chicken.

So we got 2 slices of bread.
5% chicken rest breading
Pickles
Coleslaw
Sauce
No napkins

The A&W across the street would’ve been a solid choice.

Good tasting crispy chicken sandwich. Inside store wasn't very inviting and cooking area not very clean. Buttelermilk ranch sauce was way too sweet but went well with the Nashville sandwich. Too sweet on it's own. I think the secret to their crispy chicken is 1) they use thigh and 2) All sandwich and bite pieces are fried with skin on as compared to other chicken places. Price was little too high considering they use dark meat but taste makes up for it.

Been coming here for years and it’s hands down the Best fried chicken sandwich in Ontario AND it’s halal. @chicas.chicken just does it right every time. Perfect balance of flavour and spice the only downside for me is that they’re located 40 minutes away from me. The best Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich I’ve had and the sweet heat is nothing to sleep on. Makes it difficult to choose so my solution is just get both upgraded the Nashville hot chicken sandwich to the brioche bun and had no ragrets. Not even one. The sweet heat bites are delicious and still carry a good kick. I wish I could go here everyday It’s the perfect sandwich tbh

I ordered a quarter chicken,  which was delicious and fresh.

My only comment is that it might be easier to eat if it were cut into smaller pieces before serving.

Consistently delicious. Most of the items that I've tried on the menu have been top tier. Wish they had a closer location but I've driven an hour to complete the chicas mission for the boys. It was worth it.

Best burger I’ve had in my life. Reasonable prices and portions that will make your mouth water. This my new favourite burger place in Toronto and it’s 100% halal. Kudos to owner for having an amazing menu and for making it halal so it’s available to muslim community. I will support you guys and back often

Best chicken sandwiches i ever had in my life.got my order slightly messed up a couple times while it was really busy but it wasnt often or significant enough that id consider it a problem.just make sure you know what you want when u go in there.

We came here last month and really loved the food. The staff was busy but still friendly and helpful. We sat outside and they brought the food out to us. The food here is halal and it didn’t disappoint at all. We got an OG Sando, a Jalapeño Popper Sando, and Cajun Waffle Fries. The seasonings were on point and the quantity was a lot. I definitely recommend that everyone looking for a halal fried chicken sandwich try Chica’s Chicken.

Chicken in the chicken sandwich was very juicy and didn’t fall apart when you ate it, so points for that. Other than that this place didn’t live up to the hype.
The waffle fries were soggy (we ate the food as soon as we got it) and the chicken wings were straight heat with no flavour behind it. I love spicy foods but with no others flavour they weren’t enjoyable to eat.

This place does not disappoint! Stepping into the store, you know it is going to be good just based on how everything is set up and the menu being highly selective. The photos do not do justice to the incredible dinosaur wings and OG sandwich, one of the best wings out there, crunchy and extremely juicy! The spice level is also legit, they do not play safely, medium was a good fiery one! Definitely coming back again

Great fast service, amazing variety of food, food itself is also amazing, would definitely go again and the prices are reasonable as Nashville chicken places go. Also the spicy options are amazing, I think there spice levels are more flavorful and more spicy than Dave's. Overall an 8/5 stars:)

Best fried chicken sandwich in town and I’ve been to a few in GTA. I have tried all of the menu sandwiches and they are all good but the OG is by far my favourite! Everything on the menu is worth a try. The staff is amazing.
I live in Mississauga but I always come back for Chica’s Chicken. Best thing is the online order and the time slot booking. It just ensures your spot because sometime they are done for the day way before the store closes!

Delicious delicious chicken sandwich spot. Must order the OG Sando. I would say order a drink as well cause the sandwich has a complex feeling of being heavy and light at the same time. Arguably the best place to eat a chicken sandwich (considering all they do is chicken). They do it exceptionally well with no faults with the multiple times ive been there.

We tried different sandwiches. All were great tasting but a bit messy. A lava of juice and spices oozes out of sandwiches and it is very difficult to keep your hand and face clean. Having said that every bite is an explosion of flavors in your mouth. Staffs are very friendly and the place is clean. Highly recommended.

Hands down the best Nashville styled Fired Chicken in the 6ix. And believe me I have tried all the famous or infamous places in GTA but I don’t think anyone can compete with Chica’s juicy and perfectly cooked chicken. Everything they cook is just precision. I don’t remember how exactly I came to know about them but, if it was a person GOD BLESS!

Drop the mic. This is the best chicken sandwich in Toronto. Made to order, the OG is crispy, juicy, and spicy. It takes about 15 mins to make so best to call ahead. The spiced waffle fries were the best I have ever had anywhere.

Chica's Chicken is one of my guilty pleasures. The chicken is cooked to absolute perfection and the range of flavours and spice they provide is enough is make and spice novice or expert be pleased. Whether you are just looking to try a chicken sandwich or test how much spice you can handle, Chica's Chicken is definitely a place I would recommend.

This is a delicious one of kind friendly place. I've tried over 10 places in Toronto that claim to have the best chicken burger but this place definitely takes the prize. Their chicken sandwich doesn't rely on the condiments to make it taste good. Their chicken actually has flavour to it, It tastes like they marinate it before putting the batter on it which leads to my next point. Their batter is crunchy and also has flavour. It doesn't rely on the condiments to make it taste good it just tastes good with a massive crunch to it. The condiments they add on it increase the flavour of the chicken burger. The bread used for the chicken burger is sliced bread which compliments the rest of the burger by not being overwhelming or adding extra calories. If you get the crispy buffalo it comes with a burger bun. Their Cajun waffle fries are delicious. Imagine having the lays bbq chips spice but on the fries. It's so good. Staff are always welcoming and extremely friendly. Your order will take 45 minutes unless you call after you placed your order and requested a faster time. Definitely a great place to eat a chicken burger. I've been here 3 times to confirm the quality of the food and it's consistent. You definitely need to try this place.

Got the OG sandwich on the brioche bun and the Cajun waffle fries, Buffalo bites and coleslaw. All were delicious.

The meal took about 25 mins to prepare - very reasonable and they were on time. There are some patio seats outside as well!

Best Nashville fried chicken. Period. We always order Hot AF bone-in chicken. Their Cajun waffle fries are out of this world. The ranch dipping easily complements the heat. Service is punctual. Portion sizes are generous.

Had the OG sando and the Crispy Buffalo sando combos.both with coleslaw.food was ready for pick up on-time even though it was a busy Saturday at 630pm, and everything was fantastic.our first time, but won't be our last

I’ve been coming here for 3months & everything about this restaurant is great! The employees are amazing and always bring a smile to your face. This is exactly what keeps me from coming back! You guys are doing a tremendous job

After a disappointing experience at a new unnamed hot chicken spot in the city, I had to come back to Chicas to remind myself of a real Nashville experience. Chicas deserves all the praise it gets. Real spice. Delicious sides. Killer homemade ranch sauce.

Add Chica’s to the list of best chicken sandwiches in Toronto! Got the Sweet Heat sandwich and it was one of most well-balanced chicken sandwiches I’ve had so far. Juicy portion that’s sweet and sticky with a little kick. The crispy waffle fries were the perfect side! Used their website ordering system and the pick up was very smooth.

Great restaurant, kind staff, delicious food. Went during current events of Covid and they were very professional and caring, following all safety protocols. The chicken sandwich is super juicy and flavourful and they load the fries. Definitely will be going back.

Order online about an hour before pickup so you don’t get disappointed and they sell out. Warning: sometimes they sell out early. Staff are super friendly, safe and easy to follow contactless pickup. Had the OG sandwich on texas toast with medium spicy sauce and cajun waffle fries. The sandwich comes on toast with slaw and pickles and creamy sauce on a breaded boneless chicken. Definitely a contender sandwich for the chicken sandwich wars. Cajun waffles fries are soft and crispy: 10/10.

This is the best fried chicken sandwich you can try in Canada or maybe in the world lol. Believe me just try it fresh and you will see heaven in reality. Lol bites and sandwich are highly recommended.
