Chick Fiesta Peri Peri Good

The lady who served me was amazing. The fried chicken was ok. The peri peri fried was way to salty. The peri peri chicken was undercooked. So I regretted spending my money on it. But lessons learned, and at least I tried it and know I didn't like it.

Got chicken platter. $19.20 with tax.
Good portion size. Taste also blessed. Quick service

Stingy portions and poorly cooked food that’s either half raw or completely burnt, a scam of a place that preys on the the gullible who believes all the fake 5 star reviews, some rather impressive fraud going on here!

Absolutely LOVE this place! My family orders here at least twice a week. Their zinger burger, peri fries, spicy nuggets and poutine are some of our favorites. The food is always fresh and the staff is super friendly. I have family that come here from all over gta.

Extremely rude staff. Not only was the service the worst I’ve ever had, the food was less than mediocre. Save your $$ and go to Galitos.

We saw the whole situation, I was there with my family. Ur “bibi” had a long discussion and argument with the owner where we she had apologized. It’s a snowy day they had a carpet placed to prevent any slip and fall as well and had the big yellow wet floor sign placed that they clearly say was placed afterwards but it was always there. You guys are clearly bunch of spoiled brats crying about ur “$400” coat that you have to get dry cleaned. Before she left she said something about brown people as if she wasn’t clearly brown herself. She was kind enough to conclude the conversation by swearing.

ALSO, she requested a refund, and the manager was gracious enough to give her a Christmas present of FREE FOOD in addition to the refund. Overall, great food and great people. I loved the food and would recommend people to try it out.

EDIT: I'm not sure what "pathetic attempt" you're referring to. It's unfortunate that you can't tell the difference between an owner and a customer. I was there with my family, and we all witnessed the entire event.

The best grilled chicken and Peri Fries in the world. Lots of seating available and plenty of parking.

Service is very slow and the place is very messy. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Awful service. Im very disappointed that they prioritised other customers that came after me and forgot my order. I lost my appetite due to how slow they serve my meal

I ordered a peri peri chicken 15 minutes before I came to pick it up and when I picked it up and came back home with it, it was cold as ice and was not fresh so I decided to call the restaurant and they would not give me an apology or refund

We ordered food for our son's 5th Birthday for Sat. August 27 and it was absolutely delicious. Excellent food and phenomenal service. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Fatima for everything.

I ordered a burger and it was bland; I had to add hot sauce to make it taste like something, and the portion was small for the price. The staff is extremely friendly and clean dine-in, but the portion sizes and prices, particularly for combo meals, should be improved.

Tried a peri chicken burger for the first time last night, it was a life changing experience. Chicken was cooked to perfection and the peri sauce was absolutely euphoric?

Best chicken in town! Quality is always great and our go to for birthday parties, large gatherings, and anytime we crave grilled or fried chicken. Owners are great and offer customized catering options.

The food quality was okay. No where near to Nando’s.

Also, order sequence and management is challenging. Need to improve the management and also need to educate the customers too.

I've been passing by this place for years. Finally I went in—I wished I did years earlier! The chicken (I had the 1/2 chicken.) was off the chart! Moist (they marinate their chickens), seasoned on point at a prices that can't be beat ($15.00 for a 1/2 chicken, with fries and a bottle of water. I'll definitely be going back—I can see myself being a regular.

If you want really spicy chicken, this is the place. I tried their 2 pc chicken with peri fries for the special price of $7.90. It was spicy and good taste chicken - but somehow loss some of its peri-peri flavor which I had before. Hope they will maintain a standard with every meal.

I drive 20-30 minutes to go to this location. Used to be great been going here for years. As a loyal customer I would expect to be treated better. I got hair in my food and not just a little piece of hair, look how long this hair is. I called and asked to speak to store manager and the phone was passed between 4 employees yet the phone was never given to the manager. Last they told me I can come in for a refund and they will give me my food replacement as sorry, when I went back I was told they told me they will only give me food and not a refund, I told them after getting hair in my food from Pickering location and this location its safe to say it is a dirty unhygienic place. I did not want the food and honestly they were even trying to refuse my refund! Then he says "we require the food back"? ! I told him I called why would I make it up.he asks for proof so I showed him the picture.avoid at all costs unless you are willing to get sick. Imagine I did not take the picture? I had to drive back and forth for a REFUND, unacceptable and they have lost a valuable customer.

Two things: the skin on the grilled chicken and the 'slimy' feel to it. Imagine boiling a chicken with it's skin on. Yeah, now try eating it. Disgusting. The texture was gross and on top of it, the skin was slippery. I almost threw up. They need to find a way to properly grill the chicken or bake it after. Who wants to eat rubbery, slippery skin on a chicken. The sauce was good but I can't get over eating 'squishy' chicken skin. Yuck!

I've bought from this before but this is the first time I was given undercooked chicken.

I am 35 weeks pregnant and I ordered 1/4 grilled chicken last night. Unfortunately, after eating a few bites, I discovered that the chicken was undercooked (it was pinkish inside). This is very dangerous for a pregnant woman (especially) to consume because of Salmonella and food poisoning.

I woke up today with terrible diarrhea and stomach pains. Will not buy from this place again.

Only reason I’m giving it a 3 star is Whenver we ask for Peri fries they either add give you regular fries or they’re super stingy and you can barely taste the peri seasoning even when you emphasize and tell them specifically that you want a lot of seasoning!

Very delicious and fresh burgers. Service is good. Very polite employees and every item in Chick N Delish is the best. Would highly recommend to buy lunch and dinner from Chick N Delish.

Had the peri hot fried chicken. 10 pieces for $17.99. Taste was 10/10 was really good and freshly made. The prices are just a little smaller then expected.will be coming back again!

Tricky guys. I orders a 4 pc fiesta chicken and asked for make it two 2 pieces different sauces. But he charged me for two 2 pc price. Which is one$ extra

My friend and I specifically ordered mild sauce for our 3 piece grilled chicken meals, and when we opened our meals and start eating turns out it was spicy we couldn’t finish our chicken. Unfortunately this one time they really disappointed me and my friend, I introduced her to this restaurant because I told her how amazing the chicken is but even I was terribly upset that we couldn’t enjoy our grilled chicken meals. Please listen to your customers when they place their orders, and apply the appropriate sauce to their meals so they are able to enjoy it and recommend you to others.

Orderd grilled chicken sandwich. It was terrible. Lettuce was wilted. Could not even bite into some of the chicken had to bread it with hand. Did not enjoy it at all. Threw the sandwich out.

Very disappointing customer service. Excessive wait time and order flow is not followed in sequence. I ordered burger with combo 35 mins before I got there and still waited 20 mins at the location. Upon inquiring I was told that the order was placed late whereas I saw 7 people walking in and walking out with their order. They had challenge getting my order ready. There were more than 5 people in the kitchen busy gossiping rather than focusing on their work.

There isn't really anything special about this place. Don't get me wrong. The food is good, portions are great. Prices are okay. There isn't a lot of flavor in the chicken. I ordered from there for myself and coworkers; samosas were great, sides are very tasty, but the chicken was bland.

I have a thing for spicy foods and I asked the person at the counter in regards to their Peri Peri chicken combo with the Peri Peri fries. Turned out to be quite tasty along with their hot sauce that they had offered.

Would definitely visit again when I need a lunch.

The food is always the best and also the price is reasonable and always enjoy the food plus the delicery service is awesome.

I’m giving it this rating because I find it a little strange that they give you one single mini peri sauce container and three ketchup packets when you order a whole chicken and large side.

And when I asked for more peri sauce, he said he would have to charge! I just wouldn’t come back, because other peri peri chicken places have no issue providing more sauce, especially with such a huge order.

You shouldn’t have to pay extra for sauce, especially when you’re given ONE (singular).

Food tasted pretty good and I loved their spiciness. The peri peri fries were really good. The peri peri chicken was great and I was amazed by the sauce. The Kabab included with the raven platter was a fusion of peri peri and south asian spices and I found it juicy. Loved it with the fries. The salads and customer service have lots of room for improvement or else I would have provided five stars. Keep it up guys.

I had the deal of the day 1/4 chicken, fries and pop. Super juicy chicken and the fire grilled flavour came out. Mild sauce really hit the spot, sort of like a spicier Buffalo sauce. The peri fries were fresh and crispy. We said we were in a hurry and they got us the food really fast. Will come again. Great price.

Would give a 0 star if it was allowed. Pathetic customer service and no common sense with the employees. I went to their Scarborough outlet today. I had a coupon with me for the location which provided for 1 item if you bought 1. The employee at the counter shooed me out as soon as I x mentioned coupon giving the excuse that she does not understand coupon when all the coupon entails is to just enter the code in their system. What more to understand. Senseless and foolish employees at their location with no understanding of customer service. Will suggest all my acquaintances to give this chain a skip. Management should train their employees in basic customer service ethics and ask them to apply common sense.

They always serve great grilled chicken. Place is clean, like spotless. Walked in 10 minutes before closing time, owner was kind enough to prepare my order and allow me to side inside and eat.

Loved the peri peri lemon chicken, it was cooked to perfection, juicy and full of flavour. The owner is very friendly and is very nice. Good price on lunch special. Loved it.

Food is great especially their peri peri phicken. I had originally 1 starred them coz they accidentally overcharged me on popsicle. They saw the review, while I was in the restaurant and immediately apologized and refunded. Making it right and right then. Excellent customer service.

It was amazing at first the restaurant seemed weird but when the food came I was shocked by how good it was.

Service was good. Price was good. Food was okay. The flavors weren’t really noticeable. We had to use the bottled sauces to add flavor. Only the fried chicken had some sort of flavor to it. The onion rings were good though. It wasn’t oily as with most places. I think if they focus on making it more flavorful then this place can really be a great spot. Also the tables need to be cleaned more thoroughly. I give 5 stars because there was no terrible experience.
