Chick-fil-A Yonge and Bloor

This brand thrives on discrimination, they are the definition of disrespect to the queer community. I refuse to visit their establishment despite their reputation. Homophobia is still homophobia, despite how they would like to package it. Zero stars, go to hell.

The people that take your order are so friendly and quick. Food is always good, sauce is delicious and the fries are the best!

Recently visited this restaurant and location finally as I haven't been able to since it first opened in 2019. I have to say it was worth the wait. The burger and fries were so good. I love how you can cater the burger to your own liking with any of the sauces that they have to offer. The fries were by far the best fries I have ever had - I wish they had a larger size option as I would have definitely ordered it. The cookies and cream milkshake was amazing and way worth the extra $2. The ordering process was so quick and efficient. Highly recommend and way better than any fast food joint. You get what you pay for and the quality is really good.

The customer service at this location is amazing. I goofed up and somehow bypassed the tablet-ordering process but the cashier made it seem like it was their bad, not mine
He also treated me to all the sauces to make up for it, and explained that I should open each one and taste it first, which I really appreciated.

I had the spicy chicken deluxe, waffle fries and strawberry milkshake which was my go-to in Atlanta (aka the HQ and birthplace of the original Chick-fil-A) and the taste was spot-on. Exactly like the American version, even down to the packaging. Paper straws are the one difference (but I think it's actually a positive difference). All-in-all, my visit was fast, organized, courteous and positive. It makes up for the price (which is a bit steep if I were to compare it to what I used to pay for it in Atlanta, but again, this is Toronto)

I'm not used to this kind of thoughtful, smooth service, so I'll probably be returning whenever I get my next CFA craving ️

This Chick-Fil-A is absolutely delicious. I ordered their Spicy Crispy chicken sandwich, with waffle fries and an Iced Tea and it was on of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever eaten in my life. Their waffle fries are amazing, and drinks as well. Drew and her husband did an amazing Job of bringing this Chick-Fil-A in Toronto. The service is fast and effective. They make order on an iPad with the staff. Only problem was that there was no Dine-in when we first came there around August 2021. All in all, I hope to comeback and eat there again.

This was my first time getting Chik-Fil-A and got the grilled chicken sandwich, rather than the deep fried. I was the only customer at the time and then quickly it grew to 10 people. I still had to wait 8 minutes but it was fresh. Honestly, it was one of the best grilled chicken sandwiches I ever had. The chicken was grilled perfectly, it was moist and tender, not dried out and stiff. The sauce had a nice mild taste. The bun was soft, had nice slice marks on top and was a good match for the burger. I would buy this again. No sit down areas so it was to go.

Has to have the oddest Covid protocols out of any fast food restaurants I've been to.but good food if you can afford it.

Waited months to try this after opening due to the crazy lines. It's always exciting when a big American chain expands into Canada with a flagship location in Toronto. The space is nice, they do a great job at managing the lines by taking orders while you wait. The food itself is standard fast food quality. Waffle fries are a nice option. While the sandwiches don't disappoint, they don't impress either. I can name a dozen places in the city with a better chicken sandwich.

I usually don't do reviews at all but I have not had such amazing customer service in a long time. I wanted to write a review particularly about this employee name Chanel she was so amazing and had such great customer service. It was my first time and she was so patient with me and gave me great recommendations on which items to get. The place was busy with line around the corner everyone there had such fast service. Everyone who worked there was very friendly and I'm glad I had such an amazing experience.this was my first time ever coming and I will definitely will be coming back again.the pick up staff was super friendly by repeating the orders to ensure that everything is correct (which I loved), WELL DONE chick-fi-a!

Had the deluxe chicken sandwich and waffle fries. They have a variety of dipping sauces. There is no dinning in the restaurant right now, takeout only.

Love chick-fil-a and the staff was great and friendly like usual but at this location, no option to eat inside, was closed off, I'm guessing due to COVID. Disappointing.

I am passing this way everyday and always wondered how delicious their sandwiches should be, cause of long lines of people in front of it till today I waited into the line and order one.it wasn’t bad but it was just an ordinary fast food fried chicken sandwich, and even their waffle fries wasn’t crunchy at all, mostly just waste of time, you can find these kind of sandwiches everywhere in Toronto without staying in line for half an hour

Update review: recently when I'm passing that way you can smell the really bad old oil from the restaurant, hopefully people are not getting sick cause that smell shows they using the oil over and over again for days or even weeks.really disgusting smell

A decent one but a little over priced and hyped.
I had the spicy chicken strip combo that should have a drink and the fries (potato waffled fries that are actually awesome!) but I just got the chicken strips and fries for 12$ including taxes.

The place seems rushed up on weekends hence I went on a weekday and it wasn’t really good but okay. I tried the chicken strip combo but didn’t get a drink Idk why. The location doesn’t have in door dining but just pickup.

They have a lot of hard working staff working day and night they also have recruitment going on for anyone wanting to work Monday - Saturday and Sunday off! Information in the picture below. The menu seems nice to try more things so maybe next time I’ll hop in for another food item after carefully viewing the menu before entering the place lol.

A little bit disappointed about no dine-in while the other fast food chains have resumed dine-in for awhile.
Quiet appreciate the staffs taking orders with tablets while lining up to the cashier. Good move, keep it up.
The chicken burger served is amazingly good. I really love Chick-Fil-A that it serves unsweetened ice tea. Chicken nuggets are a must-try item. Way better than McNuggets.
I look forward to having Chick-Fil-A opened in York Region, Markham, Richmond Hill or Vaughan.

I came with my family and I spend about 46.50 and the food was cold I threw everything away waste of money. Disappointed with Chick-fil-A

Cashier could not understand English, she had to call someone over to help understand what i was requesting on my order.

First time having it. Was quite good and good house sauce. Would have been better if not for the dining area being closed but can't really blame them for that.

Great system in place to ensure social distancing and keeping the line moving. Very impressed by their efficiency. I always get the spicy chicken burger meal; always delicious, and I would recommend the Chick-fil-A sauce.

Everything about Chick-fil-A is Delicious. Their fries are delicious, their chicken is crispy and juicy, the sauces are addictive and their milkshakes are perfect.

The Chick-Fill-A experience was better than I imagined. I just tried and had Chick-Fill-A for the first time and I am impressed. Located right in the heart of downtown Toronto, in the Yonge and Bloor area, Chick-Fill-A provides you with a sweet American experience. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by two Chick-Fill-A employees with tablet menus, helping you with your orders. I personally chose the Spicy Chicken Deluxe Combo with a Large Lemonade and Large Fries. I was really impressed by the burger and all of the toppings it included. Apart from the Spicy Chicken Deluxe, you can choose to have a Grill Chicken, Chicken Nuggets or the Chick-Fill-A Sandwich. They have a sweet selection of Milkshakes to choose from and a variety of sodas to choose from as well.

I will definitely be back to try some more Chick-Fill-A.

When ordering I asked the girl to add a empty salad bowl to my order which she told me to ask at the register and they will give it to me.but the staff at the register refused even when I was welling to pay for it. Just don't understand how stingy one can be over a empty container. Food it fine tho

Place is pricy, why do I deserve this? Is there a potato shortage in Ontario due to covid? Didn't even eat one yet. Sandwich is good though.

It's Chick-fil-a styll so you dun know how di ting go already. It can nyam, but it's not seeing Chick-Fil-A USA in terms of menu options. The flagship store in Atlanta tho? Jheeeze!

So worth the hype. Sandwiches are delicious and have so much flavour without any sauce on it. Not dry at all. Their fries are great. Sauces even better and they give you as many as you want. Will visit again.

NOT THE SAME! Burnt chicken breast, rude service. Nobody says "My pleasure. " This is not the same Chick-Fil-A I had in Texas

Good and fresh food but the customer service doesn't stand up to american chick fil a standards. The lady taking order was pushy and almost rude. It just ruined my whole experience.

My daughter wanted to go and we were pushing 9: 30pm they closed at 10 the day we went. The streets were bare, quiet no street cars creaking by, no bustle on busy corners then we finally get to bloom and I pull up on the side street to a full on chicken frenzy lined up outside. My daughter was almost next to go in and the lovely gentleman didn't have to but let her in she was the last one. We live 2hrs away so bless his heart. The food was excellent the service was outstanding, the vibe was extremely friendly with great music. I was thrilled that finally you hear how great a place is and it measured up. Thank you for making my teens night.

The waffle fries are the best with their chick fill a sauce. Overall their burgers also good. It might be crowded on peak hours, but there are lot of staff who will assist and take orders while we are in queue.

We went there for lunch, the food there was amazing, clean place, fast service despite a lot of people, and most of all, it had such advanced technology! Even the service setup was amazing! Loved the place! Would come here again!

Friendly Staff faster line than expected

Ordered Combo #2 Deluxe Sandwich w/ Cheddar:
Highlight of the meal was Waffle Potato Fries crispy but not over cooked salted perfectly, unfortunately the average tasting poor presented (chicken breast was falling off) burger lacked flavour and was over cooked.

I'm going to be honest. I ordered the chicken sandwich and the spicy chicken and the chicken nuggets the best was the normal chicken sandwich.for me overall it doesn't deserve how people are going crazy about it. The most thing that I liked is the waffle fries and the own sauce.

Not sure why there's always a line for this place. Chick-fil-A Deluxe Sandwich is good, but not worth lining up for. Good portion of chicken (very tender). Otherwise the flavour is meh. Polynesian sauce is tasty. Chick-fil-A sauce is not as good. Waffle fries are bland (I prefer crispier). A meal for two is $25. The staff are very friendly/great service. Overall, Chik-fil-A is mediocre at best.

This restaurant is extremely delicious and I wish that I had one closer to me but until then I will be visiting this location:)

the only downfall is because it is still new right now there isn't a lot of in-store sitting areas
