During my recent DoorDash order from Chick Queen, I encountered a disappointing incident. While enjoying my meal, I discovered two hairs in the burger, which was quite unappetizing. This was the worst experience of my life. Discovering hair in my food at Chick Queen was incredibly disappointing, and it's the first time I've encountered such a situation. I had to discard the entire meal. I cannot recommend this branch based on this unsettling incident. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve hygiene and quality control. Sharing this feedback with others to raise awareness about the issue and urging the restaurant to address it is crucial.

I had tried chick queen so many time every time they make me more happy. Manager pawan is so kind and hubble, will keep trying their new items

Compared to similar-style restaurants Chickqueen has a very bright atmosphere, and it was very neat and clean.

The staff was smiley and friendly and they helped us navigate thru the menu.

They have really great daily deals. 5$ for a royal wrap (1,5$ extra for fries and drink) is a real bargain.

Lastly, but not less important, is ofc food quality. The fried chicken was very tasty, slightly, and with a nice crunch.

I will definitely come back for me

The chicken did not taste as fresh as I expected, was a bit too firm. However, it was delicious, with good spice, and at a good price. Reminds me of KFC and that's a good thing.
Haven't tried anything other than their royal crunch chicken sandwich.

A very clean and classy restaurant. Wonderful choice for eating in if you have other food since most other food joints don't have dining options. Nice interior and casual atmosphere.

A friend recommended this amazing restaurant to us, who knew it from Dubai. Services and taste was amazing. The chicken was so juicy and flavorful.

What we enjoyed the most is that everything is fresh. They take around 15 minutes to prepare your order which comes hot and tasty. We tried the family meal (8pc, 2sides, 4 biscuits), and we made spicy. Besides that we had the "tandori fried" which was crispy and tasty. It will be our favorite place for coming visits

Quick, clean and professional staff. You go in order and you're out within 5 to 6 minutes of your order placed or less. Small and right off queen street conveniently nestled in the fashion district. Recommended if you're in the neighborhood and want good chicken.

The meal it's really good, but the service it's too bad, in Toronto "Queen street" DATE - APRIL 9 2023 hour 3: 50pm - the attendant make me feel dumb, slow, and she joke about me and my couple with her partners inside. I'm from Mexico, but isn't possible that attitude. I never get back to eat. I really appreciate to put me some attention here. Thank you so much

All people are in Toronto or another country to get opportunities "including myself" you did can't imagine get this in any place Canada it's respectful to any culture, but the people sometimes aren't cool

Tried ChickQueen for the first time. I must say the food was really good and flavorful. It’s quite hard to find good Halal places. This would be my go to place from now on. Their customer service is quite good as well. Specially Razita, who took my order. She was the sweetest and so friendly!

I love spicy chicken and they didn't disappoint me. The mac and cheese were Creamy and amezing. It was cheese soft, and gooey.

After reading all the glowing reviews, I decided to try this spot during the holidays. I was so disappointed. I ordered the 5pc tender combo (spicy), with masala fries. The chicken was so bland, and there was no spice at all. I double checked my receipt because I couldn't believe that my meal was considered "spicy. " The chicken itself was horrifically dry. I would've preferred going Popeye's because at least you know what you're getting. The only reason I'm giving this restaurant two stars is because the masala fries were great! They were crispy, and loaded with actual flavour.

I ordered online, so I can't really comment on the service, but the person at the counter was nice.

We were very impressed with the meal portions. The chicken tenders were the best I ever had, anywhere! The 3 piece meal was tender and crispy! Poutine as a side was tasty. The gravy has a bit of spice, very good!
Definitely will recommend to others!

Razita, Heetu, and Kanchan were great employees. They treated us well and gave us great service.

Was hungry and this place caught my eye. The first thing I noticed was the stupendus serivice and the visual decor. The food took about ten minutes but that is a small time to wait for such a delightful indulgent fried chicken experiance.

Ordered online for pickup and the food was warm and ready in a few mins. The tandoori fries were a nice free bonus. Loved the chicken sandwich and the tendies but the "medium" isnt even spicy so know that! Cute location too

I didn't even think that I would have that good chicken sandwich like that. At the beginning, I thought such a empty place must be a problem but not like that at all! If I knew that I will have such a good sandwich I would 100% put the pictures of it also but unfortunately I understood it at the end of it! The place is like a unknown Jem there. You know what it was a simple and tasty chicken sandwich but what made the difference was the two beautiful ladies, knows how to smile and willing to help to customers (Nyima and Razita). They prepare the sandwich. Wanted to leave tip but didn't see where to put! But for sure they deserve it! As being the face of the place they did a marvelous job. If I can leave tip at Tim Hortons I should be able to do there or everywhere without asking. THANK YOU LADIES AGAIN FOR THE LOVELY SERVICE.

My fourth visit here. I tried the grill supreme for the second time. While the flavour was good I felt the chicken still needed more time on the grill.
I am noticing certain items are not always same quality. Like this time.
I took chicken strips to go, hopefully they turn out to be good.
I really want this spot to be my go to spot but I believe the operator will benefit if they maintain same quality each time someone re visit.
Hopefully the operator will look at their quality check process

Service was on the slower side probably took some time to fry the chicken extra crispy which it really was. It was a solid spicy chicken sandwich. Not too much to say about it but willing to come back and try other things on the menu.

Mike at the Queen St W location in Toronto was very kind and personable, gave excellent service and even some nice conversation. Enjoyed my meal and will definitely be back again on my next trip to Toronto!

ChickQueen provides fantastic service and delicious food to their customers.
I loved the energy, and courteous behaviour of the employee whose name is Razita. She was very sweet.

Came in with a large group and Mike immediately assisted, made great suggestions and ensured we had a good experience!

Chicken was perfectly cooked, coleslaw is delicious & not overly dressed. Fries have a lovely batter & the gravy is light & tasty.

Location was clean & our pickup order was waiting in a warmer. (Love that! Means our pickup order is actually hot!)

ChickQueen FTW!

I recently visited Chickqueen and was blown away by the exceptional food! The biscuits were out of this world, fluffy and flavourful with the perfect crunch. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned, complementing the juicy and delicious chicken. Every bite was a burst of flavor, making this one of the best meals I've had in a long time. I highly recommend Chickqueen to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal. Five stars all the way!

Came here for the first time with a couple of buddies ordered a feast, mucked was very crunchy and good portion. Seasoned very well and tender definitely recommend.

Got food poisoning bc the chicken went bad. But I hate wasting food so I took a chance eating it. Big mistake. Also the spices on grilled chicken was more like a jerk chicken spice.

Tried this place for the first time and the service was outstanding! Best service i’ve ever had from a fast food place. Took about 10 minutes to get our food but don’t mind that because it was made fresh. Big portions and good tasting. If your looking for a good place to eat downtown that doesn’t break the bank look no further.

New branch, and still the same great fried chicken! Nice to have halal options now in downtown Toronto as well. My favorite is the always the Royal crunch combo. Fresh, crispy, and delicious.

Had a great smooth experience here. Wonderful juicy tasting sandwich with great spices. Mike was super nice and helpful with the menu. Would definitely recommend.
