The check out lineups can get pretty long here due to short staffing. This time it was ok. One negative is that you have to line up in the regular line to pickup an online order even though they have a sign posted up for express pickup.

Old Navy offers a great variety of men's clothing but lacks compared to the vast selection in the women's section. It's inconvenient and annoying to have to go up two floors past women's and children's clothing to access...
