China Palace

I regret to say that the chilly chicken I ordered and picked up was downright terrible. The chicken was rubbery, the spice level was all over the place, and the flavors were an absolute disaster. It's as if they had no idea what they were doing in the kitchen. This was a waste of money and a culinary insult. I strongly advise against anyone subjecting themselves to this disappointing excuse for a dish.

trying this place for the first time this weekend as our usual Chinese place has closed. Ordered 8 items for pick and only two were vegetarian. Picked up our order and guess what ONE item missing all together and two chicken were replaced with vegetarian…,

China Palace is gone case now. They even have problem giving you chilli oil. We ordered food for over $120. Now some like hot and some not, so we asked for chilli oil and the girl said we charge for that. Isn't it amazing that they cannot even give you chilli oil even on such big order. Their food quality has gone down too, may be chef has changed or they have started using substandard stuff. We used to love China Palace and may be were customer from 10-12 years or even more but now we will think twice before ordering with them.

This Restaurant was good 2 year ago but now it’s worst place to eat. We ordered 3 Dishes all of them tasteless and later on Stomach pain happened due to they served old food. I will never go again

My whole family got sick just after eating your food last night. Our throats are swollen lot of cough

I have ordered fried rice from this establishment many time and it was always great, but today the rice did not have any salt. It tasted very bland and flavourless.

We ordered beg Manchurian, veg hakka noodles, chilly chicken and Singapore chicken noodles for the main course. Everything was tasty. I personally felt the salt was a little bit on the higher side but it was still tasty. We also had veg manchow soup and chicken hot and sour soup.

Got the lunch special food was terrible can’t even describe the taste. The gravy for the chilli chicken actually had no taste other than water. Wold not recommended this place to anyone

We loved every bit of the food we ordered here. Found the taste of Indian Chinese after long time. Surely visit again.

Very very bad cooking! Soup looks/test like Indian curry, no flavour at all.
Did not clean the chicken properly it still has some feathers in it!
I am very sorry to say these things but please clean all the food properly please. Some people who has weak stomach like my wife really suffers a lot.

I don't know what happened I used to love this place the food had flavour and promise but now the food is tasteless and bland they need to fire who is the current chef food is horrible! The sauce for the chicken is literally water.

This place has been my favourite since I came here first. Their service is so fast. Its really cozy and amazing place to eat hakka Chinese. I would really recommend this place.

I went to visit China Palace on July 30th and let's just say I should've went elsewhere. The front cashier has zero to no customer service and really needs to work on conflict resolution. The food was mediocre. I definitely will not be going back. There's better options elsewhere. FYI believe the bad reviews because it's very accurate.

This is unquestionably one of the finest place to eat in the area. Every time I come to this place I am deeply pleased. They always keep their very high standard service and the highest level of cooking they serve. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Very recommended.

Worst customer service ordered the food for pick up came home checked it’s all Burnt (my fault didn’t check on site), called back customer service on duty doesn’t have any store email to send picture as per chef it’s like this. Denied to give her name or manger name on duty. As per them they can’t not give any credit or don’t care if it’s burnt or no. Highly recommend not to go. Attaching picture for reference.

Ordered fried rice n received it made up of half cooked rice. After complaining, we got served half the portion of fully cooked fried rice. No apologies no regrets from workers or chef. Very disappointing.

Worst customer service.

Went today at 8: 45pm and restaurant was closing at 10pm. I saw the sign inside that the dine-in closes an hour before the restaurant closing time. I asked the girl that can we dine-in. She refused. I told her that we will be done by 9: 30pm. She said no again.

I mean, how early a customer has to come to dine-in? Is 1 hour and 15 minutes time before the closing is not enough for you to serve your customers, especially when the whole restaurant is empty? This is a very unprofessional way of doing business and treating your customers. I will never go to this place again.

Very poor staff. NO RESPECT FOR TIMING. Stay away, they could call police for you waiting in line. POOREST of Poor service.
