I think if I saw the kitchen, I probably wouldn't order from there, they need to spruce the place up.

This is one review to take seriously.
Chinese food is hands down my favorite food and to be honest it takes quite a bit to impress me and Chinese Palace has taken it to a whole other level of goodness! I've tried almost every chinese restaurant in Kingston and Chinese Palace is on its own level. The food is incredible, so fresh and flavourful and you can tell that they take pride in every dish they make. Always consistently delicious. You have to believe me and try it for yourself! I guarantee you will agree with this review. Thank you for the great food Chinese Palace! I'm a forever repeat customer

The owners are brothers and it was there fathers before.
Excellent people and excellent service.
I've actually only eaten in there once, I always get delivery to 664 Barnsley crescent and I always get the same thing.

Ordered General Taos chicken, fried rice sweet-and-sour chicken balls chicken lo mein and egg rolls. General Taos chicken was Uneatable It was like eating beef jerky and didn’t have any flavor specially not a spicy flavor the chicken lo mein we had sorry no flavor whatsoever the chickens seemed very old and dried out, The fried rice seemed more like it was boiled rice and once again no flavor at all, now the chicken balls they were not bad eggrolls I was kind of weird ordered four of them one was pretty good oh yeah they’re three were like all shriveled up and did not taste good don’t understand why that would be. First time going there and definitely the last. Food is definitely not cooked with love or passion that’s for sure.

Not the portions of food it use to be. And the food was not good what so ever. The beef and greens were not cooked and the chicken balls tasted like apple and super hard. Food was also cold when we picked up. We use to love this place but now we won't be back. Unfortunate really.

Very nice and accommodating people. Unfortunately we didn't find the dinner for four (take out) very tasty. Had some very fatty pieces of chicken.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. We ordered the dinner for 3 and there was ample food for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young children) with some left over. The food was tasty without being oversalted. The only item I didn't particularly like was the eggroll. Will definitely order from here again,

My family has been enjoying this wonderful place for 50yrs+. Amazing food, wonderful staff, cute & cozy inside very laid back atmosphere, I have taken my kids here as well as many friends they really enjoyed it and continue to go whenever we are in Kingston. My father still lives close by & I always get my chinese food fix everytime Im in Ktown my hometown that im only 1hr away from. I would highly reccomend this place

Had the general tao, fried rice, and chicken soo guy. General tao was soggy and everything was flavourless. We barely touched it as it was not good at all. Wouldn't go back again.

Awesome food! Best chicken balls I've had in Kingston! Honey Garlic ribs were excellent tasting and very meaty. Beef and Broccoli, Cantonese pork and were delicious! Tasty Almond cookies!

Great food and best staff anywhere - if you see Sam thank her as she is always helpful and kind with a wonderful smile!
