The worst front desk staff ever. Spoke to miss damanjot kaur and a guy today from the front desk. Hanging up calls on your face. Not really a good place to visit because of these people not cooperating with you everytime you call them.

I have mainly been talking to Michelle about physician referrals. She is GREAT - she is very pleasant and she has gone out of her way to help me.

The clinic hours specified its open. Came here on a Saturday at 5: 45pm and it was already closed.what kind of service is that?

Excellent guidance, specially a lady (gunja) helps to arrange meeting with doctor without any appointment

They offer volunteer or co-op easily. Initially they give a promise to hire after doing volunteer like one month, but later being unresponsive. One of my friends did volunteer for two months, even she got certifications by his (William) suggestion as he promised. After that he just said you should learn more, how it can be possible that a person could volunteer more than two months. At the end, we’re human beings, a person is working with passionate, carefully by following their guidelines. Later they just reject him/her by saying gain more experience. Where the promises, etiquettes are gone?

A clinical assistant saw me, gave me a prescription under Dr. Fatima, I did not see a doctor. We’re being robbed of our tax dollars, AUDIT THIS PLACE NOW!

This is the best medical center.i’ve been going here since 5 years now and they address all my concerns. The staff is really nice, empathetic. Amongst all Gunja is very polite, professional and accommodating. She is very quick to answer all my queries. I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I had a great experience. The staff is really nice especially the front desk girl. I wish i had her name so i can mention her here. But its okay.

Called a few times and no doctor in clinic for the next month. When they do come back to clinic it will be only limited hours. Only Physician assistant available. Asked for blood requisition and they forgot to test several items requested.

Nice and cooperative staff. Always helpful.but waiting time is too long if we reach there at exact time of appointment then we have to wait for a hour there.

Wast of time. In the evening, no doctor; only doctor's assistant. And she is just there to listen. No advise, no prescription. Please don't go here.

Wonderful staff, I moved from Brampton years ago and still see my doctor Mrs. Fatima Hussein. She really Cares about her patients and she has a wonderful staff. One of many great qualities is the fact they are open 7 days a week. I strongly recommend this clinic. Thank you for caring!

Gunja and Prabhjot squeezed my daughter in even though she didn’t have an appointment.which saved me a trip to the hospital. Definitely would recommend this clinic for their compassion for their patients.

Wish there was a negative marking option for this clinic. Dr. Fatima is our family doctor but I have never seen her face in 3 years. Everytime we visit the clinic, some random interns sees us. They have minimum 1 hour wait time and the receptionists out there are mannerless, rude and never helping. One of the shameless receptionist named Prabh considers herself a surgeon. She decides if she wants to fix my appointment or not. I sincerely requested her for telephone appointment to discuss my blood reports with the doctor (knowing that telephone appointments are every Wednesday) she immediately said that they are not doing telephone appointments anymore. I requested (begged) her for at least 10 mins. Later that day, I got a call from another receptionist saying that my results are available to discuss and I can book an appointment with doc over the phone on the following Wednesday. I wonder why and who the hell is Prabh to decide that I won't be given a telephone appointment? What kind of behavior was that?

Very good clinic and quick service even the front desk are very helpful and doctor is also nice.

I go to this clinic very often and the service is really fast. I didn’t have to wait at all. The front staff is friendly and helpful. They provide me all the information that I need to know. They have good hygiene at clinic.

If anyone wants to see the worst quality medical professionals they should visit this clinic, I use to see Dr. Singh and Dr. Fatima in past, both were really smart and intelligent. But apparently, I found out that some RN is looking for patients for Dr. Fatima, and O Boy I must tell you she did not know how to calculate dosage based on weight, I did not get the name of the Nurse but she was a big black lady. Just avoid this clinic completely if you can, my Pharmacist did not dispense the medication because they prescribed the medication my daughter was allergic to.

Deserve 0 for service. What kind of bs walk in clinic is it? If you have flu symptoms along with urgent eye care you don't get to see doctor like seriously? Covid screening you be honest with seasonal flu you only get phone appointment only that too two days ahead when its matter of eye. What do you say and see Doctors for? Reception ugly service, i think people should start faking screening forms to see doctors now

Worst service here. The family doctor won’t see you in person. Only call appointments are available even after Covid is not there. They say its due to some construction going on, which is for almost 8 months now. Most of the times no phone appointments available. Even when you call, the wait times are more than 20 minutes.
